Hampers must be ordered by Tuesday 15 Dec 2015 for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Please allow a minimum of 4 days for
delivery. A charge of HK$100 per Hong Kong Island address and HK$200 per Kowloon address will be added to the price. Please
contact us for delivery charges to New Territories or Outlying Islands.
Submissions of this form will be deemed confirmation of order. No refunds will be offered in the event of cancellation. Chez
