About us
Artmosphere, headed by Hortensia Strajnic is a group of professionals from different areas in the entertainment industry, all benefitting
from solid professional experience (TV, cinema, circus, msucals and Parisian cabarets).
Since 2009, Artmosphere develop vocational training for artists by organizing several international dance and vocal workshops in New
York, Los Angeles and Paris.
Those workshops are open to everyone and offers a chance to get to the best dance and vocal school of the United States.
Our continued dedication to the international dance community, make us the best partner for dancers, singers and circus artists around
the globe.
In 2013, Artmosphere created the first international dance workshop in Paris which have been a great success, over 150 dancers from
France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Japan and Usa came for this first edition.

The international dance workshop of Paris.
The goal of Dance Workshop Paris (DWP) is to gather together artists and dancers from all over the world around a common passion.
After a successful first edition, this year, DWP come back with 12 international teachers and choreographers from Europe, Asia and
USA:
Candace Brown, Victor Sho, Guillaume Lorentz, Soussou Nikita, Roberta Fontana, Physs, Séverine Goupil, Agnès Coppey, Delphine Letort, Richard Pierlon, Alex Frei and Sabrina Lonis.
During 5 days, DWP offers an incredible way of learning and experiencing new things that you haven’t done before.
It’s the perfect place to meet dancers from all over the world, to get new inspiration and a perfect opportunity to improve your skills
and discover new disciplines.
FEELING DANCE FACTORY
Information
The Feeling Dance Factory studios are located at the gate of Paris, in Pantin.
The studios are big enough to host around 60 to 80 people.
You can also find a place to chill out and have a snack.

Candace Brown
Candace began her training in hip-hop at Bre dance studio in Riverside,CA.
After moving to attend college at California state Fulleton, she was able to see a whole world of dance that existed
outside of her hometown.
Trained mostyly in hip-hop and taking classes from LA top choreographer such as Jaffar Smith, Brian Friedman ...etc.
Candac currently teached street hip-hop in the best dance schools of Los Angeles : Millennium , The Edge, Debbie
Reynolds studios, Movement lifestyle and is a guest teacher at the reknown Broadway Dance Center.

HIP-HOP/RAGGA
Guillaume Lorentz
Guillaume starts taking classes at the age 16. He then, became one of the student of the famous Laure Courtellemont who taught him her Ragga Jam©.
He’s now, one of the best choreographer in France, and every weekend, he’s travelling all over Europe and teaches
master workshops with his crew «Hey crew!» winners of «France got talent».
Guillaume’s moves are very energetic and consist of a lot of isolations,movement of the hips and total body movement.

Delphine Letort
Delphine is a well known teacher of Soul Jazz in Paris and Le Mans where she has her own school. She studied in
STEPS on Broadway in New York.
The warm up is designed to enhance strength and awareness of body alignment. The class focuses on allowing each
dancer to work to their fullest potential.
Delphine is an energetic and enthusiastic teacher whose class focuses on developing strong soul jazz technique for
teenagers and beginners advanced.

Richard Pierlon
Richard Pierlon was trained at Harkness School of Ballet, Martha Graham School, Alvin Ailey School of Dance
and New Dance Group Studio. He has worked with Agnes De Mille, Cathy Dobby, Gwen Verdon, Lee Theodore,
Bob Fosse, Debbie Allen, Eleo Pomare, Sophie Maslow, Walter Knickes, Arlene Phillips and Luis Johnson, among
others. Mr Pierlon has choreographed at the Latin Quarter in New York; at Bally’s Park Place in Atlantic City; at the
Riviera Hotel in Las Vegas (Mardi Gras Room); at the Sporting Club and the Cabaret in Monte Carlo, France; Brick
Hall in Nagasaki, Japan; and in Tokyo, Fukuoka, Osaka, and Saga City, Japan; at the Convention Exhibition Center in
Hong Kong; in Israel; and in Amsterdam, Holland.
All of Mr. Pierlon’s jazz classes combine ballet and modern dance techniques with jazz movements. Emphasis in
every class is placed on dance technique and an awareness of the inner meaning of dance. All classes combine
technique with acting’s emotional content. Each class’ warm-up combines ballet, modern and jazz techniques to
create Richard Pierlon’s unique style. The warm-up is an essential part of each class: every muscle group is covered.

STREET-JAZZ (Teens)
Sabrina Lonis
Sabrina is the most top young choreographer and dancer in France.
After years of training in Paris, London and New York she became the most popular choreographer for teenagers.
She already, go twice in half-finals of «France got talent» with her group of young dancers trained all year long.
She teach street-jazz for teenagers and beginner advanced, her class peppered with street, funk, and Hip-Hop.
Students should have a basic understanding of the jazz technique. The warm-up is designed to strengthen the
students ability to adopt street-jazz movement

Physs
Physs is one of the choreographer of a group called «Pro phenomen» very well known in France in the hip-hop
underground culture.
He also has been a dancer for TV shows as Star Academy, Top of the pop, Hit Machine ...
During his classes, you will learn how to take each phase and being able to repeat it back to the song choice. Drilling the movement and a way to quickly digest the choreography, starting with beginner movement and advancing to more intricate movement.
Having trained and worked with a vast array of choreographers, he continues to grow and adapt to many different styles hoping to share with his creativity not only diversity, but passion and inspire others as well.

STEPPIN
Victor Sho
Victor Sho was born in Lagos, Nigeria and was raised in the Bronx since the age of two. Victor was raised
in the birth place of Hip-Hop, the Bronx, and still resides there today. He started training as a dancer with
a Hip-hop Dance crew called 730.
As a choreographer, Victor’s work with The P.L.A.Y.E.R.S. Step Dance Company has been featured on Americas Got Talent, NACA step tour, and 106 & Park. He has also worked on industrials for L’Oreal Matrix,
AT&T, US Bank, and Tracee Ellis Ross’ Fashion Forward Event. In addition Victor has choreographed for
commercials and videos for the GMHC (w/ Bank of America), Chrisette Michelle, Bella (of Fire and Reason), and Nynewest to name a few.
Victor’s talents as a dancer has led him to perform in commercials and industrials for Old Navy, Bloomingdales, Crest, Oral B, Samsung, Jamba Juice, Target, Moncler, Tommy Hilfiger, and Hermes. He has worked
on Madonna’s «Give Me All Your Love» video featuring Nikki Minaj and MIA. His tours include Crystal
Water’s world tour and Alicia Keys, Keys in A Minor tour.
FRANCE
MODERN GROUND
Séverine Goupil
Severine has learned of all her technics in the most prestigious schools of New-York. She’s now dancing for several
companies in France and Europe.
The class focus on proper technique and execution of all the technical ground.
The warm-up focuses on a good solid stretch working strength and proper alignement throughout the body.
Her goal is to work more freely thought expression while keeping conventionnal technique and body awareness as
the underlying foundation for all movement.

HORTON / THEATER DANCE BOB FOSSE
Alex Freï
Alex Frei was born in Locarno, in the Italian part of Switzerland. He started his dance studies with Jutta Röthel in
Munich. He graduated from the ACADEMY OF PERFORMING ARTS in Amsterdam and was awarded with a scholarship for the school of the ALVIN AILEY AMERICAN DANCE THEATER in New York.
He was a member of the MEMENTO DANCE COMPANY in Holland. He then moved to Paris to perform with the
GERALDINE ARMSTRONG DANCE ENSEMBLE, the Parisian Cabaret PARADIS LATIN and was a guest artist with Compagnie BLANCA LI, Compagnie GEOGE MOMBOYE and with BEJÁRT BALLET LAUSANNE for Le Sacre Du Printemps.
Throughout his career he has been cast member of several musical theatre productions, such as 42nd STREET,
COPACABANA, MARYLIN, FIDDLER ON THE ROOF, MY FAIR LADY, LA CAGE AUX FOLLES and the European tour of
Andrew Lloyd Webber’s CATS.
His choreographies have been performed in Amsterdam at the Academy for the Performing Arts, the International
Theatre Schools Festival, the Randall Scott Dance Academy, the BALLETTSCHULE RÖTHEL, BALLET THEATRE MUNICH, GERALDINE ARMSTRONG DANCE ENSEMBLE and by BALLET AUGSBURG.
Alex discovered his passion for teaching dance when he was 18 years old. He specializes in the Lester Horton Technique of Modern-Dance as well as in the Broadway style of Bob Fosse. Since 1999 he has taught in several schools
all over the world as faculty member as well as a guest teacher.

MODERN’ABSTRACKT
Soussou Nikita
Soussou had danced and worked with many top choreographers.
She has now, developped her own style calling «modern’abstrackt©». She combines the athleticism of jazz with strong technical skills and elements of modern and contemporary dance
to create combination that are intricate and stimulation.
Soussou is inspiring the dancers physically, mentally and artistically.

Roberta Fontana
Roberta teachs at the IALS school in Rome and at the Harmonic Studio in Paris. She’s often invited as a teacher and
choreographer in a lot of workshops through Europe and Italy.
The musical interpretation is the essential element of her style : it exalts the dynamics, technique and expression of
the dancer.
In 1989, she devoted herself entirely to Modern Jazz following a deep studying career with various great teachers as
Roberto Salaorni (to whom she has been assistant), specializing in Paris (D.Lesdema, Reda, J.Rogers), London
(F.Hatchett) and New York (Max Stone, S.Taylor).
Her eclectic and generous personality reflects her extensive artistic career.
She has been working in theater, as dancer and also choreographer, and in television shows.
