Meeting Minutes
September 10, 2012
Meeting was called to order by President Jerry Bunner at 7:53 pm.

New Solos. Mike Duray, Shannon Honeycutt, Russ Allison, Bill Goldman
Old Business
Treasurer Matt Hanley gave a detailed report of the club finances. Motion was
made and seconded to accept the treasurer’s report.
Field Security - Duane Wright, no issues.
Herman Cholewinski (HTG) gave an overview of the 2012 Citywide Fun-fly
contest held on August 18. Indianapolis RC South hosted the event this year at
IRCS flying field. Participating clubs were the Screaming Eagles, Indianapolis
R/C Modelers and Indianapolis R/C South with 19 participants in attendance.
The winner of this years event was (Indianapolis R/C South). Indianapolis R/C
South team members were:

Duane Wright
Indianapolis R/C Modelers (Eastside Club) will host the 2013 Citywide Fun-fly.
Chuck Baker announced that the (Indianapolis R/C South) web sight was now
back up on line. Chuck requested that if any links are missing to advise him.
ADA setup will begin on Friday September 14, 2012, starting at 5pm. Need help
labor, tables.
