MAJESTIC PAVILION
The Majestic Pavilion started out as Northwest Iowa’s favorite roller rink and
now hosts wedding receptions, concerts, seminars, dances, and many other
events. It can be heated or cooled for year-round use and when set with either
tables and chairs or theater-style, exudes a nostalgic ambiance that
thousands of guests have enjoyed through its many years.
DANCE AND DINE WITH HISTORY
Having been a part of Arnolds Park for decades, the history of
the Pavilion is evident from the antique fixtures overhead to the
rich hardwood f loor underneath your feet. With 6,000 square
feet there is plenty of room to entertain; dancing, catering,
live music, and anything else you may dream up. The space is
entirely yours to decorate and comes with tables, chairs, and
a large stage that allows for different kinds of entertaining.
Centrally located in the Park, with plenty of parking and easy
loading for catering or entertainment, you’re never too far from
the lake. Be a part of history when you rent this location. Call

PRESERVATION PLAZA
With the dramatic, romantic, and beautiful backdrop of West Lake Okoboji
it’s possible to have the waterfront wedding that many brides dream of in
Northwest Iowa. With a capacity of 4,000, this beautiful outdoor venue
provides a unique lakeside experience for receptions and
weddings inside and outside the available tent.
A LAKESIDE WEDDING
On the weekends in the summer Preservation Plaza becomes a
venue for great concerts that you can watch from land or water,
but it makes an even better setting for a wedding. Picturesque
Lake Okoboji and the Park create a perfectly romantic
backdrop for a beautiful wedding that can stretch from the
beach to the Plaza. This outdoor facility has tables, chairs, a
large tent (40’ x 100’) that seats up to 300 guests, fully staffed

QUEEN II
The Queen II Excursion Boat is the only venue of its kind in the Iowa
Great Lakes. Transform your wedding into a unique memory enhanced by
the traditional ambiance of the lakes area.
ON THE WATER
As famous as the Park itself, the Queen II is an Okoboji
favorite. With a capacity of 200 and seating for 110
banquet style, or 175 theater style, you can bring all of
your guests on a cruise across Lake Okoboji while you
say your nuptials. The water creates a completely unique
wedding experience without sacrificing the amenities
found on land. Customize your cruise any way you like
and enhance it with the available full service bar, P.A.
system, and tables with chairs. Simply let the lake do the
rest of the decorating. Call for rates.

THE ROOF GARDEN
For decades, this timeless venue has been home to countless
concerts and events. Protected from weather conditions, the
unique roof design creates a very open and inviting feel,
making it ideal for weddings or receptions.

day and glimpses of the shimmering stars overhead at
night. This huge space has a seating capacity of 500, with

for wedding guests or live entertainment). The elevated
