IQF Mozzarella pearls
IQF Mozzarella pearls
IQF Mozzarella pearls is a stretched-curd fresh cheese
(pasta filata) made from pasteurized cow’s milk.
The rindless pearls are white in colour. Their texture is
supple and smooth on the surface but typically
string-like on the inside. The flavour is pleasantly mild
and milky and suitable for all palates.
Every pearl is shaped and blast-frozen individually for
greater consistency in weight and quality.
The product is easy to handle and its nice pearl shape
makes it an ideal ingredient for a wide variety of recipes.
Product loss is virtually nil and offers a big advantage over the handling of chilled product.
Kitchen professionals can design new recipes and keep a tight control on costs.
