Company O.K. Servis SK s.r.o. was established in 1996 as a continuer
of the commercial and technical activities of the parent company
O.K. Servis Plus, spol. s r. o. Prague within region of supplies,
installations and servicing of backup resources, energy saving
facilities in public lighting and special engineering.
V priebehu niekoľko ročného pôsobenia firma zaznamenala viacero výrazných úspechov v oblasti realizovania energocentier.
Za najväčší úspech možno skutočne považovať výstavbu najväčšieho energosystému v strednej Európe, konkrétne v
Komerčnej banke Praha, s inštalovaným výkonom takmer 4,6MVA vrátane motorgenerátorov, kde v doterajšej činnosti
a vzájomnej spolupráci inštalovaných zariadení neboli zaznamenané žiadne technické ani prevádzkové problémy.

OUR GOAL
Except own supply technologies, our company gives a great
importance to all related customer service. These services begin
with prescribed consultations and advisory activities for the final
customer, supplier companies and projection companies. We
transport the supplied equipment and move it to the installation
place even if substantially complicated transport routes. We conduct
a professional installation of equipment, supplied with a recovery of
the unit and an operator training, including revisions to the input
of the delivery. If requested, we provide associated electrical work.

A separate chapter, for which our company can be rightly proud of, is the warranty and customer service. Our company provides
to all our customers continuous emergency service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The standard contract period of service
intervention is 24 hours and can be shortened for example for 12, 6, respectively for 2 hours. For the possibility of swift service
interventions we hold a wide stock of spare parts for a range of supplied equipment.
