I sure hope everyone has been having a great week!
How could we not, with the knowledge of a loving
Savior that we have! In James 1:22 the Bible says to
not just be hearers but doers of the Word!
Focusing on doing His work can help us all get
through tough weeks and surround ourselves with
the positive thoughts of God! Here at Hartselle we
have so many ways to serve Him.
Just this past Sunday Kerry Hamlett led the services at a local assisted living
facility, it's a great way to get involved.
Tonight (Wednesday) HYG (Hartselle Youth Group) has our monthly service
project. HYG is also preparing to serve Him by going on a mission trip, you
can be involved in helping us out, just see me and I'll let you know how.
We had a great M&M last week, and the list goes on and on.
Are you involved in just listening or have you included "doing"?
Let us all get involved some way, some how in His work!
In Him, Todd
