I try to exercise when I’m free. On the rare
days that I can really take the time to focus on a
fitness routine, I like going to Bikram yoga and

That’s true, but no, I’ve never really tried belly
dancing.
ANY SPECIAL DIETS THAT YOU’RE ON?
I try to stay away from fried food, carbs and
snacking. I drink as much water as possible
and I drink freshly squeezed juice. I try to eat as
much steamed and grilled as possible and try not
to put too much salt. I always drink chamomile
before going to bed as it’s a good digestive drink
and relaxing. Also, it’s best not to eat after 7pm
but with tapings, sometimes it’s hard to be strict
with my diet, time-wise.
DO YOU GO TO SPAS TO GET SCRUBS AND
WHAT-NOT? HOW OFTEN?
I don’t really have time to go get scrubs so I
really just do it at home. I use Asian Secrets every night on elbows, armpits and knees (you can
use it on your whole body). Then once a month
I’ll do a full body scrub and mask.
Now for the question that everybody’s probably
waiting for, what is your beauty regimen?
Since I entered showbiz I had to start taking
extra care of my skin because of long sleepless
nights and wearing makeup every day. The skin
is so sensitive that it can get tired easily, and it’ll
show if you don’t consciously make an effort. I
usually shower with a facial wash and use Asian
Secrets Lulur on my dark spots then I leave the
house moisturized with body oil. At night I use
toner, lotion and night cream on my face, and
lotion on body after the regular shower routine.

1. If you’re going on any kind of trip, be
sure to pack your hygiene kit with you.
Never leave home without it. Personally, I always
tend to forget the toiletries bag over any other
thing. It’s just so tedious to get all of them together, plus the additional stress of trying to find small
packaged things and having to fit all of them in
one bag for convenience—the irony! Good
