available for fractional ownership are fully furnished and have undergone complete remodeling with upgraded
kitchens and bathrooms. All homes are within a short walk to the many amenities the resort has to offer.

Swimming Pools: Dive into one of Grenelefe’s three free-form swimming pools. All are temperature
controlled and equipped with lounge furniture. Relax or read under the shaded poolside pavilion. Two
Jacuzzis provide a refreshing break from a round of golf or a tennis match. Pools are within a short
walking distance from any of the condominiums.
Tennis: Tennis is an ideal sport for an active Florida lifestyle, and Grenelefe offers plenty of opportunities
to play. There are 16 courts located throughout the property, although only seven are currently open for
play. Resort management plans to restore the additional tennis courts as demand increases and more
courts are needed.
Fitness: Nature trails throughout the resort are perfect for outdoor exercise: You can bike, walk, or run
while enjoying the beauty of the lush landscape and natural terrain. Fitness trails offer exercise stations
throughout the community. Grenelefe also offers a fitness center for an effective workout. The fitness
center is located within the community clubhouse, which is currently being renovated. The fitness center
is expected to remain open – and be upgraded – during the clubhouse refurbishment.
Outdoors: Grenelefe is located on Lake Marion, a 7,000-acre freshwater lake, featuring hardwood swamps,
marshes, oak hammocks and streams. More than 70 species of birds have been documented at the lake
with other wildlife such as deer and turkey frequently spotted. Natural walkways provide access for bird
watching, wildlife study, photography and nature walks.
Fishing: Lake Marion is a fisherman’s paradise featuring freshwater large-mouth black bass, blue gill,
speckled perch and catfish. A number of local marinas and fish camps provide anglers all the services
needed for a day of fishing or boating including boat rental, bait, guide services and equipment. Fishing
licenses are required for anglers over the age of 15.
Outside the Resort: As you explore the area, you’ll find even more locations for adventure such as

he greatest allure of the Grenelefe
Golf & Tennis Resort is the legendary golf courses. You can choose
to play from two different courses for a
variety of challenges. A third course is
currently closed and may reopen in the
future. While golf membership is not
included in the purchase of a condominium,
multiple levels of golf memberships are
available from one week to one month to
year-round.
South Course: Designed by renowned
golf course architect Ron Garl and PGA Tour player Andy Bean, the 18-hole South Course opened
in 1983. The course features flat terrain with wide fairways. Creative undulations and moundings
built into the course’s greens test even the best of putting skills. Numerous camouflaged sand
bunkers and water hazards add to the challenge.
East Course: The East Course is shorter, straighter and narrower than the South Course. The
course was designed by Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay and opened in 1978 with major refurbishing
taking place over the years. The challenge starts early on this course – it opens with its 535-yard,
par 5 signature hole.
West Course: Designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., the West Course originally opened in
1971 and is currently closed. The renowned course is best known as the site for several PGA
tournaments including the finals for the PGA and Senior PGA Tour’s qualifying schools. Resort
management has assured Realty International Associates it is actively pursuing a restoration plan
to re-open this course in the near future.

International Associates are located in the Resort Condominiums and
Aspen Woods.
Resort Condominiums are located throughout the community in a variety of sizes
and floor plans to accommodate any lifestyle. These homes range in size from 900
square feet to 1,600 square feet and available floor plans range from one bedroom/
one bathroom to three bedroom/three bathroom.
The cedar-sided town homes of the Aspen Woods neighborhood line quiet streets
lit by gas street lamps. Homes range from two bedroom/two bathroom to three
bedroom/three bathroom. One and two-story floor plans are available, ranging from
1,000 to 1,500 square feet. These homes include a golf cart garage for
additional storage.
Homeowners in these neighborhoods belong to their own community associations
and take great pride in their surroundings. Many residents enjoy community activities and socializing with each other while enjoying the resort’s many amenities.

free. The concept of fractional ownership
was created to accommodate the many
people who desire a vacation home and
the value and equity of property ownership,
but don’t want the hassle and expense of
owning a place they only use a few weeks
at a time.
Because a fractional Owner holds a deeded
ownership interest in the property, that
Owner can sell or rent the property, or even
pass it on to the next generation. Owners receive the value of home ownership
compared to the expense of short-term
vacation accommodations, and the
benefit of home equity if the property
value increases.
Realty International Associates program ensures that Owners have access to their condominium for the
specific time period purchased. If the Owner is unable to use the condominium during the 28 night purchased vacation period, they have the option to rent it out during that time. A recommended rental price
can be provided.
To maintain the investment and keep the condominium in pristine condition, annual maintenance costs
are projected for each of the condominium unit options. The annual maintenance fee includes payment
for utilities, contents insurance, water, condo fees, real estate taxes, reserve account, maintenance, maid/
cleaning, accounting and management fees.
