Building and restoring a 128-year old treasure.
Maumee Valley Country Day School, northwest
Ohio’s only independent school was established
in 1884, with the current campus located
to south Toledo in 1934. Over the years, the
the school has expanded with both new
construction as well as renovation projects led
by Rudolph/Libbe. From a new performing arts
theatre and gallery, classroom additions, to a
fitness center and gym, Rudolph/Libbe helped
MVCDS bring its campus master plan to reality.
In 2012, the new Dayal House student
residence hall was completed. Rudolph/Libbe’s
custom millshop built and installed cabinetry,
countertops and desks throughout the building.
“On every project, Rudolph/Libbe has been
professional and determined to meet our

demonstrated their commitment to making
