The Vila Sol Development is located close to Vilamoura, in the Municipality of Loulé, in
one of the Algarve's most noble and renowned areas at the national level and worldwide,
offering unlimited daytime and night-time entertainment. Just a 20-minute drive from Faro
International Airport, and a mere 2 km from Quarteira and the elegant Vilamoura Marina,
the town's famous Casino and its magnificent surrounding beaches.
Tourism in Vilamoura is quite developed and extends throughout the year, as a result of
the mild, pleasant climate and the quality of entertainment being offered, with a wide
variety of restaurants, bars and business establishments. This is Europe's largest luxury
resort.
Its centre features the marina with mooring capacity for 1,000 pleasure boats. The Marina

The building, which dates back to 2006, is in good condition and comprises two floors with 3- to 4-m-high ceilings. The SPA
operated on the ground floor and part floor below that. Part of the basement floor serves as the technical area, while another part
comprises a treatment area containing booths and other spaces for individualized treatment. The entire venue is climatecontrolled.

With regard to the main constructive features, we highlight the
reinforced concrete and metal structure, stone masonry and wood
and ceramic floors, joinery with dual windows, HVAC system,
good indoor lighting, good spatial adaptability, intrusion detection
system as well as fire detection and firefighting system, deck
balcony areas, outdoor garden areas with automatic irrigation,
outdoor lighting, good outdoor landscaping, interior and exterior
layout suited to current use.
The materials and finishing used predominantly comprise large
spans allowing for an inflow of natural light, pavements and
overlays of a few walls with teak wood, with predominating
ambiances that are as natural as possible and with some
exoticism that conveys a generally calm and tranquil environment.

resulting in a significant reduction in the use of additional chemicals. Also in the technical area, we highlight the daily circulation
system comprising the entire plumbing with water at a temperature of around 70°C, to prevent the appearance of legionella-type
bacteria. Various pieces of equipment are available: generator, water storage tank, boilers, machinery serving as support to
HVAC and TS. The entire venue is climate-controlled.
