The Progenitors follow certain family bloodlines. Speculating on the subject, I’d say that if I was to analyze and study aspects of a
civilization, I would do it within the framework of a laboratory. There would be certain progenies considered the control group and
then there would be others considered the ongoing experimental group.
Another scenario would be that a gene line of three or four generations makes for an excellent study. This would tie in with a third
scenario…
Question: How would you figure out how something worked if you were extremely curious about its fascinating yet puzzling
characteristics or behavior?
Answer: You disassemble it and reassemble it from scratch.
In this piece you – the viewer – are on the examination table while three of them are studying you from head to foot. You are being poked and prodded as your mind is locked in an atmospheric, dreamy, drug-induced state of helplessness. Weeks later, you
will develop a nervous, unsettling fear of everyday objects and you won’t understand why. Only that you have somehow seen it
before – somewhere – in a different place and time.
Pens, knives scissors, flashlights, forks, screwdrivers. Such things would trigger the images locked away in your subconscious mind.

CHAOS, EXOPOLITICS AND ESCAPE

The problem we all have with the internet in general and
also UFOLOGY and our attempts to be exopolitical is the
obvious presence of semantic chaos.
Its like somebody has put all our ideas and ideologies into
a blender and come up with a chunky and often funky
mixture of stuff we recognise but which can be a bit inappropriate and contradictory.
Exopolitics like any other human institution is exposed to
the same problems of semantic chaos and its contradictions, often issued from people with the robes of credibility who appear to be no more than professional decoys
with an elaborately constructed cul de sac for the sheeple.
These charades begin with credible constructions then end

up in cynical science fiction and unbelievable
assertions.
The problem with our allegedly human institutions therefore are their inbuilt redundancies that seem to be caused
by people who have a mind to deliberately perpetrate
chaos.
The anti-human performance of the United Nations for
example in its long term advocacy of population reduction
to save the ecosystem of this planet is in truth a blatant
social crime.
Clearly if the human race were allowed to freely use the
anti-gravity and free energy technology and technological
paradigm on the table industrially since at least 1890 with
Faraday and then variously with many others throughout
the 20th Century – we would be able to clean and purify
our planet, supply and resupply it from farming interests
elsewhere, and take no part whatsoever in the desolate
and polluting industries that the
United Nations Industrial Development Organisation first
identified in the late 1960’s – as being in possession of
clean and cheap factories there would be no need to produce oceans of toxic waste in e.g. Brazil [Volta Redonda].
Aliens or alleged aliens who allegedly postpone dealing
with humanity because ‘we’ cannot get our act together
are actually anti-human aliens aiding and abetting the cull
or indeed the ‘soul harvest’ [Kerner, N: the song of the
greys, and Delooze, M] Other engaging social charades to
help us all get through the day include: government, civil
administrations, religious organizations and the trans-national corporate world, networks, secret societies, think
tanks operating conspiracies of self-interest, black ops,
Career Intelligence Agencies, MJ12, Criminal Intelligence
Agencies.
All of these can get our yummy ‘outrage juices’ flowing for
the benefit of our farmers.
Inside almost every one of these scenarios is an endless
alphanumeric soup that is compartmentalised, chaotic,
antagonistic, sometimes synergistic, often ineffective, always
fiscally wasteful, always producing its own version of winners and losers.
It is more than likely that these agencies have to deal with
all sorts of infiltration, abduction, reprogramming and replacement of their key personnel from a dark alien threat.
In this light therefore, it is unlikely that any benign ET civilisation intent on doing good for mankind would interact
with this dark and incoherent circus called a global social
hierarchy.
It can be argued that the chaos and negation and nihilism
that our alleged society is laced with is a deliberate essence
feeding strategy by Repto-Grey farmers who may feed off
and milk our ‘outrage juices’. Our tendency to self-vindicate is often very predictable .. especially in a potentially
predatory social and telepathic environment with personal
spiritual issues that we cannot always immediately recognise.
Intervention by benign ETs therefore would not be effective if it used these self-cancelling agencies.
It could also be said that if benign ETs just stood back,
that everybody would just gravitate to their own familiar
reality and millions of people would go to millions of other
places naturally e.g. during a catastrophic geological revision of the mountains and oceans on this planet.

That however doesn’t account for the fact that some people
on Earth are being made to feel that they should go to a
certain place with certain beings in an artificial and trauma
driven way.
The beginning of benign ET intervention that accounts not
just for the individual, however, but for large social groups
of individuals has to start with One generic social missive and
communication.
What strategy might they take .. e.g. use of Earth based pop
stars like Robbie Williams, acknowledged leaders and hierarchies and ‘gurus’ – the innate resistance to truth and change
within some of these channels merely adds to the chaos.
Because of this I suspect that the process will involve the total
subsummation of the telecommunications and media network
created by over riding advanced technology that will neutralise the current Repto-Grey media franchise and its own
brand of interstellar junk.
Advanced and benign ET’s will totally bi-pass the Status Quo
on planet Earth with all of its taint and anti-human failures.
I predict that we will all collectively see a whole new brand of
television and radio and internet options for the duration of
the repatriation process supplied by benevolent ET’s.
Repto-Grey farmers could try this one on us too … but then
I’m certain that the highest frequency civilisation processing
the most ones and zeros in the least time is an Angelic one and
would prevail.
That for the first time since the Fall of Atlantis, 20,000 years
ago which also roughly co-incided with the last geological
catastrophe we underwent [Hancock, G : Fingerprints of the
Gods, also Piri Ries map]
there will be massive changes amongst the temporary farming
charades albeit 20,000 years of temporary farming – and
those locked into and orientated by; physical, social, historic,
spiritual and ideological landmarks will be able to detach and
potentially escape with help.
Way of Life and become high frequency loving lifeforms
[John 15] empowered beyond biology and clones and the
fires and combustions of Repto-Grey hell and desolation
and the games of being Vampire or Dust.
We have a chance to inherit a realm of love and beauty
instead – at that point Exopolitics becomes the Politics of
Ascension or Descension, but it will be above and separate
from the cynical charades of toxic pseudo human and infiltrated Repto-Grey agencies.33
At that point real Exopolitics will come into play, and I predict that such Exopolitics will involve the company of Angels,
superior technology and infrastructure and the presence of
other Beings from this cosmos who wish to reclaim their soul
group members before they get farmed off to some other factory or franchise.
If there are deep politics within the human population it is
the secrets of our ancient knowledge and heritage and family
groups that we as older souls naturally possess. From there
we can make a new choice – whether we embrace the Way of
Life and become high frequency loving lifeforms [John 15]
empowered beyond biology and clones and the fires and combustions of Repto-Grey hell and desolation and the games of
being Vampire or Dust.

I look upon my writings as a method of education. Most people
do not know a lot about the whole UFO phenomenon, except
the humorous blurbs they hear on television news that tend to
cast witnesses or researchers in a negative light, or the occasional
sensationalist cable program. What I would like to accomplish
is the enlightenment of as many as possible to a wealth of
phenomena that really is occurring in our world involving UFO´s
and Extraterrestrials. Please understand that these are my views
based upon my research, and until we capture an alien entity
in public, recover an ET spacecraft without the government´s
assistance, etc., my understandings can be subject to change
I roll with what feels right and with what has appropriate
substantiation.
Recently I have been studying a mostly Brazilian phenomenon
the locals refer to as “Chupas”. Most things Brazilian are great, but
I finally found one that is not so good. Chupas are a relatively new
anomaly in the UFO arena. Most of the information about this
phenomenon is derived from interviews of locals, who might be
actual witnesses or can just fill in the local legends surrounding
the subject.
In 1977, the Brazilian government heard complaints of
a phenomenon attacking locals. Witnesses describe the
phenomenon as small square metallic objects, a few feet on each
side, that flies 20 to 30 feet off the ground, hovers, and emits
a hum most describe resembling that of a refrigerator. These
objects fly through the treetops at night and seem to aggressively
attack locals.
The local economy is poor, and residents have to hunt and fish to
gather food. They tend to enjoy these activities and have better results
at night, when animals come out searching for prey. Chupas appear
near the hunters while they are stalking through the woods or hiding
in hastily made tree stands, directing a bright, focused beam of light
on them. When this light hits its target, complaints of scarring that appeared to be from repeated stabs by small pins accompanied by a loss
of blood (not bleeding, but like a removing of a portion of the blood
supply), burning of skin, and intense pain was experienced that lasted
anywhere from a few weeks to years. Locals began referring to this
anomaly as “vampire lights” or “chupa-chupa” (which means the sucker)
as a result of the types of wounds experienced.
The phenomenon seemed to appear first in the area of Para , Brazil ,
but soon spread to the country´s capital of Belem , with complaints attacks and injuries pouring in from local citizenry. The Brazilian military
launched Operation Saucer in an attempt to identify the phenomenon.
Soldiers were sent to the area to interview witnesses, examine the
injured, and try to observe the phenomenon. Some of the soldiers sent
to the area became witnesses themselves, with a classified 2,000 page
report, photos, and almost 16 hours of film.
The leading researcher into this anomaly is a fantastic ufologist named
A. J. Gevaerd, editor of Brazilian UFO Magazine. Among the witnesses
he interviewed was one Uyrangê Hollanda, the captain in charge of the
military´s investigation. Captain Hollanda was found dead in his home
two months after an in-depth interview with Gevaerd, in which he
shared classified information with the ufologist. The death appeared to
be a suicide, but has raised some suspicion.
Quite a lot to digest. As with most UFO-related incidents, this has a lot
of witness and trace evidence, but is not given very much weight by
media around the world. The interesting thing here is that this is not a
localized phenomenon. In the book, The Hunt for the Skinwalker: Science Confronts the Unexplained at a Remote Ranch in Utah, Dr. Colm
Kelleher, PhD and George Knapp record research that they and other
scientists with the National Institute of Discovery Sciences conducted
at an undisclosed ranch in the state of Utah, as well as other sites
around the United States. Of the many anomalies recorded, Chupas
were seen slowly flying around the property, emitting the same sound
as described by the Brazilian locals.
Are Chupas reconnaissance craft? Are the intelligences behind Chupas
taking blood or tissue samples? What are they searching for? Could
it be something specific to the Brazilian populace, or are they simply
being preyed upon because of who they are, where they live, and how
they live? Is the remoteness of the region actually a factor? Could the
isolation be beneficial to their goals? Whatever the nature of Chupas, it
definitely has the attention of ufologists, who continue to field reports
of sightings and injuries, and press the Brazilian government to release
its still classified report in toto. Until then, researchers and scientists
continue their search for answers.

The Men in Black: The Early Days--Paranoia, the Paranormal, and Alien SS

On Monday, September 1, my colleague Paul Dale Roberts sent
me an email stating that he was going to interview an individual
who claimed to have been a “Man in Black,” one of the infamous
MIB, tormenters of UFO witnesses and researchers. I told Paul that I
couldn’t wait to read it. A few hours later, I was reading his extraordinary interview with “Mr. Q,” and today I was enormously pleased
to see that the ever-alert Don Allis had run the piece in Alien
Seeker: Reporting Anomalous News.
Paul’s excellent interview--which I felt set just the proper tone for
such an interview with an individual who may be lying and deliberately spreading disinformation or who may be telling the truth
and providing us with another piece of the Great UFO Puzzle--got
me to recalling some of the encounters with the MIB that my fellow
researchers and I underwent back in the late ‘60s.
In the period from 1966 to 1970, dozens of UFOlogists, contactees,
and chance percipients of UFO’s claimed to have been visited by
ominous strangers--usually three, usually dressed in black--who
made it painfully clear that they would violently enforce their
orders to see to it that investigators discontinued flying saucer
research and surrendered all photographs or artifacts. Often the
threats were punctuated with the assertion that cooperation with
the men in black was essential for the good of “your family, your
country, and your world.” In many ways, the MIB seemed as though
the spirits of the Nazi SS had been resurrected as enforcers for
Alien invaders.
By June 24, 1967, a number of us UFOlogists gathered at the Commodore Hotel in New York to celebrate the twentieth anniversary
of the UFO sighting that brought the term “flying saucers” to our
language (Kenneth Arnold spotted the saucer-shaped craft near
Mount Rainier, Washington, on June 24, 1947), paranoia concerning the MIB was climbing toward an all-time high. The final match
to be thrown on the psychological tinder was the announcement
of the death of Frank Edwards on that same special anniversary
day.
Edwards was a radio personality who for many years had made a
hobby of broadcasting stories on UFO’s and psychic phenomena.
At the time of his death Edwards was recognized as the King of
Communicators in the field of UFOlogy.
Suddenly he was dead. What were the causes?
Cerebral hemorrhage, agreed many UFOlogists in the crowded corridors of the Commodore Hotel, for that was the principal means of
dealing death to UFO witness in the popular television series of the
day, The Invaders, starring Roy Thinnes.
Before his death, Frank Edwards had made several comments
about attempts to silence him. He had had a highly successful
radio program sponsored by the American Federation of Labor.
Then, according to Edwards, the show had been dropped and he
had been given his walking papers for devoting too many program
minutes to discussions about flying saucers. It was his contention
that his constant mentions of the UFO enigma had become irritating to the Defense Department--Edwards consistently maintained
that the Air Force was guilty of a gigantic cover-up on the subject-and that they had brought pressure to bear on George Meany,
President of the AFL.
Had the UFO silencers eliminated Frank Edwards? A lot of UFOlogists thought so, and that we were being infiltrated by some powerful agency from another world, and that the three men in black
were representatives of this group’s intelligence arm.
In an issue of Saucer Scoop, a UFO newsletter published by Joan
Whritenour, John A. Keel stated in an “Open Letter to All UFO
Researchers” that he considered the MIB professional terrorists who
included among their duties, “the harassment of UFO researchers
who become involved in cases which might reveal too much of the
truth.” Keel commented that the victim of the MIB appeared to be
subjected to “some sort of brainwashing technique that leaves him
in a state of nausea, mental confusion, or even amnesia lasting for
several days.”
Keel went on to declare:
“Contacts are being made ... then suppressed .. on a dizzying scale.
Information is being gained... and lost... at an ever-increasing pace.
One of the ironies of all this is that no policeman in his right mind
associates black cars, kidnappers, amnesia victims, and black eyes
with the UFO phenomena. Many of these cases never get beyond
local police departments. Neither the FBI nor any other central
government agency is engaged in collecting information on these
aspects. Even local newspapers seldom take notice of these cases.
“Because the official law-enforcement agencies are unwilling or unable, to cope with this growing situation, it becomes the responsibility of the private civilian investigator to collect and collate the
full details on these incidents. The hazards of such investigations
are obvious, but the job must be done .... We must switch our attention from the vehicles to the occupants. The menace is not in
our skies. It is on the ground, and at this moment it is spreading
like a disease across the country and the world.”
Most of the UFO percipients and investigators reported being
threatened by (most often) shortish men with dark complexions,
somewhat Asian features, and heavy accents. A number claimed
to have received later contact with “aliens” through their home
television or radio sets. According to numerous accounts, the
aliens’ frequency interrupted normal programming. Robed figures
instructed the saucer sighters to cooperate with them and to keep
their information confidential. In exchange for this silence and
cooperation, the aliens promised that the UFO percipients would
be permitted to work with them on certain marvelous projects that
would benefit humankind.

Now I have no doubt that there was/is a physical aspect to the MIB
phenomenon. I have no doubt that in many cases the mysterious
interrogators may have been associated with the military, some
black branch of the government--and in certain instances over-eager and possessive UFO researchers from civilian groups attempting to claim certain cases as their private property.
But I am also convinced that this phenomenon--like so many associated with the UFO enigma--also has a paranormal aspect that
may very often become extremely powerful, perhaps overwhelmingly so, to the investigator who has not prepared himself carefully for the remarkably complex interlocking realities of the UFO
mystery.

In the spring of 1968, a magazine writer asked me to come along as
an expert observer on an interview with a contactee who claimed
a particularly vivid experience aboard a flying saucer. We left on a
Friday, planning to spend the weekend in a motel, and since the contactee lived in a large city with numerous motels, we did not make
any reservations.
At the same time, since I had been hearing rather eerie reports about
the harassment of UFO researchers, I had decided to pick a motel at
random and not even tell our wives where we were staying. To check
with our respective homes and be certain all was well, we agreed to
call from pay telephones, rather than the telephone in the room.
We met the contactee, recorded his most interesting (and greatly
convincing) story, and returned to our homes three days later.
Shortly after I had returned home (I had 200 miles farther to travel
than the magazine writer), I received a telephone call from him. In
very disturbed tones he told me he had received a call from a rather
unctuous (if anonymous) individual who had detailed our every
action of the past few days, including the name of the motel we
had stayed in and the food we had ordered for our meals. The writer
concluded that all the time that we thought we had been carefully
covering our tracks, we had been under close surveillance.
A few days later, after midnight, the writer telephoned me again,
obviously distraught. Books had been jumping off the shelves in his
office, he told me. He was aware of mysterious presences. On two
nights he had been awakened by a smallish man cloaked in shimmering light, who, like some intergalactic traveling evangelist, attempted
to sell him on the idea of working with them in their cause. “Become
one of our workers in the vineyard of Earth,” my friend claimed to
have been proselytized. “Join us. Work with us.”
It was about that time that crucial data that fellow UFO researchers
had sent to me in the mail either never arrived or came on the scene
days later than the postmark would indicate that it should. All sorts
of mail began to arrive taped shut with “Opened by Mistake” either
stamped or written on the envelopes. On the other hand, some
pieces arrived overnight from great distances--without a postmark.
Once while speaking to a fellow researcher on the telephone, our
conversation was interrupted by a metallic-sounding voice chanting:
“Ho, ho, UFO!”
Strangely enough, my friends seemed to endure the most peculiar telephone nonsense. An officer in the Navy Reserves, who had
expressed an interest in the UFO enigma, finally asked me please not
to discuss UFO’s with him on the telephone ever again. Both at the
office and at home, he found he was
“sharing” his private line with some undetermined other parties.
On two occasions when I had been speaking with him, a voice had
broken in, mumbled a few words, then apologized for the intrusion.
His wife absolutely refused to permit me to discuss the subject in her
presence because of the bad dreams she had been suffering in connection with UFO’s.
In another city a businessman who had been doing a great deal of research on my behalf told of the time when he was anticipating a visit
from me. He picked up the telephone to make a call on his private
line, only to hear the following bit of conversation:
“Has he arrived in town yet?”
“Not yet.”
“What motel will he be staying in’”
“The [correct name of the motel in which I had made reservations].
“Don’t worry. Everything is set.”
At this point my friend broke in and asked who the hell was on his private line. There was a stunned silence, a click, then the steady buzzing
that indicated a clear line.
One may build a case, I suppose, that any or all of the above was simply a series of rather remarkable coincidences.
The following incident is a bit more difficult to explain away, however.
A friend of mine was traveling in England before continuing on to
Vietnam to visit his son in the armed forces. He was walking near a
railway station in London when he noticed three men dressed completely in black staring at him.
When my friend returned their collective stare, they approached him
and asked him which train they should take for such-and-such a city.
My friend calmly pointed out that he was a tourist, and it made a
good deal more sense for them to ask at the information booth just a
few feet away.
My friend turned on his heel and walked away from the odd trio, but
a glance over his shoulder told him that they were still standing there
staring at him, disregarding his advice to check with the information
booth. Suddenly ill at ease, my friend hailed a taxi and went directly
to his hotel.
When he got to his room, an uncomfortable sensation prickled the
back of his neck and he glanced out his window.
On the street corner, looking up at his room, were the three men.
Baffled, he tried to push the incident from his mind.
A day or so later, though, he was confronted by one of the men as
he walked to his hotel who told him straight out: “You are a friend of
Brad Steiger. Tell him we shall visit him by Christmas.”
My friend had only a peripheral knowledge of the UFO can of worms,
but he returned to his hotel room and wrote me a long letter with the
above details. How could three odd little guys in London know that
he was a friend of mine?
Not long after I had received his letter, I visited an associate in another city and told him about the bizarre experience that my friend
had encountered in London.
“Humph!” Jim snorted over the lunch we were sharing. “If those monkeys come to see you this Christmas, send ‘em down to talk to me. I’d
love to get one of those characters in my hands. I would solve this
man-in-black mystery you’ve been telling me about!”
I warned him that he had better be careful or he might get his wish.
Later, Jim told me that I had no sooner started my homeward journey
than he was told that a gentleman wished to see him. A secretary
ushered a man of average height into Jim’s office--a man, my friend
said, who was the thinnest human being he had ever seen.
“He was cadaverous, Brad,” Jim told me. “But he seemed alert enough,
and so involved in his mission that he ignored my offered hand of
greeting. In fact, I tried to push shaking his hand, but he refused to
touch me.
“’I hear you want to be the head of UFO’s in Iowa,’ he said quickly.
“He took out a wallet, flipped it open, then shut, before I could see
any identification. I can’t really recall anything else he said, because
it was all so damned nonsensical. Soon he was gone, and I was still
sitting there dumbfounded.
“I jumped to my feet, though, when I heard his car starting. I got a
good look at his automobile, and I wrote down its license number. I
can’t tel1 you what make of car it was. It looked like a combination of
three or four different makes and models, but it didn’t real1y look like
anything I had ever seen before.
And the license number didn’t check. The Highway Patrol said there
was no such Iowa plate registered. A friend in another branch of state
government, who owed me a favor, said the plate wasn’t registered to
any government agent, either.”

Steve, a UFO investigator, had an experience with unidentified and
mysterious interrogators in September, 1966. He was working the
night shift in a large pulp-and-paper plant in northern Michigan
when he was paid an enigmatic visit by two dark-complexioned men
dressed completely in black.
‘’The first thing to come to my mind was the odd hour of the visit-three o’clock in the morning--and the rather puzzling appearance of
the intruders,” Steve told me.
The two men asked him about the UFO case that he was investigating, but Steve played it cautiously and told them he had given up
flying saucer research.
“The two evidently seemed satisfied with my replies, for they suddenly turned and walked out of the room. By this time I had an inkling
of who they were--or rather, who they were not. (My first impression
was that they were from the government.) I jumped up from my chair
and hurried out the door in pursuit--not more than twenty seconds
behind them.
“Upon reaching the doorway, I paused and looked down the corridor.
They could only have gone in one direction--but they were not in
sight. They had vanished.
“I moved forward slowly. About ten feet from the door I experienced
an odd feeling--a sense of dissipated energy, or a residual electrical current, somewhat akin to the sensation one experiences when
standing in a very powerful magnetic field. I rechecked the spot every
few minutes, and noticed it ebb and fade) until it was completely unnoticeable in half an hour.
“I talked with fellow workers in and around the building in which I
was working, and they reported seeing no one. Checks with the plant
guard substantiated my belief--no one had signed in at the industrial
complex that night.”
Although I didn’t become as deeply embroiled in MIB activities as
certain of my fellow researchers, I did tread on the periphery of their
vortex of swirling, nightmarish games. And from time to time I did
slip into the court where the contest was being played. I endured the
“smellies”--vile, odorous attacks of some invisible entity not in the
least concerned about personal hygiene. And closely associated with
the disagreeable odors were regular poltergeistic plunderings of my
office.
But then I stumbled on a clue that may just solve the puzzle of who at
least some of the MIB might really be.
The revelation occurred one night as I sat in my office, desperately
working over Lucretia, my faithful 1923 Underwood typewriter. I
heard the heavy sound of footsteps at the top of the stairs. A quick
glance told me that no one was there.
A favorite painting of Edgar Allan Poe fell to the floor. I became irritated. I had to work to meet a deadline on a magazine article. I had
no time to play.
Papers began to rustle off to my side. A single sheet became airborne.
I had had enough. I looked up from my typewriter, rolled my eyes
upward in disgust, and shouted: “Just cut it the hell out!”
Everything stopped. There was literally the sound of silence. I experienced the same kind of sensation one has when he walks into a
crowded, noisy room, and everyone suddenly stops talking. The very
air seemed less crowded and oppressive. I went back to my writing
without taking any further notice of anything other than the work at
hand. Every kind of intelligence, regardless of how high or how low,
wishes to be recognized. Nothing shuts up any thinking entity faster
than to ignore it.
But I hadn’t ignored it. Rather, I had commanded this poltergeistlike
force. I had refused to go along with its framework of reality, and my
own change of attitude----from passive fear to rage----had apparently
done the trick.
In weeks to come I wondered about the other less fortunate victims
of both poltergeists and the MIB. Had they had simply gone along
with the “game,” refusing to see themselves as the equals of their
otherworldly adversaries? The cessation of odd activity in my office
had been so abrupt that it was almost like some kind of lesson was
terminated. Could it be that some intelligence was trying to teach me
something all along--and satisfied that I had learned it, departed to
seek out other pupils? If so, what was the lesson exactly? What had I
done right?
Not long after my “lesson,” I sat one evening reminiscing with a farm
family who had endured the entire gamut of the flying saucer mystery.
UFO’s had become a part of this family’s life several years before
when one of its male members became a “channel” for an entity who
claimed to be from another world. The invisible telepathic being had
begun communicating with the entire family because they had been
“selected before they had been born” to assist him in doing “His” work
and in protecting Earth from another group of intelligences who
sought to enslave humankind.
The communicating entity led the various members of the family
circle on a number of “assignments” designed to save the Earth and
to serve the benign entity and his kind. But always, the entity warned
them, there was the enemy group with its men in black, seeking
whom they might devour.
The family, who became “flying saucer missionaries,” saw mysterious
fellow passengers board airplanes with them--then disappear somewhere in mid-flight. Automobiles appeared out of nowhere to follow
and harass them.
A man claiming to be from a state educational division arrived at the
high school and talked for over an hour with one of the teenaged girl
members of the family. The only questions he asked had to do with
whether or not she would be able to recognize a spy. When suspicious adult members of the beleaguered family checked with school
administrators, they were informed that they had no knowledge of
such a man nor of such a division within the state educational system.
The girl who had been interrogated by the unidentified man also
developed into a “channel” for the communicating entity, and soon
several members of the family were practicing automatic writing.
UFO’s swooped low overhead at night. Eerie lights were seen to
dance about in the fields. Invisible entities snatched keys from their
resting places and jangled them about the room, terrifying the
children. Unseen hands lifted a mattress on which one couple lay
sleeping, under which were some “secret” papers that the principal
communicating entity had dictated.
Their farm work was being ignored. Their lives had become a living
nightmare in which every stranger was suspect, every sound in the
night that of an invader, every strange coincidence imbued with
desperate and weighty significance.
At last the full realization that they had been deceived--that they
had been led into a silly game--jolted them into determined action.
They too said collectively, in essence: “Cut it the hell out!” And they
resumed meaningful living.
I have advised many beginning “ghost hunters” or UFO researchers that when one feels himself set upon by marauding entities and
begins to cross himself, recite prayers, sing hymns, or bellows out his
favorite rock song, he “jams” the frequency in his brain on which the
entities have been trying to establish contact and control. It may well
be that a determined demand to “Knock it off!” might have the same
frequency-jamming effect and permit the percipient of the phenomenon to regain control of his own cerebral equipment.

Whenever I review those days of UFO yesteryear when there seemed
to be men in black lurking in every shadow, I am also led to think of
the mythological figure common to all cultures and known generically to ethnologists as the Trickster. The Trickster plays pranks upon
humankind, but often at the same time he is instructing them or
transforming aspects of the world for the benefit of his human
charges.
Most cultures view the Trickster as a primordial being who came into
existence soon after the creation of the world. A number of Amerindian tribes referred to their Trickster figure as “Old Man,” because they
saw him as someone who was ageless, as old as time.
The Trickster is usually viewed as a supernatural being with the ability
to change his shape at will. Although basically wily, he may behave
in a very stupid, childish manner at times, and may often end up as
the one who is tricked. The Trickster lies, cheats, and steals without
compunction. He seems often to be the very essence of amoral animalism.
The Trickster figure is often credited with bringing death and pain
into the world; yet, in some recitations, his own son was the first to
die as a result.
Because of his introduction of death to the world and because of his
animalistic and amoral attributes, the Trickster is sometimes identified with the Devil as a personification of evil. Carl Jung saw the Trickster as a mythological shadow figure who provides the reverse image
of the saint, the angel. The animalistic Trickster serves as the impish,
dark opposite of the bright conscious mind and establishes a balance
without which psychic wholeness may not be achieved. Sounds like
the poltergeist or MIB, certainly. And
yet, most cultures do not cast the Trickster in the role of the Evil One.
He is often seen as a once high god cast down from the heights of
pure divinity.
In an article on the Trickster figure in Man, Myth and Magic, Douglas
Hill writes that the many tales of the Trickster blend and fuse. “Trickster is comic relief; he is psychic catharsis on a deep and vital level; he
is a hero whose own evolution perhaps mirrors that of humankind
toward a higher consciousness and social maturity. And, embodying
all these essentials, he is deathless--no ethnological museum piece
but just as alive and flourishing today as in the primeval past.”

Mr. Q: You are the most accessible paranormal investigator on the
web. You have your cell number right out there for the world to see.
When I call, you answer. Plus, you are not just a ghosthunter, but you
investigate all things of a paranormal nature. I like the fact that when I
call, I get a real person. How many times have you heard that?
Paul: Why are you disclosing your status as a former MIB? (Men in
Black).
Mr. Q: I am tired of the lies of our government. Its time for disclosure.
We are not alone.
Paul: Did you get fired or did you quit?
Mr. Q: Yes, you can say I got fired. I fell in love. The aliens that control
American Intelligence MIBs have a way to manipulate our emotions.
One of those emotions is love. Somehow I overcame this obstacle
and actually fell in love. I was rejected from the MIB program.
Paul: Who did you fall in love with?

Mr. Q: I am from the South Pacific.

Paul: What government agency do you work for?
Mr. Q: We are an elite team from the South Pacific trained by an
American intelligence agency. We were trained near and around the
Kwajalein Atoll. I am not disclosing any names of what Intelligence
agency is in control of the MIB program.
Paul: Why the South Pacific?
Mr. Q: The military and a certain group of aliens work side-by-side at
underground bases in the Pacific. There are two sets of MIBs. Alien
MIBs and American Intelligence MIBs.
Paul: Why two sets?
Mr. Q: Even though American Intelligence works closely with a certain
group of aliens, there is still some distrust. A lot of disinformation
comes with the appearance of MIBs. American Intelligence MIBs usually have South Pacific origins. When witnesses encounter AI MIBs,
they describe us as having dark skin, slanted eyes, etc. This way it
appears a foreign power has their own MIBs, when in reality its our
American government. The alien MIBs do their own part in disinformation and send in robotic MIBs that appear to not look modern and
drive around in old Cadillacs. When the witnesses are interviewed
and describe MIBs, it sounds like they are lunatics. Its all disinformation tactics. We cant send in people that look like average Americans,
then our government would be blamed for interrogating witnesses to
UFO events. Intelligence personnel and aliens have a sense of humor
and find it amusing at how ridiculous many of these witnesses sound
after our disinformation campaign has befallen them.
Paul: Why are aliens and our Military working side-by-side?

Mr. Q: They are involved in many operations from HAARP, technology
and DNA developments. I dont even know the full scope of their unison together. My job was to interrogate witnesses of UFO events and
to make it seem that their stories were not credible. MIBs are used for
disinformation and mind deceptional techniques. Some of the alien
MIBs use mind scrambling hypnotic devices in their vehicles.

for DNA experimentation. The American military in turn receives
technical tidbits from their alien allies. Another alien race may be
preparing territory claims on Earth and the powers of HAARP may be
secretly used in this conflict. Certain individuals are given information
to enlighten the masses by our alien allies. One of those individuals
is Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry. Aliens are trying to give us a
jump start to prepare for our future.

Sightings In Pennsylvania

The wing tips stirred the dust and gravel on both sides of the
roadway as it ran to become airborne. The witness later returned
to the site and measured the distance across the road from edge to
edge. It was 21 feet. The witness stated that he was in a slight state
of shock as he watched the creature fly off. The witness later tried
searching for the identify this bird, but the closest creature he could
find in a book was the drawing of a terratorn, an extinct bird. For

Rick Fisher, a researcher from Lancaster County, and Director of
the Paranormal Society of Pennsylvania (www.paranormalpa.
com) received a report from a witness who also saw a strange flying creature. Rick indicated that the witness appeared to be very
credible and sincere, and wanted to remain anonymous due to his
profession. This sighting was believed to have occurred about June
or July of 2007, near the community of Granite Run. The witness
was driving through the area at about 1:30 A.M., when he stopped
to get some gas.
While pumping the gas, he heard a scratching sound which appeared to be coming from the roof of a nearby building. The man
observed a dark shadow which he described as a being which
stood from 3 to 4 feet tall, in a hunched position. He was able to
observe that it had wings, but no feathers. The wings were above
the creatures head. The witness felt that the creature was observing
him, and from what he could see from the shape, it didn’t appear to
be that of a bird.
The witness left the location for a brief time, and when he returned,
he heard a whooshing sound and wings flapping, and could see
that the creature had flown over to another nearby structure. The
man had to be somewhere, and he left the area, still wondering
about what he saw. When Rick interviewed the witness, he was certain that this was not a bird, owl, or anything he was familiar with.

This past February, I wrote about a man who reported a very close
observation of a giant bird in neighboring West Virginia in late
September,or early October, 2007. The man was driving on a rural
two lane roadway outside of the town of Clendenin, at about 8 A.M.
when he had to step hard on his brakes,to avoid hitting a giant flying
creature in the middle of the road. The giant bird was only a few yards
ahead of him, and was feeding on road kill. The witness, an avid hunter, was startled by the size of the creature, which stood at least four
feet tall, with it’s head extending above the roof line of his vehicle.
Rick Fisher also received another giant flying creature report, which
occurred about 8 miles outside of Harrisburg, in a very rural area.
This sighting is believed to have taken place during the early morning hours of February 23, 2008. The driver said that he was driving
about 35-40 miles per hour, when a huge bird like thing appeared
from above the trees, came down and seemed to hover above his
vehicle. The witness made Rick aware that he is an active hunter
and angler, and had never seen anything like this before. He stated
that the thing was huge, but wasn’t sure that he could call it a bird.
The shadow of the creature covered his entire truck.
The bird was covered with very dark brown or black feathers. The
head seemed dominant, but not over proportioned to its body. The
neck seemed long and slightly crooked. The beak was very long and
large, and the eyes were very dark. But the feature which stood out
was the massive wingspan of the bird. The wingspan was easily as
wide as the two lane road. The witness stated, “the wings were as I
can remember, as arms of a human are attached. It had shoulders. It
had a very muscular upper torso and the wings were as if they were

away. The witness who has watched many birds in the woods, said
this thing kind of soared or glided without a flapping motion. The
witness admitted that he was quite scared during the observation,
and stressed how huge the creature was, and stated,” like prehistoric almost.” The witness went on to say that he knew what he saw,
and if people want to call him crazy that is fine.

Another more recent sighting of a giant winged something, just
came to my attention. Jim Brown, an experienced paranormal researcher from Fayette County, provided me with details about this
case which he is currently investigating. Jim has a very interesting

This incident occurred on May 20, 2008, at about 2 P.M. in Washington County, Pennsylvania.
The weather was in the 50s, and partly sunny at the time. The location of the sighting was about two miles north of US Route 40, from
the southbound lanes of PA Route 43. The roadway is a four lane
divided highway, two north and two south, with a grass median
between them. The witness who Jim interviewed, was traveling
south on the four lane roadway, about two miles from the Route 40
interchange. The communities of Brownsville and California were
off to his left, across from the Monongahela River.
As the man traveled down the road, his attention was drawn to
what he thought at first was an aircraft moving over the trees. He
soon noticed that the wings were moving. The flying thing was
moving in the direction of his car, so he pulled off the road, and
got out to get a better look. The winged thing passed over the car
and moved behind the witness, about 100 feet overhead. At that
point this creature appeared to be gliding, and getting lower, and it
looked more like a giant bat than a bird.
The witness could see no feathers, only short dark gray or black
hair on the body. The wings appeared to be a membrane stretched
over bone. It was a little difficult to see the details due to the sky
being so bright. The witness commented that a small amount of
light could be seen through the membrane. He emphasized that it
was not solid like metal. As the man watched, the creature dropped
lower from the sky behind his car. Apparently other motorists also
caught sight of the huge flying animal.
One car stopped down the road, and a person got out. That driver
had a camera with him, and was seen taking pictures of the flying
creature. As they watched, the creature glided down to no more
than 20 feet above the road surface, and was seen flapping its
wings once or twice. With each wing flap, the creature appeared to
rise about 20 feet higher above the roadway.
Since the creature was flying so low, its huge wingspan was very
evident to the witness. The man told Jim that when the creature
spread its wings,they extended beyond the one edge of the pavement, to the other side of the two lane road. That would be about
20 feet or more in length.
The creature flew off towards the west, and was lost from sight over
the trees on that side of the road. The man with the camera was
seen running into the woods following the creature. The witness
expressed to Jim that he was not going to stay around that location any longer and decided to leave. He was concerned that he
could be attacked. He commented that this flying creature was big
enough that it could easily pick up a man. There were no sounds
or other effects reported as the creature moved over. The entire
observation was estimated to have lasted about 45 seconds to one
minute.
We are hopeful that the person who took the pictures of this
creature will contact Jim Brown or myself. If anyone else has had a
similar encounter, I am interested in hearing from them.

Visitation of the Gods

How is it, that for a millennia, homo sapiens that emerged after
the demise of Neanderthals existed throughout the world as mere
hunter gatherers? Then out of nowhere, let’s say around 3000BC,
the first of about six civilizations sprang up around the globe. These
civilizations told of creation myths in which the Gods came down to
Earth, fashioned homo sapiens in their own image and then taught
them how to be civilized. Cultures that were established in Egypt,
Sumer, Peru, Mexico, China and the Indus Valley created humongous
pyramids. How is it that the Mayan engineers designed and built the
longest bridge span in the ancient world? Imagine this, a 600-foot
suspension structure with two piers on each side of the river and
two supports in the river itself. How did primitive man obtain the
knowledge to create such an elaborate bridge? Why do the Mayans
and Aztecs talk of the feathered serpent god called Kukulkan by
Mayan standards and Quetzalcoatl by Aztec standards. This god with
two names is described as being white, large eyes and has a flowing
beard. He wore a long white robe reaching to his feet. He referred
himself as the God of Peace. Did the Mayans and Aztecs just make
this stuff up? Are we reading ancient science fiction? If it is ancient
science fiction, how did they become so savvy in agriculture?
Why is it that many UFOs are seen at Lake Titicaca? It is rumored that
there is a UFO base under the lake. How odd, that if you look into the
history of this lake that borders Peru and Bolivia, that there is a story
that the God Viracocha created the first people near this lake.
All of the pieces of the puzzle show an intriguing picture. Let’s see a
part of this picture. The African Dogons believed they were visited by
beings from Sirius. Their belief system was similar to ancient Egyptians and Sumerians. Egyptians and Sumerians had great knowledge
of physics and astrophysics. Could this knowledge been imparted
to them by extraterrestrials? Could we have a connection to Sirius?
Could we have the partial DNA of the gods?
So many ancient stories connect. The story of Noah’s ark originates
from the Sumerian clay tablets. The Sumerian god Enki is described
as amphibious. Enki does many similar things as the god Jehovah.
When you look at the stories of Enki and compare them to Jehovah,
you will discover they are actually one and the same. Does that mean
the God Jehovah is amphibious? Ummmm….yes. I know it’s a frightening concept and I am taking you down a path that you probably
don’t want to imagine or believe. What is it about those amphibious
gods? How about the Babylonian’s semi-daemon Oannes, who was a
fishtailed amphibious being from the heavens who according to the
Babylonians founded the human civilization on Earth? No wonder we
have legends of mermen and mermaids.
There is an old saying…what is science fiction, will become become
science fact. We watch the TV show Stargate, but could have the ancient Mayans possessed actual methods of transdimensional travel?
The superstrings, quantum jumps and wormholes through spacetime described by contemporary physicists might provide the basis
for unique techniques of visiting other realms. Could the gods have
incorporated this knowledge to the ancient Mayans?
There are so many things that point to the fact that we were visited
in ancient times by the Gods. Ancient text tells how they gave us fire,
how they taught us science, how they taught us to build, how they
punished us if we were too rebellious. I’m not even going to discuss
the ancient India text that describe flying Vimanas of the Gods, otherwise I will be writing a book and not an article. Yes! The signature
of the Gods are everywhere. Are the Gods signatures on the Cydonia
section of Mars? Many scholars, scientists and authors think so. Could
extraterrestrials be influencing man now? Could they take a man
like Edgar Cayce and bless him with the knowledge of the ancient
Akashic Records, allowing Edgar to have knowledge of Atlantis, Mu
and Lemuria?
Could the extraterrestrials from these ancient times be with us right
now? Is that why commercial pilots, air traffic controllers and thousands of citizens witnessed the Phoenix lights? All of these witnesses
claim they did not see conventional aircraft and flares. They claim
what they saw had to be extraterrestrial in origin.
I believe the government knows a lot about what UFOs are. I believe
they know the purpose of the extraterrestrials, they know where they
originate and they also know how they kick started the human race.
As a former Military Intelligence agent, I know for a fact that the US
Army Military Intelligence is aware of UFOs and is still looking into
the matter. It is post-Blue Book and our intelligence agencies are still
knee deep in gathering UFO data. This is an open message to our
government. It’s time to come out with the truth, we are all listening.

Every now and then a book comes along that you
just can’t put down. Bill Bean’s (William J. Bean, Jr.)
Dark Force book is one of them. After I finished the
last page, I read his harrowing experiences from start
to finish again.
It is painfully unimaginable what his mother, Patricia Bean, went through
during her struggles with demonic forces, her health issues and
supernatural attacks on her husband, William Bean, that pushed the
family
to the brink. During the years from 1970 to 1980, Bill’s family became
splintered with his father driven away and his sister leaving at the age of

by finding an exit from the terror she endured at their house. This left
only
his mother, his younger brother and himself to endure the physical and
mental attacks the entities had in store for them.
Many of you have probably seen Bill’s story on Discovery’s A Haunting.
His
story segment is called “House of the Dead.” I can’t emphasize enough
for
one to read his written story as compared to the one on A Haunting.
Dark Force is not a lengthy drawn-out story. It is rather a straight-inyourface recollection of his youth being torn apart by demons and what he
and
his family encountered. This isn’t a story such as The Amityville Horror
where there is only the family and a local parish priest to verify the story;
rather those from his extended family to friends verified what had happened
in his childhood home outside of Baltimore, MD.
Through the power of faith in God his Uncle Cliff bestowed upon him, he
gained the strength to face the evil at a time when he was just entering
his
teenage years. Bill Bean shows his God-fearing strength to call upon the
demons and fight them face-to-face.
I have read numerous true-life and fiction stories with the subject being
of
the paranormal, but not since reading Jay Anson’s The Amityville Horror
book or seeing Steven Spielberg’s Poltergeist at the movie theater, has a
story stayed in my mind - hour after hour and day after day.

A Glowing and Moving Orb,
A Witches Howl, 101st Airborne Soldiers
Up front I must say that I was not a witness to the event I am about to
share. I am however the father and father-in-law of two of the witnesses, as well as knowing the other witnesses. It is also important at this
time for me to state that I have the utmost respect and admiration for
all of the witnesses involved, and believe every word that they shared
with me of their experience.
Half of the guests arriving that summer night in 2005 with their wives
and girlfriends for a cookout only wanted to enjoy the evening with
good friends and relax. They were war weary, veteran soldiers of the
101st Airborne out of Ft. Campbell, KY, having returned stateside a few
weeks earlier from a tour of duty in Iraqi and soon to be redeployed
again in 2006. Their hosts for the evening were my daughter, Theresa,
and her fiancé and soon to be husband Bryan, also a veteran of the
Iraqi war and still in active reserve. Nobody had a clue when the cookout began that a few hours later they would have a strange experience
that would create an air of apprehension and leave them scratching
their heads in wonder and amazement.
The cookout itself was no different than any other cookout that these
guests have attended throughout the years. Hotdogs and hamburgers
were being grilled and devoured; fruit bowls salads and desserts being prepared and served, and an occasional well deserved beer being
consumed. The only difference between this cookout and others were
the stories being shared. These were stories of brave men, all who
volunteered after 9/11, willing to risk their lives in the defense of their
country, of gallantry in battle and fighting an enemy whose bravery
consisted only of murdering innocent men, women and children
with car bombs and by other means. In the past I have asked these
men to share some of these stories with me and at times have met
resistance…resistance in the sense that they wish not to be thought
of as heroes, but only doing a job that they believed in. As I shared
earlier, one of these men was my son-in-law. As a sometimes overly
protective father of his only daughter, I could not be any more proud
of her choice in a husband with whom to create a lifetime of precious
memories.
As the evening progressed, most of the group decided to sit cross
legged in a circle on the driveway at the back of the house. The conversation was flowing freely and unabated until it was interrupted by
a scream that seemed to emanate from the air itself and every place
at once. Chill bumps suddenly and unexpectedly took the place of the
warm night air caressing their skin. At this exact same time someone
yelled that there was a glowing, white Orb the size
of a basketball emerging from a seven foot tall line of bushes that ran
down the left side of the driveway not more than 20 feet away. One
young lady then sprang to her feet and declared with some conviction
that the scream was that of a “witch,” and then ran into the house to
tell those few who were not outside sitting on the driveway. By this
time everyone in the circle was standing. Bryan and two other men
ran into the basement a few feet away and returned a few
seconds later with weapons…a blow torch and two large automotive wrenches. By this time the Orb had slowly floated through the
air about 5 feet off the deck into the back yard some 40 feet from
where it had first been seen. Not knowing if the glowing Orb was a
friendly, Bryan and the two men began to converge on the Orb using military tactics…one left, one right, and one in the middle. The
Orb seemed to sense the presence of the three and began to veer
left into the neighbor’s yard. Whether using intelligence or instincts,
it slowly maneuvered through an array of trees and seemed to be
using the trees as a buffer to separate itself from the three. A few
moments later the Orb stopped. The three continued their advance
on the glowing Orb until they were about ten feet away from it when
it suddenly vanished right before their eyes. The “witches scream”
ceased at this time as well; its blood curdling cry no more.
Needless to say everyone became a bit apprehensive during and
after the experience. The emotional impact on one soldier was more
telling than with the others. He vanquished himself to the house and
upon leaving stated loudly, “I didn’t sign up for this!” On the surface
this might seem a little strange for soldiers to feel any kind of fear
after having fought a vicious enemy in a war and having to soon
face him again in the future, but not really. In my extensive, hands
on research of the paranormal, I have periodically been involved in
cases where the bravest and strongest of people fall prey to the fear
of a ghost, a Bigfoot, UFOs, aliens (ET’s), etc. I believe that this fear
is based on the belief system of each individual. The majority of the
population’s belief system is based on what supposedly learned men
of science and religion tell us as what is real and not real. Not many
people dispute religious leaders when they tell us that we must fear
God and the Devil, and that aliens are demons, and that by messing
around with any aspects of the paranormal it will surely carry us to
the gates of Hell. On the other hand, scientist’s state emphatically
that anything in the paranormal realm is not real; that those who
claim to see or have contact with such things are either lying, delusional or they are just plain mistaken about what they experienced…
as in misidentifying a star, the moon, a plane as a UFO.
The brave soldiers at the cookout had been trained to fight a physical
and tangible enemy who cannot suddenly materialize and disappear
into thin air as if on a whim. What the group experienced that night
falls into the category of the paranormal…something unknown was
real and tangible and did materialize and disappeared on a whim.
From my own personal paranormal experiences, I strongly believe
that most people who share paranormal type experiences are not
lying or delusional; that they actually have paranormal
experiences that are real; that though what they experienced cannot be seen, touched and studied in our three
dimensional world, it is still real nevertheless.

A good example of my belief is fortified in a survey poll conducted
for an article that Life Magazine ran as their cover story in the
March 2000 issue, an article about UFO, Aliens and Abductions. I
was interviewed and my personal abduction experiences were one
of the main features of the article. Though the writer did a hatchet
job on the whole subject matter, including me, the poll tells a different story as compared to the writer’s beliefs and so called unbiased
writing style.
One of the questions was this: “Have you or anyone else you know
ever seen a UFO, or haven’t you?” Though 79% answered “No” to
this question, 2% answered “Not sure,” while 6% answered “Yes, personally” and 13% answered “Yes, someone I know.” Now if you take
the 19% who answered “Yes” and divide this with the estimated
population of just the United States in 2000, you get the rounded
off figure of 53 million individuals.
Now according to what scientist’s state and believe, this would
mean that almost 20% of the Unites States population is either liars,
mentally ill or can’t tell the difference between a stationary star, or
a big, white moon, or a fast moving plane and an unknown object
that looks like none of the above...
I don’t think so!

or that has been found out by those who investigate such matters.

Dead Cows I’ve Known by Ted Oliphant III
Recently the British Secretary of Health admitted that Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE), or “Mad Cow Disease” may be a species jumper. This means that humans exposed to animals with BSE,
can also contract it. This announcement set off a panic, with many
countries (Most Notably France, Belgium, Germany and The United
States) announcing boycotts of all British beef. There was serious
consideration given to destroying all eleven million head of British
cattle. But how do you dispose of 11,000,000 dead cows?
Some projections for the year 2010, suggest that up to 200,000
people could be affected each year from Mad Cow Disease related Creutzfeldt Jakob Disease (CJD). This is in Great Britain alone.
People don’t die from Mad Cow Disease, but from CJD after BSE
infection. What is Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease?
Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (“CJD”) is a rare, fatal brain disorder
which causes a rapid, progressive dementia and associated neuromuscular disturbances. The disease is often referred to as a sub
acute spongiform encephalopathy because it usually produces
microscopic vacuoles in neurons that appear “sponge-like”. * Under
the microscope, you can see “holes” in brain tissue. CJD, BSE and
other Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies are now referred
to as “Prion” diseases, but there is still much debate in both the
medical and scientific communities.
In addition to CJD, these suspected human “Prion” diseases include
Kuru, Gerstmann-Straussler-Scheinker disease and Fatal Familial
Insomnia. Kuru was originally found only among the Fore tribe
in Papua, New Guinea and has been significantly reduced since
the cessation of the ritual handling and eating of the brains of
deceased relatives. Kuru is not eliminated, but only reduced to a
nearly normal level. The different names for these various prion
diseases have historical reasons, but they all are variations of CJD.

Among the first symptoms of the human prion diseases are visual
disturbances and changes in skin sensation. There are also psychological changes. The disease is characterized by progressive problems with coordination which are typically followed by dementia.
Gerstmann-Straussler-Scheinker disease and fatal familial insomnia
are predominantly hereditary disorders with the former usually
marked by progressive coordination and movement problems
and the latter evidenced by sleeping problems preceding dementia. The suspected prion diseases occurring in animals consist of:
Scrapie in sheep and goats (The pre-cursor to BSE); Transmissible
Mink Encephalopathy; Chronic Wasting Disease of mule deer and
elk; Feline Spongiform Encephalopathy and Bovine Spongiform
Encephalopathy.
On March 20, 1996, the British Government, in a complete reversal of its previous position, stated that there was a possible link
between BSE and CJD. This new acknowledgment arose from the
identification of an apparently new strain of CJD which was discovered in 10 people under the age of 42, including some teenagers.
Additionally, five of the people were associated with the meat and
livestock industry. Scientists advising the British Government decided that the most likely explanation for this unusual outbreak was
the consumption of beef from diseased cattle before 1989, when
regulations were adopted for the disposal of potentially infectious
cattle offal, including brains, and the use of sheep entrails as feed
ceased.*
On November 10, 1997, Professor John Pattison, Chairman of the
British Government’s Spongiform Encephalopathy Advisory Board
announced on BBC TV’s Panorama program; that the National
Blood Supply could be contaminated with a “New” human strain
of mad cow disease. “It’s still impossible to say with any accuracy
but there could be quite significant numbers of people incubating
new variant CJD, raising the possibility that these people could be
donating infected blood to the national stocks,” he said.
At the present time, the only proven manner for contracting CJD
from an infected person has been through iatrogenic transmission,
an unintended consequence of a medical procedure using tainted
human matter or surgical instruments. Iatrogenic transmission of
CJD has occurred in cases involving corneal transplants, implantation of electrodes in the brain, dura matter grafts, contaminated
surgical instruments and the injection of natural human growth
hormone derived from cadaveric pituitaries. Thus, one may become
infected with CJD from direct contamination with infected neural
tissue.*
There are new, strict guidelines for the handling of suspected BSE,
CJD and Kuru infected tissues. Once a brain biopsy is completed,
surgical instruments, scalpels and the like, are disposed of because
sterilization will not kill the Prions, or proteins. This raises the question of how many times before the new guidelines were instituted,
were contaminated surgical instruments used from patient to patient? Prions can not be killed, because they are not living beings.
Heat sterilization does reduce the infectivity by several orders of
magnitude, but the reduction is NOT total.
BSE & CJD have the potential to become Doomsday Diseases, they
are very hard to detect and there is no cure or treatment. Neither is
it known how many different places it could pop up: blood supplies, food supplies etc.
How did this happen & where did it come from?
The main suspicion traces the un-natural practice of feeding vegetarian animals “Rendered” food made of contaminated animals
who are found dead. Rendered foods come from “Rendering plants”
like the Avon plant in Geraldine, Alabama. There are hundreds of
these plants throughout the United States and the world. The problem is the feeding of infectious material, but not only to vegetarian
animals. This practice was also lethal for several wild cats in British
zoos, and the mink populations in the United States.
What goes on at a rendering plant?
Rendering plants act as an animal disposal unit for dead livestock.
Instead of burning and disposing of dead animals, they are converted to animal feeds. I visited the Avon plant in 1993 and witnessed this process, where nothing is wasted. Area farmers and
ranchers are invited to drop off any dead farm animal. The animals
are crushed up in large mulchers and poured into enormous high
pressure vats where they are cooked into multi-animal stew.
The stew is further processed until it is packaged and sold to area
farmers as livestock feed. I’ve witnessed pigs, goats, cows and
horses brought to rendering plants. The animals were in various
conditions. Some had been dead for over 24 hours, yet were still
rendered into livestock feed. None of these animals are checked
for disease or illness before they enter the food chain. Shockingly,
many cows that been found “mutilated”, ( missing various glands,
tissue and organs) were brought to these rendering factories and
processed into food for their still living relatives. I was shocked, but
unlike Great Britain which has had protections against such practices since 1989, there are no such guidelines here in the United
States.
What is the prospect for Mad Cow Disease to appear in the United
States?
That is THE question several of us are asking, what does our
government know and what aren’t they telling us? The first case
of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease appeared in the 1890’s, was finally
identified in 1920 and first considered contagious during the identification and study of Kuru in the 1950’s though it was, at that time,
thought to be fully contained. However the identification of contaminated surgical instruments as a transport mechanism raises a
bigger question...how many surgeries used contaminated scalpels?

The incubation period for BSE and CJD can range from six months
to beyond 40 years. However, the incubation time can be very
much longer. That means that if you ingested contaminated meat
prior to becoming a vegetarian, you can still get sick many years
down the road.
This isn’t the first time animal parts introduced into the food chain,
caused illness and death. Thyrotoxicosis (New England Journal
of Medicine, Hedburg CW, Fishbein DB et all 316: 993-8, 1987)
occurred when bovine thyroid glands were combined with hamburger meat and distributed throughout many communities. This
caused over 100,000 people to get sick. Finally the Center for Disease Control (CDC) investigated and concluded that large doses of
bovine thyroid hormone in hamburger meat, was the culprit. Here’s
what happened. For years the US Government bought every bovine
thyroid gland it could get it’s hands on for research. As a result,
every meat packing plant in America was removing the thyroids
and selling them to Uncle Sam for top dollar. Then all of the sudden, our government stopped buying them. Meat packing plants
and butchers starting grinding up the glands and mixing them with
our hamburger. That practice has, for the most part, been stopped
thanks to the CDC.
The U.S. Army, The National Institute of Health (NIH) & Rocky Mountain Labs.
Quietly and secretly, The United States Army and the Center For
Disease Control have worked together, off & on, for years. A perfect
example of this clandestine cooperation was the outbreak and
containment of Ebola Reston. You can learn more about this in an
excellent book
“The Hot Zone”. The Army & The CDC entered the Reston monkey
houses, took care of business and were gone before anybody knew
what happened. They showed up in civilian clothes, and un-marked
vans.
All of this was done right under the noses of television camera
crews who were looking around, but never saw them because the
Army & CDC hid their vehicles behind buildings! Currently another
organization,
The National Institute of Health (NIH) has been tasked with tracking
and studying something even more frightening: Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathies and other
Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies (TSEs). Much of the
research has been conducted at Rocky Mountain Labs. Originally it
was thought that a foreign power might be trying to contaminate
the American food supply. Instead they discovered a new variation
of TSEs. But TSEs are no new biological evolution, in fact they are
much older than the primates.
The funding for this research is hidden in the NIH’s black budget for
the study of AIDS. Neither AIDS or BSE are viruses, rather they are
the consequences of immune systems that have been thwarted.
The research has been kept quiet to prevent an outbreak of panic.
But the cats out of the bag, all of us are in the same boat. Every
American who’s ever eaten meet has potentially been exposed to
our new, common threat: Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies.
Over the last ten years, law enforcement in dozens of States have
been trying to track and identify unmarked helicopters sighted
where area livestock have been discovered dead under suspicious
circumstances. The helicopters are seen before and after these cows
are found in pastures, missing certain organs. The same things are
always taken. Bovine jaws are stripped to the bone, reproductive
organs removed, entire tongues, digestive tracks and rectums are
“cored” out. There is little to no blood at the scene. Many tissue
samples taken by police investigators and analyzed at veterinary
labs, show signs of exposure to heat, three hundred degrees or
more. The tissue is cooked and the incisions are cauterized by the
heat. This prevents blood and other fluids from leeching onto the
ground. Everything taken has to do with input, output and reproduction. In recent mutilation cases, Alabama 1993 & 1994, California
1996 and Florida 1997; pharmaceuticals have been found in bovine
blood. They are: Barbiturates, Anti-coagulants, Synthetic Amphetamines, Aluminum-Titanium-Oxygen-Silicon flakes, and Antimony
(Antimony: A brittle lustrous white metallic element occurring in
nature, free or combined, used chiefly in alloys and in compounds
in medicine. Webster’s). According to recent police reports, some
investigating officers have claimed that the concentrations of drugs
found are not of veterinary nature, that the are pharmaceutical concentrations found would be more associated with humans. Among
those law enforcement agents who have thoroughly investigated
these bovine excision sites, there is a consensus that some kind of
medical testing going on. The additional presence of helicopters
on scene, before and after cattle are found dead missing specific
organs, leads both victimized farmers and investigating officers to
conclude that there is a connection. But why use human drugs on
cows? Use your imagination.
Every organ taken from affected livestock has to do with input,
output and reproduction. Where entire jaws have been excised in
large, oval excisions, the bone is exposed and is perfectly clean. The
wounds have been cauterized and there is no presence of blood.
The jaw is an important area, particularly because enzymes produced in human saliva glands can kill viruses and bacteria. Though
it’s not the case in animals, we wonder why similar things are
taken? The digestive track also acts as a filter, that absorbs, collects
and stores traces of any chemical or toxin introduced. The rectum is
a similar filter, as are ears. They store traces of toxins and chemicals
like a library. This is true in humans and animals. So far there are
no known cases of inherited BSE, but the reproductive system may
be a good place to find look for clues on how TSEs pass to the next
generation.

In 1993, I got a call from a man who told me that if I went to a
certain place on a certain evening, I would see several helicopters
land and refuel. He was right. Well after dark, two Chinook helicopters (The large twin rotor type) landed in the field behind some
trees and carrying black plastic fuel bladders. Minutes later several
smaller scout helicopters landed nearby, shut down and crews from
the Chinooks walked over with large hoses and refueled each of a
half dozen helicopters. The whole operation took less than 30 minutes and the Chinook helicopters took off and headed across the
border where we tracked them to their home base, Fort Campbell,
Kentucky. Now we knew who they were but we couldn’t figure out
why they refueled on Sand Mountain.
The next morning a reporter, Steven Smith from the Rainsville
Weekly Post, called the Public Affairs Officer, Captain William Gibbons of the 101st Airborne and asked if they might’ve been in
our area the previous evening. “We have no aircraft in your area, it
wasn’t us” said the captain. It certainly was. So we knew then that
some kind of secret operation was being conducted, but we didn’t
know what it was. We still don’t, but when you look at each piece
of evidence and try to use them as puzzle pieces, these so called
“cattle mutilations” might be associated with government studies
of epidemiology. With BSE & CJD and many other diseases being so
devastating, is it possible than many alleged cases of “cattle mutilations” are actually evidence of our tax dollars at work?
The Evidence Suppression Team from Maxwell Air Force Base,
Alabama; & The F.A.A. Investigation of un-marked helicopters over
Sand Mountain.
The 101st Airborne Division is not suspected of being directly
involved in the cattle mutilations that occurred between Oct. 1992
through May of 1993. But is seems possible they may have refueled the other witnessed un-marked helicopters that we eventually
traced to Maxwell Air Force Base. The 101st’s inability to tell the
truth about where they had been, seems to be a constant in Federal
Government employee behavior: You don’t tell the truth unless
somebody holds a gun to your head.
When un-marked helicopters were witnessed by local
farmers and law enforcement officers, Albertville Police’s
Chief of Detectives Tommy Cole called in the Federal
Aviation Administration to investigate. Detective Cole
had lost a cow to the phantom surgeons and his wife
had seen an un-marked helicopter over their pasture
January 8th, 1993; the day before they discovered one
of their Black Angus steers mutilated. An FAA investigator came to Albertville and Cole took him for a ride in
his police car. The FAA investigator was skeptical until an
un-marked helicopter flew near them. The FAA investigator couldn’t believe his own eyes and pulled out a
hand held radio and hailed the helicopter.
The helicopter pilot didn’t respond and ignored demands that
he identify himself. This infuriated the FAA investigator who had
now reversed his skepticism. He was able to trace the helicopter to
Maxwell Air Force Base in Southern Alabama. When he launched an
inquiry at the base, he was immediately told to drop it and never
talk about again. A week later Chief Detective Cole received a call
after midnight, it was the FAA investigator. It seems that while out
in a boat on nearby Lake Guntersville, he and his family had witnessed a large triangle shaped craft flying maneuvers above them. I
wonder if he ever reported that to his superiors? There’s something
very wrong at the Barton Ranch in Red Bluff, California.
Bill & Jean Barton have been cattle ranchers all their lives. Jean’s
family has owned the same 1,600 acre cattle ranch in Northern California for over a hundred years. They have always been cattle ranchers, they have lived simple, normal lives most of that time. Then,
something terrible happened on Oct. 16, 1995. Something that
would change their lives forever. of their cows were found dead
on their land near Eagle Lake. It was found missing teats from the
udder, it’s jaw had been stripped and an ear was missing. Then it
happened again, and again and again. By the time the first year had
passed, the Barton’s had lost four head of livestock. Then, exactly
one year from the first grizzly discovery, it happened again. On Oct.
16, 1996 a cow was found missing it’s entire udder, it’s rectum had
been cut out and it’s jaw was also missing.
The Barton’s had never seen anything like this before, not in a
lifetime of raising cattle. But the nightmare wasn’t, isn’t over. By the
end 1996, the Barton’s had lost seven more head under the exact
same circumstances. This brought the head-count to eleven. In
March 2, 1997 I received a call from Jean Barton asking me to come
investigate suspicious cattle death number 14. When I and another
Investigator, Stan Musselman, arrived at the ranch, Jean took us to
the crime scene. This cow had been dead for three days, It was in a
state of typical decomposition. That’s the problem when you own
such a large ranch, you can’t police it. It might be two days before
you discover something wrong. It turned into a recipe for certain
disaster, and the circumstances and logistics, ensured the Barton’s
continual victimization.
There was blow fly larvae under the cows left front shoulder. There
was the attendant smell of rotting flesh. I had learned early on, to
stand up-wind of bovine carcasses. I learned that important lesson
fast, when I first examined similar cases in Alabama in 1992 & 1993.
If you don’t stand up-wind, you’ll get sick quick. This cow looked
identical to what I’d witnessed, over and over, thirty five times
before on Alabama ranches. Under the right front shoulder, there
was an eight inch diameter circle of flesh and udder missing. The
udder was missing. Their was an enormous gaping hole where the
rectum and vagina had been. It measured over ten inches across.
Where the udder had once been, there was an even larger incision
which lead halfway down the right rear leg. The leg muscle had
been removed all the way to the bone. Then I saw something I’d
seen once before.

Along the edges of the incision I could see a swirling, stepped and
notched cut made by something similar to pinking shears. Again
there was no blood on the incisions where hide, muscle and organs
had been extricated. Deja-Vu, I might as well have been back in Alabama. The same damn thing, over and over and over again. “What
the hell is going on?” Stanley and I asked each other. The animal
was “too far gone” to order an autopsy, or If we had known sooner,
within hours of the animal’s death, we could have learned more.
What else had been “done” to this poor animal? The Barton’s used to
make a simple, honest living. Now, with the substantial economic
loss they’ve sustained, they aren’t even allowed that “luxury”. These
ranchers cannot afford this, it’s killing their cattle, their business
and most importantly, them. Surely they deserve better, but who
will help them end their agony? Who will answer the question of
what’s happening to their cows? They deserve an answer, just like
the ranchers who have found themselves in a similar predicament,
over the last 34 years. What makes the Barton cases so unusual, is
their sheer number. I have never heard of anyone being victimized
15 times in two years. There’s something very wrong at the Barton
Ranch, but what? There’s a number of reason’s why it’s safe for me
to make the following statement...”If you’ve had fifteen mutilations
on your ranch, in two years, you’ve got a problem”.
What might that reason be? Are devil worshippers performing
surgery on your animals in time for their monthly celebrations? Or
are aliens visiting you for snack food? Is this the work of coyotes? Or
is it your tax dollars are work? If it isn’t the devil worshippers, and
if it isn’t the aliens, and the coyotes have an alibi , what does that
leave us with? I’m a student of Arthur Conan Doyle, and his alterego Sherlock Holmes. I must conclude, as they did, that after you
have ruled everything else out, what you are left with MUST be the
answer. My personal choice has to be “Your tax dollars at work”. But
why are they at work on the Barton Ranch? What’s the attraction?
By August of 1997, The Barton’s ranch had fallen prey to the same
phantom surgeons for the fifteenth time. Fifteen mutilations on
the same ranch? Why? There’s something very wrong at the Barton
ranch, but what?
I don’t know that America faces a threat from BSE, but I do feel that
these questions deserve our attention. President Ronald Reagan
once hypothesized: “What if one day we all found that we faced
a common threat from outer space, wouldn’t we all put aside our
differences and work together?”. President Reagan wasn’t so far
off, today we DO face a common threat, soon we’ll realize that we
all have something in common: possible exposure to Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies and a host of other disease like
we’ve never seen before.

In the United States, something strange is happening at the Mexican Border.
All of the sudden truck-loads of un-healthy looking cows are being
shipped into America. Forty-thousand a month. Where are they
coming from?, is Mexico producing nearly a half million cattle a
year for export? Or are they coming from somewhere else? Nobody
seems to know, but it makes me nervous.
I don’t pretend to know the solution to either the bovine excision
cases nor the appearance of the mystery helicopters. I don’t know
where the “Mexican” cattle are really coming from.

Commentary: Greetings dear friends - things are in a fine state, are they not? I don’t even know where to begin. It was another one of those event-laden weeks
where it feels like a flood of significant information is coming out. Of course, the big story is the economic disaster that swept into town. I had heard rumors of
“something big” in that regard, in September, but I had mostly discounted it. It didn’t quite live up to its dire storyline, but it came close - and the month’s not
over yet. The press has refrained from calling this our “Financial 9-11” so; let me be the first to do so. There are so many greasy, greedy fingerprints on this that it
begs for someone to say the unthinkable. Was this bubble burst, at just this moment, for the selfish gain of certain folk? The best test of a conspiracy is often to
ask “who benefits? No one conspires without a motive. Well - who would gain from such a debacle? McCain was ahead in the polls - so he wouldn’t want to upset the applecart - and since this historic week, Obama has been on top. He was after all, the chosen one. That was the rumored plan whispered about all along,
was it not? The big business families / oil tycoons win, of course - but let us be very clear about this point: Greed knows no ideology but itself. Every other creed
is but a tool for the greedy to employ to manipulate and dissemble. The usual recourse to partisanship won’t solve this riddle. Surely, you’re bright enough to
see that. Anyway, it looks as if the dealer has called our pitiful hand in this rigged game. Now perhaps even the greedy were just manipulated. That of course is
possible. Maybe we have here a case where 3 different gangs showed up at the same time - to rob the same bank... Stranger things have happened. Those with
a conspiratorial bent might expect a spate of manufactured events from the other side of the conspiracy to tilt the political landscape back in their direction.
BTW: Don’t expect either Party to roll back any “temporary” infringement on freedoms and commerce. The end is the same. Crisis is the catalyst for mankind to
give up their freedoms for their perceived good. They’ll bring us to the brink, and we’ll beg them to save us. Right now they’re remaking the world we will live
in until that form is subsequently overthrown, by yet another contrived crisis. Ah, well. Part of me still hopes that this is all the result of simple greed. That’s bad
enough - without monsters among us, eh?
So, what will it mean for those of us outside the enclaves of the overlords? Lots of money will be wrung from the system - the aware will ask where did it go?
And, where did the $700 billion (more like $1 Trillion) come from to “fix” the problem? If it was just lying around somewhere in a fungible form, then why was
there a shortage? Anyway what will it mean to you and me, and those a little less fortunate than us? Well, we’ll be eating from a can a little more, and from a
restaurant a little less. It may be a little harder to do all of those things we put off - buying a new car, selling/buying a home, vacations - especially those taken
overseas will be a tad less carefree, and once the initial bump is over - the folk that live there will be a little more morose. The rest of the world loves to hate
us- almost as much as we love to hate ourselves. But without us buying their trinkets and such, they won’t prosper as much as they might have thought. Look
for the real estate glut to clear out as foreign interests buy up all those properties with deflated dollars. As the mood softens on Mainstreet, expect folk to spend
less, accelerating the crisis. Of course there will be quite a few bargains as stores liquidate their inventories and take what they can get from a clientele that has
tightened spending. After that initial sell-off, prices will skyrocket as new foreign-produced goods are imported. Stores will close; crime will increase - because
those accustomed to the finer things at the expense of others will just work harder.
But on a positive tack - paranormal phenomena, both real and imagined - will increase markedly. This will fold into the millennialism we’ve been expecting
from the advent of 2012. Mania and madness continues its upward trend - even the omnipresent state apparatus can’t keep a lid on that one - even if it were so
inclined.
Also, this week saw the return of major thematic terrorism - The Russian airliner that crashed in Perm was very suspicious in that regard, and the Pakistani chickens that roosted in the rafters of the Islamabad Marriott were easily foreseen - so easily foreseen, in fact, that the Pakistani President and Prime Minister were not
there when the bomb went off - thanks to a “lucky” last-minute schedule change. I wouldn’t want to play cards with those guys. I’d be suspicious of that much
good fortune, but the history of Pakistan is replete with examples of that kind of luck, lol...
So, what about the Mothman Festival? The turnout was good. Not as much spiritual adventurism as last time. The speakers were interesting, if predictable.
Some of the material was over the heads of the attendees, but was well received. The festival lacked a big-name MM expert - but with Keel pretty much out of
the game it is a gap unlikely to be filled. The speakers were accessible and collegial - a real plus in a field of prima donnas. There was plenty of time wandering
around the countryside in the dark looking for adventure. To the credit of the organizers, this festival marked the first time that actual tours of the TNT area were
a part of the project. That has been one of my chronic criticisms of the MMF. It seems that the town has really peaked in its ability to host the festival without
adding professional event personnel to work it. It’s just too hard for those in charge to be in several places at once, and it would be much easier with the strict
accountability that comes with a salaried position. I did have the treat of giving original MM witness Linda Scarberry and her family a ride to the festival. It’s nice
that the event is still low key enough that I can slip in to help out a bit. I look forward to the results of the mini-box EVP experiment that was done in one of the
igloos in the TNT area, and the results of other experiments/research done during the weekend. However, the vagaries of place and time and person continue to
point out that during the festival is not the time for research. It’s probably better to just grab a beer and take in the crowd.

Perm, Russia – A Russian airliner (Flight 821) crashed in flames on the outskirts of town, killing all 88 persons onboard. The crew of the aircraft (a Boeing 737500) reportedly “flew oddly” and acknowledged tower instructions but did the opposite before the crash. The flight originated in Moscow and was landing at
Perm. Authorities blame the crash on technical failure and an engine fire. Contact with the plane was lost at @0521 Perm time (2321 GMT). One of the passengers – General Gennady Troshev was the former commander of Russian forces in Chechnya. The crash damaged the main east-west track of the Trans-Siberian
Railway. Eyewitnesses report that the plane was burning as it fell from the sky. There were 82 passengers and 6 crewmembers. Perm is alternately said to be an
industrial center of more than 1 million residents and a small town where everyone knows one another in the same story…

Shanghai, China – Chinese officials announced the arrest of 2 men in the investigation into contaminated milk powder which has killed 2 babies and sickened

An organization calling itself “Islamic Jihad in Yemen” has claimed responsibility in the attack. Nashville, Tennessee – Rumors of a gas shortage caused a panic and a run on local filling stations which then ran out of gas. Emotions were running high as
long lines formed during the panic. No one is sure where the rumor started, but it swept the city very quickly, creating the feared situation.

Wanted: Early 80s UFO and animal mutilation stories (Thurston County) I moved to Thurston County in Washington
State in 1984 and I remember seeing hand made poster at the laundry mat in Yelm warning people of animal mutilations, strange lights in the sky, and missing animals.
