Procmailrc Modification for BlackBerry Devices
Lehigh e-mail uses a “spool” to store incoming messages. New messages are moved to a user’s Inbox only
when they log into the mail server via a MUA such as Thunderbird, Outlook, IMP, etc.
The BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS), for a still unknown reason, does not cause the mail server to move
messages from spool to Inbox. Thus, BlackBerry does not report any new messages in the Inbox.
The current resolution to this issue is to invoke the dmail command via procmailrc.
