LEMON TREE PREMIER, CITY CENTER OPENS
It was show time at Gurgaon when Lemon Tree Premier,
City Center raised its curtains to welcome its first guests
this February , unveiling its new age boutique styled
avtaar!
A deck of steps pave way through landscaped greens into
this inspiringly fresh and stylish hotel. Dressed in rustic
leather, light hues of textured wood, vibrant stain glass
and stone patterned walls, it houses 61 rooms along with
an array of Food and Beverage options, a fully equipped
fitness center and a rooftop swimming pool, creating
living environments that are as beautiful as they are
functional.
This hotel’s innovative, free-flowing lobby spaces
integrate a hip Citrus Café and Republic of Noodles that
are complimented by a trendy bar. The retro-inspired
multi functional setting is accentuated by show kitchens
and decorated with black metal screens and backlighting.
The lobby also has mood music and lighting, that’s sure to
elevate the guest experience manifold.

income of Rs.15.5 crores.
Rajneesh Duggal | Indian film actor and a
former model, stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel,
Indore, while in the city to promote his new
film. He was adjudged winner of Grasim Mr.
India title in 2003, the runner up in Mr.
International and the winner of Kingfisher
Model of the year contest 2005. In May 2014,
he also won the reality stunt show, Khatron Ke
Khiladi Season-5 and made his Bollywood debut
with Vikram Bhatt's thriller ’1920’.

for his time with WWE, in
2007, he became the World
Heavyweight Champion but
has spent most of his career
as a singles superstar.

four Hollywood films,
two Bollywood films, and
several television shows.

When the newly opened hotel faced a
shortage of kitchen staff, KHIM, Chef of
Republic of Noodles, took it upon himself
to support his team. He not only
performed
his
erstwhile
duties
of
preparing food with diligence, but also
mopped
and
cleaned
the
kitchen
floor time and again. He infact extended
his shifts so-as-to assist his fellow coworkers and share their workload. During
the critical pre-opening period he also
stayed back at the hotel, performing
duties of a Sous Chef , in the absence of
one, for two consecutive months .
Security guard, Santosh of RFHHY played
a
responsive host and chaffer, to a
grumpy guest, when he offered to drop
him to Hyderabad Convention Center
from LTHGB early in the morning, in the
absence of the hotel chaffer. An evening
earlier, the guest had been very vocal
about his
stay experience and had
expressed his dissatisfaction to the hotel
staff in no uncertain words. This out-ofthe- way service left the guest satisfied
and pleased, turning an unhappy guest
experience into a good one. Super job,

When Tejveer Singh realized that
a foreign guest, who was a part
of a large group that had checked
out a short while ago, had left his
passport behind in the room, he
wasted no time to take it upon
himself to return it. On his bike,
he travelled the distance to the
office of SITA travels and traced
the guest and handed over the
forgotten passport to its rightful
owner.
Mudassir Nazer and some staff members of LTHAR went above and beyond their call of
duty, to help a Chinese couple in distress, when the lady guest suddenly fell unwell and
had to be rushed to the hospital. Not only did Mudassir arrange for a cab drop to the
hospital, but also fixed the doctor’s appointment, arranged for hotel food during the ailing
guests’ term at the hospital, and even played interpreter for all interactions that were
necessary, to ensure the lady guests’ treatment and well being. Additionally, his other
colleagues namely, Niranjan, Ramchandra Deshmukh, Rahul Kokare and Harun
Sheikh, took turns to make certain the guests always had on ground support at the
hospital. They helped them in buying medicines, accompanying them for x-rays and
ensured a smooth discharge. The overwhelmed guests, in a heartfelt letter to the HGM,
thanked and appreciated Team LTHAR for this timely assistance and a warm response.
Well done guys, for going all out to help someone in need. You make us proud.

LTPDL1 & RFHDL came together to organize
a First Aid Workshop to educate and train
staff about the importance of responding
quickly and effectively to emergencies, such
as heart attacks, choking, or electrocution etc
when faced with such a situations at work.
Needless to say the sessions were very
informative.
This month RFHHY, attained Rank#3 out of
296 hotels in the city. This first-time-ever fete
by the hotel, paved way for gala celebrations.
Besides the dancing and merry making, the
jubilant hotel staff also expressed their joy by
cutting a cake and enjoying a delicious feast!
RFHED celebrated Makar Sankranti differently by distributing warm
blankets and linen to the poor and hom the sessions were very
informative and full of valuable advice. eless, in and around their
vicinity. Well done RFHED, indeed a noble way to spread warmth and
cheer in the winter.
LTPHY1 & RFHHY turned 5, this month.
Besides the fervor and festivities
that
followed
at the hotels’ anniversary
celebrations, the hotel teams also visited
an orphanage nearby to share their joy and
spread cheer by serving the occupants a
hearty meal !! Goodness goes a long way ,
so keep it up people!
LTHCN made heads turn with its 7th
Anniversary celebrations. From a visit
to an orphanage, to organizing a blood
donation camp on campus, the hotel
team spared no effort in contributing
towards a noble cause. A staff party
too was on planned, where staff
members were seen dancing and
singing through the wee hours of the
evening, rejoicing and celebrating their
special day. The party ended on a high
with the ceremonial cutting of a 2-tier
cake. Congratulations LTHCN for being
7up!!

its re-opening! We wish you

It was happy birthday time at LTHHP as well! Amidst festivities
and celebrations, the jubilant hotel team, decided to together

LTPGN2(City Center) held its first Town hall at the
end of the month. The enthusiastic team spend an
hour discussing the opportunities and challenges of
its stylish new hotel and bonded over tea and snacks.
