1 PRIMA DI USARE

L’APPARECCHIO
ISTRUZIONI DI SICUREZZA
Utilizzo secondo le norme
• La lavastoviglie deve essere utilizzata solo per il lavaggio di stoviglie domestiche,
da persone adulte e secondo quanto indicato in questo libretto. Qualora l’apparecchio fosse utilizzato per altri scopi o in modo errato, la ditta produttrice non
può assumersi alcuna responsabilità per eventuali danni.
• Per motivi di sicurezza non sono ammesse trasformazioni o modifiche alla lavastoviglie.
• Prima del collegamento dell’apparecchio alla rete elettrica assicurarsi che i dati
di tensione e corrente indicati sulla targhetta dati corrispondano con quelli erogati
sul luogo di installazione.
• L’installazione deve essere compiuta da personale qualificato.
• Non installare la macchina sotto il piano di cottura.
• Non installare la macchia all’aperto onde evitare esposizioni alla pioggia.
Operazioni preliminari al primo avviamento
• Controllare la lavastoviglie per verificare eventuali danni causati dal trasporto. In
nessun caso allacciare un apparecchio danneggiato. In caso di danni rivolgersi
al proprio fornitore.
Per la sicurezza dei bambini
• L’apparecchio può essere utilizzato da bambini di età non inferiore a 8 anni e da
persone con ridotte capacità fisiche, sensoriali o mentali, o prive di esperienza
o della necessaria conoscenza, purché sotto sorveglianza oppure dopo che le
stesse abbiano ricevuto istruzioni relative all’uso sicuro dell’apparecchio e alla
comprensione dei pericoli ad esso inerenti. I bambini non devono giocare con
l’apparecchio. La pulizia e la manutenzione destinata ad essere effettuata dall’utilizzatore non deve essere effettuata da bambini senza sorveglianza.
• ATTENZIONE: Se il cavo di alimentazione è danneggiato, esso deve essere
sostituito dal costruttore o dal suo servizio assistenza tecnica, o comunque da
persona con qualifica similare,in modo da prevenire ogni rischio.
• Avvertenza: i detersivi per lavastoviglie sono fortemente alcalini e, se ingeriti,
possono costituire un serio pericolo. Evitare il contatto con cute e occhi, tenere
i bambini lontani dalla lavastoviglie quando la porta è aperta. Controllare che la
vaschetta del detersivo sia vuota dopo il completamento del ciclo di lavaggio.
• I detersivi possono causare danni irreparabili agli occhi, alla bocca e alla gola.
Conservare quindi i detersivi fuori della portata dei bambini.
• L’acqua nella lavastoviglie non é potabile. Nel caso che ci siano ancora residui
di detersivo nell’apparecchio permane una situazione di pericolo per i bambini,
che devono essere tenuti lontano dalla lavastoviglie aperta.
Per il funzionamento quotidiano
• Non mettere mai in funzione la lavastoviglie se il cavo della corrente, i tubi di carico e di scarico dell’acqua sono danneggiati oppure se il cruscotto dei comandi,
il piano di lavoro o lo zoccolo sono molto deteriorati.
• In caso di guasto chiudere prima il rubinetto dell’acqua, spegnere l’apparecchio
e poi togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente. Nel collegamento fisso disinserire

l’eventuale interruttore di servizio oppure estrarre il fusibile (o i fusibili).
• Per togliere la spina dalla presa di corrente afferrare la spina dal corpo e mai dal
cavo.
• Le riparazioni della lavastoviglie devono essere eseguite solo da personale specializzato. Riparazioni non appropriate possono mettere in grave pericolo l’utente.
In caso di guasti rivolgersi al nostro servizio tecnico assistenza clienti o al proprio
rivenditore specializzato.
• In caso di deterioramento dei tubi per l’allacciamento dell’apparecchio, questi
devono essere sostituiti con tubi originali.
• Non introdurre nella lavastoviglie sostanze solventi che potrebbero provocare
un’esplosione.
• Non sedersi e non appoggiarsi sullo sportello aperto: l’apparecchio potrebbe
ribaltarsi.
• Prima di introdurre il sale speciale, il detersivo e il brillantante, assicurarsi che il
produttore di queste sostanze ne raccomandi l’utilizzo per le lavastoviglie ad uso
domestico.
• Chiudere sempre il rubinetto dell’acqua se la lavastoviglie non viene utilizzata per
parecchio tempo, ad esempio durante le vacanze.
Per il carico e lo scarico della lavastoviglie la porta deve rimanere aperta lo stretto necessario per evitare di danneggiare la macchina, inciamparvi e procurarsi delle ferite.
GUIDA RAPIDA

2 DISIMBALLO- SMALTIMENTO
2.1
DISIMBALLO
Togliere l’imballaggio esterno in plastica, gli angoli di rinforzo e le basi in polistirolo.
Aprire la porta e togliere i blocchi di polistirolo dei cestelli.
Il recupero e il riciclaggio dei materiali d’imballaggio contribuisce al risparmio delle materie prime e
alla diminuzione del volume dei rifiuti.
Consegnare l’imballaggio alle discariche per il recupero dei materiali riciclabili.
Quando un giorno l’apparecchio dovrà essere messo definitivamente fuori uso renderlo inutilizzabile
prima della sua eliminazione.
Alcuni materiali dell’imballaggio (ad es. sacchetti di plastica, polistirolo )
possono rappresentare una fonte di pericolo per i bambini pertanto occorre
tenere questi materiali lontano dalla loro portata.
2.2
SMALTIMENTO APPARECCHIO DA ROTTAMARE
Questo apparecchio è contrassegnato in conformità alla Direttiva Europea 2012/19/EU, Raccolta Apparecchiature
Elettriche ed Elettroniche (RAEE).
Assicurandosi che questo prodotto sia smaltito in modo corretto, l’utente contribuisce a prevenire le potenziali
conseguenze negative per l’ambiente e la salute.
Il simbolo
sul prodotto o sulla documentazione di accompagnamento indica che questo prodotto non deve
essere trattato come rifiuto domestico ma deve essere consegnato presso l’idoneo punto di raccolta per il
riciclaggio di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche. Disfarsene seguendo le normative locali per lo smaltimento dei rifiuti.
Per ulteriori informazioni sul trattamento, recupero e riciclaggio di questo prodotto, contattare l’idoneo ufficio
locale, il servizio di raccolta dei rifiuti domestici o il negozio presso il quale il prodotto è stato acquistato.
Al termine della vita funzionale dell’apparecchio questo deve essere rottamato da ditte specializzate,
nel rispetto delle normative vigenti.
In questo modo, con l’eliminazione di un vecchio apparecchio è possibile effettuare il recupero differenziato dei materiali sintetici destinati al riciclaggio, nel pieno rispetto dell’ambiente.
3 CENNI GENERALI
3.1
Lavare in maniera economica ed ecologica
• Non lavare le stoviglie prima sotto l’acqua corrente.
• Utilizzare la lavastoviglie sempre a pieno carico, poichè solo così è possibile eseguire un lavaggio economico e nel rispetto per l’ambiente.
• Selezionare sempre un programma di lavaggio corrispondente al tipo di stoviglie e al loro grado di sporco.
• Per stoviglie normalmente sporche utilizzare il programma DAILY (vedi tabella programmi) per risparmiare
energia ed acqua.
• Evitare assolutamente sovraddosaggi di detersivo, sale speciale e brillantante. Fate attenzione alle dosi
raccomandate nelle istruzioni per l’uso e nelle indicazioni della casa produttrice di tali sostanze.
• Verificare che l’impianto addolcitore dell’acqua sia regolato correttamente.
3.2
Stoviglie non adatte
Non sono adatti al lavaggio in lavastoviglie:
- taglieri o piccoli vassoi in legno
- oggetti in materiale plastico non resistenti al calore
- cristallo al piombo
- oggetti in stagno, rame, alluminio, ottone, peltro e stagno
- stoviglie o posate con parti incollate
- posate piuttosto vecchie, il cui collante è sensibile al calore
- oggetti in acciaio che si ossidano facilmente
- posate con manici in legno, corno, porcellana, madreperla, pezzi di artigianato e decorati.
Si consiglia di verificare al momento dell’acquisto di nuove stoviglie la loro
idoneità al lavaggio in lavastoviglie.

5 iNSTALLAZIONE
5.1
Livellamento
Nota: Il punto di installazione della lavastoviglie dovrebbe trovarsi vicino sia ai collegamenti di carico e scarico
acqua sia al punto di alimentazione elettrica.
• Prima del livellamento posizionare i sottopiedini in plastica C forniti in dotazione nel sacchetto
documenti.
• Una volta posizionato l’apparecchio nel luogo di installazione
regolare i piedini in ferro A avvitandoli o svitandoli al fine di
regolare l’altezza della macchina; a regolazione effettuata
serrare i dadi di bloccaggio.
• Un buon livellamento assicurerà il corretto funzionamento
dell’apparecchio, errore max = 2 gradi.

MODELLI INCASSO
La lavastoviglie può essere installata sotto un piano di lavoro con altezze che soddisfano diverse esigenze
di spazio. Il vano che alloggia l’apparecchio deve avere una larghezza minima di 600 mm ed una profondità
minima di 570 mm.
(Osservare le istruzioni per l’installazione fornite separatamente nel sacchetto documenti)
Modelli incasso con piedino posteriore regolabile frontalmente D (fig. 2.1)
Verificare innanzitutto l’altezza della lavastoviglie con il bordo
inferiore del piano di lavoro. Dopo aver installato i sottopiedini in
plastica C , fare una prima regolazione dei piedini sia anteriori
che posteriori, inclinare la macchina leggermente in avanti in
modo da effettuare una prima regolazione del piedino posteriore,
agendo con un cacciavite piatto sulla vite di registro D posta
nella base anteriore dello zoccolo (vedi fig. 2.1). Posizionare la
lavastoviglie nel luogo di installazione e assicurarsi che aderisca
al bordo inferiore del piano di lavoro.
Regolare con cura i piedini e serrare i dati di bloccaggio dei
piedini anteriori.

Dopo che la lavastoviglie è stata livellata regolare il nasello chiusura porta (E) in modo
che la porta chiuda perfettamente (fig. 2.1).

Collegamento idraulico

• Avvitare il tubo C al rubinetto dell’acqua fredda A .
• Se la lavastoviglie viene collegata a tubazioni nuove o rimaste
inutilizzate per molto tempo, è consigliabile far scorrere l’acqua
per alcuni minuti prima di allacciare il tubo di alimentazione.
In tal modo si evita che depositi di sabbia, ruggine o sporcizia
vadano ad otturare il filtro sul tubo di alimentazione.
• Assicurarsi che la pressione nell’impianto idraulico sia entro i
valori limite indicati nei dati tecnici.
La lavastoviglie può essere collegata alla conduttura dell’acqua
fredda ma non a quella dell’acqua calda.
• L’apparecchio va collegato alla rete idrica tramite set di
tubi nuovi, si consiglia di non riutilizzare i vecchi tubi già
adoperati in precedenza.
• Fare attenzione che i tubi non abbiano pieghe eccessive
o strozzature.
5.3

5.2
Il tubo d’entrata acqua C in dotazione rende possibile il collegamento a un rubinetto con attacco 3/4”.
Durante il montaggio devono essere rispettate le seguenti istruzioni:

Il tubo di scarico T in dotazione deve essere
agganciato con la parte estrema ricurva al bordo
di un lavello o una conduttura di scarico.

E’ opportuno predisporre un sifone antiodore.
Durante il montaggio é necessario osservare le
seguenti precauzioni:
- Il tubo di scarico non deve essere piegato per
non causare strozzature;
- L’estremità del tubo in relazione al piano di appoggio della lavastoviglie (fig. 4) deve essere
sistemata ad un’altezza compresa fra 32 cm
e 90 cm.
- In nessun caso l’estremità del tubo deve essere immersa nell’acqua;
- Un eventuale prolungamento del tubo di scarico non deve superare la lunghezza di 1 metro e deve
avere lo stesso diametro interno; inoltre l’altezza massima in cui può essere sistemata l’estremità
libera deve essere ridotta da 90 cm. a 50 cm.;
- Nel caso di una conduttura di scarico, il diametro interno deve essere non inferiore a 4 cm.
5.4
Collegamento elettrico
Il collegamento elettrico della macchina deve essere effettuato solo tramite una
presa con contatto a terra installata secondo le istruzioni. Il collegamento deve
corrispondere alle norme legali in vigore e alle norme supplementari dell’azienda
elettrica competente.
L’indicazione della tensione indicata nei dati tecnici deve corrispondere alla tensione
di rete del luogo d’installazione.
Per il dimensionamento della presa di corrente, riferitevi alla targhetta dati.
Qualora l’apparecchio sia sprovvisto di spina, l’allacciamento alla rete elettrica deve essere
realizzato installando un interruttore direttamente connesso ai morsetti di alimentazione. Tale interruttore deve consentire la disconnessione onnipolare nelle condizioni di sovracategoria 3.

6
PRIMA DELL’UTILIZZO
6.1
Operazioni preliminari
Prima della messa in esercizio della macchina, assicurarsi che:
- la spina del cavo di alimentazione sia collegata alla presa di corrente
- il tubo d’entrata acqua sia collegato al rubinetto
- il rubinetto sia aperto
- il tubo di scarico sia stato collegato secondo le istruzioni.
6.2
INTRODUZIONE DEL SALE RIGENERATORE
Nei modelli dove non è previsto il serbatoio del sale le operazioni previste al punto 6.2 non
devono essere eseguite.
Impostare al primo utilizzo l’impianto di addolcitore dell’acqua in posizione D1, seguendo
le istruzioni indicate nei paragrafi successivi.
Tirare in avanti la maniglia: la porta si apre facilmente. Se tale
operazione viene compiuta mentre la macchina é in funzione,
un dispositivo di sicurezza spegne la lavastoviglie.
La lavastoviglie dispone di un addolcitore dell’acqua (fig. 5), che
viene rigenerato automaticamente grazie alla soluzione salina ad
intervalli regolari. Il consumo di sale per la rigenerazione dipende
perciò dalla durezza dell’acqua localmente erogata.
• Aprire la porta ed estrarre il cestello inferiore.
• Svitare il tappo del serbatoio del sale ruotandolo in senso
antiorario.
Al primo uso della lavastoviglie:
• Introdurre circa 1/2 litro d’acqua nel serbatoio del sale.
• Caricare il sale speciale attraverso l’imbuto I nell’apposito
contenitore (circa 1,0 - 1,5 kg).
• Pulire l’apertura del serbatoio da eventuali residui di sale.
• Riavvitare il tappo del serbatoio ruotandolo in senso orario.
• Se subito dopo l’introduzione del sale rigenerante non si effettua un ciclo di lavaggio avviare il programma AMMOLLO, affinché l’acqua e i granuli di sale fuoriusciti
dal serbatoio vengano sciacquati via.
Suggerimenti: Per motivi di sicurezza raccomandiamo di eseguire l’operazione di caricamento
del sale prima di avviare il programma di lavaggio.
Utilizzare solo sale speciale per lavastoviglie; altri tipi di sale (ad es. sale da cucina) contengono
spesso sostanze che non si sciolgono con l’acqua e possono otturare l’addolcitore rendendolo
inutilizzabile.
Per il lavaggio è consigliabile acqua dolce (povera di calcare), per evitare che si formino depositi
sulle stoviglie e sulla stessa lavastoviglie.
Per conoscere il grado di durezza dell’acqua rivolgersi all’ente idrico competente oppure utilizzare
il kit di rilevamento in dotazione.
6.3 Regolazione dell’impianto addolcitore dell’acqua (Versione pannello comandi con DISPLAY)

Per accedere all’impostazione di rigenerazione ottimale occorre
tenere premuto (per 10 secondi) il tasto DELAY D all’accensione della macchina, di seguito sul Display viene visualizzata
l’attuale impostazione (es. d4). Per modificarla premere lo
>=maggiore / <=minore
stesso tasto fino a selezionare il livello di rigenera voluto (vedi
tabella). Attendere circa 6 secondi, senza modificare la scelta, il suono del buzzer confermera’ la
lettura del nuovo livello; sul Display comparira’ la richiesta selezione programma.

Nota: In posizione D1 viene disattivata nel pannello comandi l’indicazione del sale.
E’ buona norma mantenere il serbatoio del sale pieno anche con l’utilizzo di detersivi in pastiglie.

6.4 Introduzione del brillantante
Il brillantante accelera l’asciugatura delle stoviglie
facendo scivolare l’acqua dalle stoviglie ed
impedisce la formazione di macchie e depositi
calcarei; viene aggiunto automaticamente
all’acqua durante l’ultimo risciacquo.

Segnalazione di controllo per l’introduzione
del brillantante
• Elettrico (fig. 7-15)
L’apparecchio ha un indicatore
del livello
del brillantante sul pannello comandi. Quando si
illumina è necessario aggiungere l’additivo.
• Meccanico (fig. 8)
Il brillantante deve essere inserito se l’indicatore
sul serbatoio F , è di colore chiaro ().
Quando il serbatoio é pieno, l’indicatore è di
colore scuro.

interno dello sportello.
• Fig. 6, ruotare il tappo T del serbatoio di 1/4
di giro in senso antiorario per estrarlo.
- Introdurre il brillantante fino alla linea tratteggiata.
Quantità massima circa 140 ml.
- Richiudere il vano del brillantante.
- Pulire il brillantante eventualmente fuoriuscito
con un panno, altrimenti durante il risciacquo si
forma troppa schiuma.

6.5 Regolazione del dosaggio di brillantante

Il dispositivo di regolazione del dosaggio di
brillantante, con i relativi livelli di impostazione, si
trova nell’apposito contenitore (fig. 8).
I numeri corrispondono all’aggiunta di brillantante
nr. 1 = 1 ml.
La vaschetta del brillantante completamente piena
è sufficente per circa 50 cicli di lavaggio.
• La dose di brillantante andrà aumentata
qualora le stoviglie lavate risultassero opache
o dovessero presentare macchie circolari
• Se le stoviglie dovessero presentare striature
biancastre occorrerà ridurre la dose di
brillantante.
• Pulire sempre il brillantante eventualmente
fuoriuscito con un panno.

E’ importante controllare periodicamente il livello del brillantante, possibilmente ogni 31 cicli
di lavaggio.

6.6 Introduzione del detersivo
IMPORTANTE! L’efficacia dei diversi detersivi
può essere differente. Fare quindi attenzione
alle dosi consigliate dalle rispettive case
produttrici; in mancanza di indicazioni caricare
29 gr. di detergente.

Non utilizzare nella lavastoviglie detersivo per
lavare i piatti a mano che, oltre a non essere
efficace, può compromettere il funzionamento
dell’apparecchio.
Utilizzare dunque solamente detersivi specifici per
la lavastoviglie ad uso domestico.
Conservare le confezioni dei detersivi ben chiuse
e in luogo ben asciutto.
Solo con il programma ammollo il detersivo non
è necessario.
La vaschetta per il detersivo si trova sul lato interno dello sportello.
Nel caso che il coperchio sia chiuso:
• Premere verso sinistra la leva di chiusura .

• Introdurre il detersivo nella vaschetta V .
• Per chiudere il coperchio premerlo finché non scatta la chiusura.
Quando le stoviglie sono eccezionalmente sporche è possibile mettere detersivo in più nell’incavo del
coperchio; riempire l’incavo fino all’orlo, il detersivo è già attivo nella fase di ammollo.
Uso di detersivi compatti / combinazioni 2 in 1, 3 in 1 ... ALL in 1
Si tratta di prodotti con funzioni integrate e combinate detersivo/brillantante e sale. Prima di utilizzare
questo tipo di prodotti, controllare che la durezza dell’acqua erogata sia compatibile con l’uso dei
prodotti stessi, conformemente alle indicazioni fornite dall’azienda produttrice dei detersivi (riportate
sulla confezione). Questi prodotti devono essere utilizzati seguendo rigorosamente le istruzioni
fornite dall’azienda produttrice. E’ opportuno informarsi presso l’azienda produttrice del detersivo
per conoscere le migliori condizioni di utilizzo del prodotto. Il produttore della vostra lavastoviglie non
è responsabile dei danni causati da detersivi compatti e non fornisce garanzie in caso di utilizzo di
detersivi compatti.
NOTA
Quando si utilizzano detersivi combinati come le pastiglie 2 in 1, 3 in 1 ... ALL in 1, ricordare di controllare

COME CARICARE E DISPORRE LE STOVIGLIE
Due cestelli consentono di caricare diverse tipologie di stoviglie.
• Togliere dalle stoviglie i resti più grandi di cibo per evitare il rischio di un intasamento del filtro e
l’uscita di cattivi odori.
• Se le padelle e pentole sono particolarmente incrostate con resti di cibo (fritto o arrosto) immergerle
in un bagno d’acqua prima d’introdurli nella lavastoviglie.
• Dopo aver caricato i cestelli, verificare che gli irroratoti ruotino liberamente.
RIMOZIONE STOVIGLIE
Suggerimenti: Per evitare che l’acqua goccioli dal cestello superiore in quello inferiore, si consiglia
di vuotare prima il cestello inferiore e successivamente quello superiore.
7.1 Uso del cestello inferiore
Il cestello inferiore è predisposto per ricevere le stoviglie ingombranti maggiormente sporche e il
cestello per le posate. Nel cestello inferiore vanno posizionati i piatti piani, fondi, padelle, zuppiere,
coperchi e piatti di portata.
La loro posizione deve essere sempre verticale in modo che l’acqua possa passare liberamente.
Pentole e padelle devono essere disposte sempre capovolte. Nel carico del cestello assicurarsi di
posizionare le stoviglie, le pentole e le padelle in maniera che tutte le superfici sporche siano esposte
al getto dell’acqua.
Le griglie reclinabili (disponibili solo in alcuni modelli) aumentano la flessibilità di carico, offrendo la
possibilità di lavare all’interno anche stoviglie molto ingombranti.

Posate
ATTENZIONE: I coltelli e gli utensili con punte taglienti devono essere inseriti nel cestino con le punte in basso,
oppure in posizione orizzontale. Naturalmente un migliore risultato di lavaggio si otterrebbe se venissero
infilati nel cesto con i manici rivolti verso il basso, ma si correrebbe il rischio di ferirsi al momento di prelevarli.
Cucchiai, forchette e coltelli devono essere disposti negli appositi spazi della griglia contenitore posate.
ATTENZIONE:
Posate e coltelli particolarmente lunghi non vanno posizionati con le punte rivolte verso l’alto ma vanno
sistemati in posizione orizzontale nel cestello superiore o lavati a mano. Porre attenzione nel maneggiare
posate affilate e/o taglienti.
NOTA Alcuni modelli sono dotati nel cestello superiore di una griglia porta coltelli e posate
lunghe (vedi fig. 12).
AVVERTENZA!
Accertarsi che nessuna stoviglia fuoriesca dal cestello e tocchi le pareti interne della
lavastoviglie.

7.2 Uso del cestello superiore
Il cestello superiore completamente
estraibile riceve le stoviglie di piccole e
medie dimensioni come bicchieri, piattini,
tazzine da tè e da caffè, insalatiere basse,
pentole e padelle basse non molto sporche.I
piattini da dolce devono essere disposti
sempre verticalmente; bicchieri, tazze,
pentole e padelle, capovolti. Le stoviglie
leggere devono essere sistemate in modo
che non si rovescino.
Il miglior risultato di lavaggio viene raggiunto
quando si è trovata la disposizione più
adatta delle stoviglie nei cestelli. Da questo
momento in poi il processo di lavaggio può
sviluppare tutta la sua efficacia.

AVVIO DELLA LAVASTOVIGLIE
Dopo il controllo della quantità di sale di rigenerazione (solo nella versione con contenitore sale) e brillantante, aprire
completamente il rubinetto dell’acqua, disporre le stoviglie nei cestelli, versare il detersivo nel suo contenitore e il detersivo
per il prelavaggio (se necessario).
Procedete come segue:
Premere il tasto 1 per accendere l’apparecchio, si illumina il display 7 visualizzando l’ultimo programma eseguito.
SELEZIONE PROGRAMMA

Premere il tasto (selezione
programmi), il Display visualizza il simbolo del lavaggio superiore/inferiore ( ) e dopo
circa 3 sec. compare il tempo di durata del programma scelto. Scegliere il programma di lavaggio in base al tipo di stoviglie
e al loro grado di sporco.
START
Dopo aver selezionato il programma di lavaggio, chiudere la porta,un segnale acustico (beep) avvisa dell’inizio del ciclo.
INSERIMENTO DI ALTRE STOVIGLIE
Nel caso in cui abbiate dimenticato di inserire delle stoviglie, è possibile comunque interrompere il ciclo lavaggio nel
seguente modo: aprire leggermente la porta per evitare l’uscita di spruzzi d’acqua e vapore, il programma si interrompe, a
questo punto inserire altre stoviglie. Per riprendere il programma interrotto chiudere la porta, il ciclo riprenderà dal punto
in cui era stato interrotto.
MODIFICA O RESET DI UN PROGRAMMA IN CORSO
Questa operazione è da effettuare preferibilmente se il programma è iniziato da poco altrimenti potrebbe essere già stato
prelevato del detersivo e scaricata l’acqua di lavaggio; in tal caso occorre caricare nuovamente il detersivo (vedi paragrafo
“introduzione del detersivo”).

Per modificare un programma in corso aprire la porta e premere il tasto Selezione Programma per
circa 6 secondi.
NelDisplay viene visualizzato un segmento che scorre ad indicare la fase di reset. Subito dopo chiudere la porta frontale.
N.B. Il segnale acustico del buzzer conferma la fine del RESET, mentre sul display compare la scritta “End”. A
questo punto la macchina è pronta per una nuova impostazione.
Se si verifica un’improvvisa interruzione della corrente tutte le impostazioni restano memorizzate; il programma
di lavaggio riprenderà da dove si era interrotto.
FINE PROGRAMMA
Una volta terminato il ciclo di lavaggio la lavastoviglie si ferma automaticamente. La fine del programma di lavaggio viene
segnalata da un segnale acustico di 3 beep, che si ripete per 3 volte. Quando si apre la porta il Display si illumina e compare
la scritta “End” che rimane visualizzata per 10 secondi, dopo di che resta visualizzato il numero dell’ultimo programma
eseguito. Per spegnere la macchina premere il tasto 1 . Dopo ogni ciclo di lavaggio si consiglia di chiudere sempre il
rubinetto dell’acqua per isolare la lavastoviglie dalla rete idrica.
SUGGERIMENTI: Dopo i segnali sonori di fine ciclo, per accelerare la fase di asciugatura è possibile socchiudere
la porta frontale. Se il piano di lavoro soprastante è delicato aprire completamente la porta oppure tenerla chiusa
fino a quando non si prelevano le stoviglie, in modo da evitare la fuoriuscita di vapore.

NOTE:
A.Le opzioni possono essere impostate nei programmi di lavaggio dove previsto (vedi tabella
programmi di lavaggio “Opzioni attivabili”).
B.Premendo il tasto corrispondente all’opzione desiderata, si attiverà nel display la rispettiva
icona a conferma dell’attivazione, premendo nuovamente lo stesso tasto, l’icona si spegne
(funzione disattivata).
C.Dopo aver impostato tutte le opzioni desiderate, per annullarle o modificarle bisogna procedere
al RESET della macchina (vedi paragrafo “Modifica o reset di un programma in corso).
❑ Ritardo partenza (Delay)
Il tasto imposta un tempo di ritardo variabile da 1 a 12 ore. Alla prima pressione del tasto la funzione
viene attivata, il display mostra il simbolo del ritardo (
) e, nell’area numerica dei programmi la
scritta “1H”. Ogni successiva pressione del tasto, incrementa di 1 ora il tempo di ritardo, fino a 12H una
ulteriore pressione del tasto disattiva la funzione; il simbolo “orologio” scompare e sull’area numerica
ricompare il tempo del programma selezionato. Una volta impostato il tempo di ritardo, chiudere la porta
della lavastoviglie, premere il tasto start (se previsto) dopodiche’ si avvierà il conteggio del tempo di
ritardo; il simbolo dell’orologio inizierà a lampeggiare fino alla partenza del programma prescelto. Finchè
il programma non è partito, aprendo la porta nel Display viene visualizza sempre il tempo residuo.
Per disattivare il tempo di ritardo bisogna procedere al RESET della macchina.
❑ Mezzo carico
Quando si hanno poche stoviglie da lavare si può attivare l’opzione del mezzo carico in modo da ridurre
i consumi di acqua, energia e tempo di lavaggio. L’opzione si disattiva automaticamente a fine ciclo di
lavaggio.
❑ Funzione ALLin1
Attivando questa opzione il programma di lavaggio viene adattato all’utilizzo dei detersivi in pastiglie in
modo da ottenere le migliori prestazioni di lavaggio. Premendo il tasto 1/2 LOAD “per 5 secondi” si
attiva o disattiva questa impostazione, un segnale acustico e la visualizzazione nel display dell’icona
ne indica l’attivazione. Questa funzione, selezionabile nei programmi di lavaggio indicati nella tabella
programmi, rimane sempre attiva. Il simbolo del brillantante viene disattivato. L’uso di detersivi combinati
come pastiglie “3 in 1” o similari, potrebbero rendere superfluo l’uso del sale e brillantante.
NOTA
E’ buona norma, in ogni caso seguire le indicazioni riportate sul contenitore per l’utilizzo dei
prodotti sopra citati.
Consigli: I risultati di lavaggio ideale si ottengono comunque con l’impiego di detersivi tradizionali
combinati con sale e brillantante.
AVVERTENZA:
Con l’uso dei detersivi tradizionali è necessario regolare correttamente l’impianto di addolcitore
acqua.

9 MANUTENZIONE
9.1
Pulizia degli irroratori
AVVERTENZA Prima di qualsiasi intervento di pulizia o manutenzione disinserire
l’apparecchio dalla rete elettrica e chiudere il rubinetto dell’acqua.
Gli irroratori sono facilmente asportabili per consentire la periodica pulizia degli ugelli e per prevenire possibili otturazioni. Lavarli
accuratamente sotto un getto d’acqua e rimontarli nelle proprie sedi. Se necessario utilizzare un oggetto appuntito per rimuovere
eventuali residui dagli ugelli.

PULIZIA DEI FILTRI
Dopo ogni lavaggio è opportuno ispezionare il gruppo filtrante e ripulirlo da eventuali depositi agendo nel seguente modo:
• Svitare in senso antiorario il filtro esterno 1.
• Estrarre il filtro centrale 2.
• Rimuovere il filtro fine 3.
• Rimuovere il microfiltro esterno 4.
Tutti i componenti vanno puliti accuratamente in acqua corrente. Prima di avviare il ciclo di lavaggio assicurarsi di ricollocare
i filtri nella loro sede per evitare danni alla pompa di lavaggio.
AVVERTENZA II filtri sporchi possono compromettere il buon risultato di lavaggio ed il corretto funzionamento
della lavastoviglie.

PULIZIA POMPA DI SCARICO
La pompa è accessibile dall’interno della

1. Disinserire sempre la spina dalla presa
prima di pulire la pompa.
2. Svitare in senso antiorario il filtro esterno

3. Rimuovere il filtro inox 3 (fig. 20).
4. Rimuovere il microfiltro esterno 4 (fig.21).
5. Togliere infine il piccolo inserto Z posto nella parte sinistra del fondo del pozzetto.
6. Infilando il dito nel foro è possibile fare
girare la pala della pompa ed eliminare
eventuali ostruzioni.

9.5
PULIZIA DELLE SUPERFICI ESTERNE DELLA MACCHINA
Le superfici esterne della macchina, di metallo e di plastica, devono essere pulite periodicamente con
un panno morbido ed umido. Non usate mai acidi o detergenti abrasivi.
Messa fuori servizio prolungata.
Se la lavastoviglie non verrà usata per un lungo periodo, si deve procedere come segue:
• Fare girare due programmi di ammollo.
• Staccare la spina dalla rete elettrica.
• Scollegare il tubo di alimentazione dell’acqua.
• Lasciare leggermente aperta la porta frontale per evitare la formazione di cattivo odore.

Il programma di lavaggio scelto non è adeguato.
Dato che la lavastoviglie è stata collaudata e controllata accuratamente in fabbrica, si potranno
trovare all’interno della vasca delle goccioline di acqua che scompariranno dopo il primo
lavaggio.

avoid a possible shock hazard should it be inserted
into a 13A socket elsewhere. A suitable alternative
plug should then be fitted to the cable.
The wires in this mains lead are coloured in
accordance with the following code:
BLUE “NEUTRAL” (“N”)

GREEN AND YELLOW “EARTH” (“E”)
1. The GREEN AND YELLOW wire must be
connected to the terminal in the plug which is marked
with the letter “E” or by the Earth symbol

which is marked with the letter “N” or coloured
black.
3. The BROWN wire must be connected to the
terminal which is marked with the letter “L” or

IMPORTANT:
The fuse cover must be refitted when changing a
fuse and if the fuse cover is lost the plug must not
be used until a correct replacement is fitted. Correct
replacements are identified by the colour insert or the
colour embossed in words on the base of the plug.

1 BEFORE USING THE APPLIANCE

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Norms and regulations to be respected
•The dishwasher is intended for washing household crockery only and must
be operated by adults according to the instructions outlined in this manual.
Should the appliance be used for other reasons or in an incorrect manner,
the manufacturer cannot assume liability for any subsequent damage.
•For safety reasons, do not modify the dishwasher or use it for anything
other than its intended use.
•Before connecting the appliance to the electricity supply, ensure that the
voltage and current information, as indicated on the data plate, correspond
to that of the location where the appliance will be installed.
•Installation must be carried out by qualified personnel.
•Do not install the appliance under a cooking hob.

person with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazard
involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
•WARNING If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similar qualified persons in order to avoid a
hazard.
•Warning: dishwasher detergents are strongly alkaline, they can be extremely dangerous if swallowed. Avoid contact with skin and eyes and keep
children away from the dishwasher when the door is open. Check that the
detergent receptacle is empty after completation of the wash cycle.
•Detergents can cause permanent damage to eyes, mouth and throat.
They should therefore be kept outside the reach of children.
•The water in the dishwasher is not drinkable. Any residues of detergent in
the appliance constitute a source of danger for children. They must therefore
be kept away from the open dishwasher.
Daily use
•Do not turn on the dishwasher if the electric cable, or the water supply or
water drainage pipes are damaged, or if the control board, the work surface
or the base are in very bad condition.

•In case of a malfunction, shut off the water supply, then turn off the appliance and pull the electric plug from the outlet. If there is a permanent electric
connection, turn off the service switch (if present) or remove the fuse (or
fuses).
•To remove the plug from the electric outlet, hold the plug itself and pull;
never pull the cable.
•All repairs of the dishwasher must be carried out by specialised personnel.
Inappropriate repairs can create a severe danger for the user. For repairs,
you should therefore contact our technical customer assistance service or
a specialised vendor.
•If the pipes and tubes are deteriorated, substitute them with new original
parts before hooking up the appliance.
•Do not use detergent substances that could lead to an explosion.
•Do not sit or lean on the open door. The appliance might otherwise tilt
over.
•Before adding special dishwasher salt, detergent and rinse aid, make sure
that the manufacturer of these substances recommends their use for household dishwashers.
•Always shut off the water supply when the dishwasher is not in use for
longer periods of time, e.g., during your vacations.
The dishwasher door must remain open for the time strictly necessary to complete loading and
unloading, in order to avoid damage to the dishwasher or any harm by stumbling over it.

2 UNPACKING – DISPOSAL
2.1
UNPACKING
Remove the external plastic packaging material, the corner re-enforcements, and the styrofoam base. Open
the door and remove the styrofoam blocks from the inside baskets.
Collect and recycle the packaging materials. This will preserve primary materials and help reduce the amount
of waste.
Take the packaging materials to specialised recycling centres .
When the appliance eventually has to be disposed of, it should be made non-functional before eliminating it.
Packaging material (e.g. plastic bags, polystyrene) may be harmful to children and
must therefore be kept out of their reach.
2.2
FINAL DISPOSAL OF APPLIANCE
This appliance is marked according to European Directive 2012/19/EU on Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment (WEEE).
By ensuring this product is disposed of correctly, you will help prevent potential negative consequences for the environment and human health, which could otherwise be caused by inappropriate waste handling of this product.
The symbol
on the product, or on the documents accompanying the product, indicates that this appliance
may not be treated as household waste. Instead it shall be handed over to the applicable collection point for the
recycling of electrical and electronic equipment.
Disposal must be carried out in accordance with local environmental regulations for waste disposal.

3 GENERAL ADVICE
3.1
WASHING DISHES IN AN ECONOMIC AND ECOLOGICAL WAY
• Don’t rinse your dishes under running water before placing them in the dishwasher
• Run the appliance only when it is full, because only like this the process becomes economical and
respects the environment.
• Always choose a programme that is adequate for the kind of dishes you want to wash and that
corresponds to how dirty they are
• For crockery soiled due to normal use, use the DAILY wash programme (see Programme Table) in
order to save energy and water.
• You should avoid to use too much detergent, dishwasher salt, and rinse aid. Refer to the dosages
recommended in the usage instructions provided by the manufacturers of these substances.
• Make sure that the water softness regulator is set correctly.
3.2
DISHES NOT TO BE WASHED IN THE DISHWASHER
You must not wash in this appliance:
- Cutting boards or small containers in wood
- Plastic objects that are not heat resistant
- Lead crystal
- Tin, copper, aluminium, brass, and pewter objects
- Objects made from tin or copper
- Dishes or cutlery with glued components
- Old cutlery with heat sensitive glue
- Steel objects that are oxidised easily
- Cutlery with handles in wood, horn, antler, porcelain, or mother of pearl
- Cutlery with handles made of wood, horn, porcelain and mother of pearl, handcrafts and decorated
items.
When buying new cutlery, make sure that it is dishwasher safe.

5 INSTALLATION
5.1
LEVELLING
Note: Select a location for dishwasher installation close to the water supply and drain connections, and
a power supply point.
• Before levelling, attach the plastic slides C supplied with the manual bag under the dishwasher feet.
• Once the appliance is in its final position, adjust the metal feet A by rotating them in the required
direction to adjust the dishwasher height; once the feet have
been adjusted, tighten the blocking nuts.
• Proper levelling ensures the appliance functions correctly; max.
error margin = 2 degrees tilt.

BUILT-IN MODELS
The dishwasher can be fitted below worktops and its height can be adjusted to suit various space
requirements. The compartment housing the dishwasher must be at least 600 mm wide and 560 mm
deep.
(Follow the installation instructions that are supplied separately in the document bag)
Built-in models with adjustable rear and front feet D (fig. 2.1)
Firstly, check the dishwasher height with that of the lower edge
of the worktop. After having mounted the plastic slides C ,
carry out an initial adjustment of the front and rear feet, tilt the
dishwasher forward slightly to adjust the rear feet using a slotted
screwdriver to turn the adjustment screw D on the front end
of the base (see Fig. 2.1). Position the dishwasher in its place
of installation making sure it adheres to the worktop.
Adjust the feet carefully and tighten the locking nuts of the
front feet.

WATER CONNECTION
The water supply tube C , which accompanies the
dishwasher, makes it possible to connect the appliance to a
water tap with a 3/4” attachment.
During the installation, the following instructions must be
followed:

• Attach tube C to the cold water tap A .
• If the piping that the dishwasher will be connected to is
new or has been left unused for a long time, it is advisable
to let the water run for a few minutes before connecting
the water supply hose. This will prevent sand, rust or dirt
deposits from blocking the water supply hose filter.
• Make sure that the water pressure corresponds to the
range indicated on the data tag.
The appliance may be connected to the cold water system. It
must not be connected to the hot water system.
• The appliance must be connected to the water supply
using a set of new hoses; previously used hoses are
not recommended.
• Make sure the hoses are not excessively bent or bottlenecked.

5.2
CONNECTION OF DRAINAGE WATER
The curved end of drainage tube T , which is being supplied with your appliance, should be hooked
onto the edge of a sink or into a drainage pipe.
A special siphon should be used to prevent bad
odours.

During the assembly, the following precautions
should be taken:
- the drainage tube must not be bent to avoid
blockages;
- the tube’s end, relative to the top surface of
the dishwasher (fig. 4), must be placed at a
height between 32 and 90 cm;
- the end of the tube must never be immersed
in water;
- the drainage tube must not be extended to
more than a maximum length of 1 metre.
The extension must have the same internal
diameter. Furthermore, the maximum height
at which the tube’s end can be placed (in the
case of an extended tube) must be reduced
from 90 to 50 cm.

- If you use a drainage pipe, make sure its internal diameter is not inferior to 4 cm.
5.4
ELECTRIC CONNECTIONS
The appliance may only be connected to a properly installed electric outlet with
an earth (ground) contact. The connection must be carried out in correspondence
with existing laws and regulations and supplementary rules issued by the supplier
of electric power.
The voltage indicated in the technical data must match that of the location where the
appliance is installed.
Refer to the data plate for the correct size of the electrical plug.
If the appliance has no plug attached, it must be connected to the electricity supply by installing a
switch which is directly connected to the mains. This switch must ensure omnipolar disconnection
under overvoltage category III conditions.

6 BEFORE USE
6.1
PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS
Before starting up the machine, ensure that:
- The supply cable plug is connected to the socket.
- The water supply hose is connected to the tap.
- The tap is open.
- The drain hose is connected according to instructions.
6.2
ADDING DISHWASHER SALT
If the dishwasher model is not equipped with a salt compartment, skip paragraph 6.2.
Set the water softener device on setting D1 when using it for the first time, and follow
the instructions below.
Pull the handle towards you: the door opens easily. If this operation is
done while the dishwasher is in function, a safety device switches the
dishwasher off.
The dishwasher is equipped with a water softener device (Fig. 5) that
automatically regenerates at regular intervals thanks to the salt solution.
Dishwasher salt consumption therefore depends on the hardness of the
local water supplied.
• Open the door and pull out the lower rack.
• Unscrew the salt compartment cap in an anti-clockwise direction.

Using the dishwasher for the first time:
• Pour approximately 1/2 litre of water in the salt compartment.
• Pour the dishwasher salt into the compartment using the funnel
I (about 1-1.5 kg).
• Wipe off any spilt salt from the compartment opening.
• Screw the compartment cap back on in a clockwise direction.
• If washing does not take place soon after introducing the dishwasher salt, launch the SOAK programme in order to wash away any excess salt granules.

Suggestions: for safety reasons, we suggest loading the dishwasher salt before starting the
wash cycle programme.
Only use salt specifically intended for dishwashers; other types of salt (e.g. table salt) often contain
insoluble substances that may clog the water softener and prevent it from working.
Soft water (poor in calcium) is recommended for washing, to prevent limescale deposits on crockery
or in the dishwasher.
To determine the hardness of the water, contact the local water department or use the water hardness
test kit supplied.
6.3 Adjusting the water softener device (DISPLAY control panel version)

To reach an optimal regeneration setting, keep (for 10 sec.) the
button DELAY D (fig. 7) pressed when turning on the appliance.
Now, the current setting is being displayed (e.g., d4). To modify
the setting (within 6 seconds), press the same button again until
the desired level is reached (see table).
Wait for 6 seconds without modifying the setting. A buzzer sound
will indicate that the new setting was accepted. On the display,
the request select programme will appear.

6.5 Refilling of rinse aid
The rinse aid speeds up the drying process by
facilitating water drainage from crockery, prevents
spotting or limescale deposits; it is automatically

6.6 Regulation of rinse aid dosage

The regulation of the quantity of rinse aid that is
released can be found in the refill opening of the
rinse aid container.
A screwdriver may be used to adjust it from
a minimum position to a maximum position,
depending on which version has been fitted in
the dishwasher; see figure 8.
The numbers correspond to the amount of rinse
aid added, i.e. the number 1 = 1 ml.
The amount of rinse aid in a completely full
compartment lasts for about 50 wash cycles.
• Increase the amount of rinse aid should the crockery be opaque or show circular stains after a
wash cycle.
• Reduce the amount of rinse aid in case the crockery presents white streaks.
• Always wipe off with a cloth any rinse aid that
spilled over from the container.

6.7 Adding the detergent
IMPORTANT! Detergents vary in their strength
and efficiency. You should therefore pay
attention to the dosage recommendations of
each manufacturer.

Do not use detergents in this dishwasher that are
made for dish washing by hand! These substances
produce large quantities of foam but they do not
clean the dishes in a dishwasher. They can even
lead to a malfunctioning of the appliance.
You should therefore only use detergents that are
specifically made for household dishwashers.
Keep your detergent containers closed and in a
dry place.
Only when you use the pre-wash programme no
detergent is needed.
The container for the detergent is located on the inside of the door.
If the lid is closed:
• Push the closure lever L towards the left-hand side.
• Fill the detergent into the container V .
• To close the lid, press until you hear a closing “click”.
If your dishes are exceptionally dirty, you can also fill some detergent into the indentation of the lid.
In this case, fill the indentation up to the edge. This detergent will be available and active during the
pre-wash phase.
Compact / combined 2-in-1, 3-in-1, All-in-& detergents etc.
These are detergents with integrated functions combining detergent/rinse aid and salt. Before using
products of this kind, ensure that they compatible with the hardness levels of the water supply, in
accordance with the indications of the detergent manufacturer (shown on the detergent packaging).
These products must be used in strict accordance with the instructions provided by the manufacturer. It
is advisable to contact the detergent manufacturer for information regarding the best conditions of use of
the product. The dishwasher manufacturer is not held liable for damage caused by compact detergents
and does not guarantee the outcome of their use.
NOTE
When using combined detergents such as 2-in-1, 3-in-1, All-in-1 tablets etc., remember to check whether
the tablets are the suitable size for the relative dishwasher compartment and are comfortably housed
without breaking the compartment.

7
HOW TO LOAD AND UNLOAD THE DISHWASHER
There are two dish baskets that allow you to store all different kinds of dishes.
• Remove from the dishes any larger pieces of food to avoid an obstruction of the filter and the development of bad odours.
• If pots and pans are particularly dirty and contain crusts of food (after frying or roasting), soak them
in a water bath before washing them in the dishwasher.
• After having loaded the racks, ensure the rotation of the spray arm is not hampered.
REMOVING THE DISHES
Suggestions: To prevent water dripping from the upper back into the lower back, we recommend that
you empty the lower basket first and then the upper back.
7.1 Use of the lower basket
The lower rack is used for the larger and dirtiest crockery, and for the cutlery rack.
Dinner plates, soup bowls, pans, soup tureens, lids and serving dishes are also placed in the lower
rack.
They must always be placed vertically to enable the water to flow freely.
Pots and pans must be placed facing downwards. Make sure the crockery, pots and pans are placed
so that the water jet can reach the dirty surfaces.
Fold-down racks (only available on certain models) increase loading versatility, as they enable very large
crockery items to be washed as well.

Cutlery
CAUTION: knives and sharp utensils should be placed into the cutlery basket with their sharp ends facing
downwards, or in a horizontal position. Better cleaning results are normally obtained by placing cutlery
with handles facing downwards, but this may cause injury to the person taking it out. Spoons, forks, and
knifes must be placed in the specific areas of the cutlery basket that are designed for them.
ATTENTION:
Particularly long cutlery, specifically “long knives”, should not be positioned pointing upwards
but should be placed horizontally in the top tray or washed by hand. Be careful when handling
sharp cutlery.
NOTE The top rack on some models is equipped with a special cutlery rack for knives and long
cutlery (see Fig. 12).

Make sure no crockery item touches the base of the dishwasher.

7.2 Use of the upper basket
The top rack is entirely removable and houses small and medium-sized crockery such as glasses,
saucers, tea and coffee cups, shallow salad bowls, lightly soiled shallow pots and pans. Dessert plates
must always be placed vertically; glasses, cups, pots and pans facing downwards. Light crockery must
be adequately placed to avoid it from toppling.
An optimal arrangement of dishes inside the dishwasher will guarantee best washing results, allowing
the appliance will be able to develop its full effectiveness.

STARTING THE DISHWASHER
After checking the quantities of regeneration salt (only in the salt container version) and of rinse aid, open the water faucet
completely, place the dishes in the baskets, fill detergent into the detergent container and add also detergent for the prewash (if necessary).
Now proceed as follows:
Press the “ON-OFF” button 1 , the display will light up 7 and show the most recent programme performed.
PROGRAMME SELECTION
Press button 6 (programme selector); the upper/lower washing symbol
will appear on the Display and after
approximately 3 seconds the duration time for the selected programme will also appear. Select the wash programme based
on the type of crockery and dirt content.
START
Close the dishwasher door after selecting the wash programme; a buzzer (beep) will signal the start of the cycle.
ADDING MORE CROCKERY
If you need to add more crockery items, the wash cycle can be interrupted in the following manner: open the dishwasher
door slightly to avoid water spraying out and steam escaping from the machine; the programme will be paused and extra
crockery may be added. To resume the interrupted programme close the dishwasher door, the cycle resumes from the
point it was interrupted.
MODIFYING OR RESETTING A RUNNING PROGRAMME
This operation should preferably be performed if the programme has only just recently begun otherwise some detergent
may already have been used or washing water drained; in such case, additional detergent must be added (see paragraph
“Adding the detergent”).
To modify a programme which is already in progress open the door and press the Programme selector button 6 for
approximately 6 seconds. A scrolling segment on the Display indicates the machine is in reset mode. Close the door
immediately.
N.B. The buzzer sounds to confirm the end of the RESET, while the text “End” is shown on the display. At this point
the machine is ready to be set again.
In the event of a sudden power cut, all settings remain memorised; the wash programme will resume from
the point at which it was interrupted.
PROGRAMME END
The dishwasher stops automatically once the wash cycle is terminated. The end of the wash programme is signalled by
a 3-beep buzzer which sounds 3 times. When the door is opened, the Display will light up and the text “End” will appear
on the screen for 10 seconds, after which the number of the most recent programme performed remains visible. To switch
off the appliance press the button 1 . After each wash cycle, it is advisable to close the water supply tap to cut off the
dishwasher from the water supply network.
SUGGESTIONS: After the beeps signalling the end of the cycle, the door may be left ajar to accelerate the drying
phase. If the worktop above the dishwasher is delicate, open the dishwasher door completely or keep it shut until
taking out the crockery, to prevent steam from coming out.

❑ Delayed start (Delay)
This button is used to set a delay time between 1 and 12 hours. The first time the button is pressed the
function is activated and the display shows the delayed start symbol (
), while the text “1H” is displayed in the numerical area. Each subsequent press of the button increases the delay time by 1 hour, up
to a maximum of 12 hours. The next press of the button deactivates the function; the “clock” symbol
disappears and the duration of the selected programme reappears in the numerical area. Once the delay
time has been set, close the dishwasher door and press the start button (if necessary); the delay time
countdown will begin and the clock symbol will begin to flash until the selected programme begins. Until
the programme begins, the Display will show the remaining time when the door is opened.
To deactivate the delay time, the dishwasher must be RESET.
❑ Half Load
For small amounts of crockery, the half load function can be selected in order to reduce water and
energy consumption as well as the wash time. The option is automatically deactivated at the end of the
wash cycle.
❑ All-in-1 function
With this option the wash programme is adapted to the use of tablet detergents in order to guarantee the
best washing performance. Press the button 1/2 LOAD “for 5 seconds” to activate or deactivate this
setting, a buzzer and the icon on the display indicate activation. This function, which can be selected
in the wash programmes indicated in the programme table, is always active. The rinse aid symbol is
deactivated. The use of combined detergents (such as “3-in-1” tablets or similar products) may make
the use of dishwasher salt and rinse aid unnecessary.
NOTE
In any event, it is good practice to follow the indications on the product container regarding use
of the above-mentioned products.
Practical advice: However, ideal washing results can be achieved using traditional detergents
combined with dishwasher salt and rinse aid.

9.1
MAINTENANCE
Cleaning of spay-rotors
CAUTION: Before performing any cleaning or maintenance work on the dishwasher,
disconnect it from the power supply and shut off the water supply tap.
The spray-rotors can easily be removed for the periodic cleaning of the jets in order to prevent possible
obstructions. If necessary, use a pointed tool to remove any residues from the nozzles.

To remove the upper spray-rotor:
Unscrew anticlockwise the support of the sprayrotor.

To remove the lower spray-rotor:
Pull the spray-rotor upwards and take it out.
CLEANING OF FILTERS
After each wash the filter group should be checked in order to remove possible dirt residues. Proceed as
follows:
• Unscrew the external filter 1 by turning it in an anticlockwise direction.
• Take out the central filter 2
• Remove the fine filter 3.
• Remove the external microfilter 4.
All the components must be carefully cleaned in running water. Before starting a new wash cycle, ensure that
all the filters have been put in their proper place to avoid damaging the wash pump.
WARNING! Dirty filters may hamper wash performance and proper dishwasher functioning.

9.3
CLEANING THE DRAINAGE PUMP
The pump may be accessed from inside the
dishwasher.
1. Always disconnect the plug from the mains
socket before cleaning the pump.
2. Unscrew the external filter 1 by turning it in an
anticlockwise direction (fig. 18).
3. Remove the stainless steel filter 3 (Fig. 20).
4. Remove the external microfilter 4 (Fig. 21)
5. Finally, remove the small insert Z from the left
part of the drainage hole in the base of the
appliance.
6. By placing your finger inside the hole, it is possible to rotate the pump propeller and eliminate
any blockages which may have occurred.
7. Replace the insert and the filters.
8. Plug the appliance back into the mains socket.

CAUTION: Do not forget to replace insert Z.
9.4
CLEANING OF THE WATER ENTRY FILTER
You should also clean filter B periodically. It is located
between the water tap and the water entry tube.
• Close water tap A.
• Unscrew attachment piece C, take out filter B, and clean
it thoroughly under running water.
• Put the filter back in its place and screw the water entry
hose on. Check that there are no water leaks.

CLEANING THE EXTERNAL DISHWASHER SURFACES
The external dishwasher surfaces (metal and plastic) must be cleaned regularly with a damp, soft cloth.
Never use acidic substances or abrasive detergents.
If you don’t use the appliance for long periods of time
In the event the dishwasher will not be used for a long period, proceed as follows:
• run the pre-wash programme twice
• remove the electric plug from the outlet
• disconnect the water supply tube
• leave the door slightly open to avoid the formation of bad odours.

You should first check whether it is possible to rectify some minor problems yourself. Follow these
instructions. If you are unable to identify or remove the problem, you should contact the technical

The dishwasher does not switch on.
The door is not properly closed.

Visible limescale deposits or whitish glaze on crockery.
Dishwasher salt is lacking or the water softener device is not adequately adjusted to the water hardness
level.
The crockery is not perfectly dry.
The rinse aid is finished or insufficient dosage.
The crockery is not clean.
The racks are too packed.
The crockery is not properly placed.
The spray arm does not properly rotate due to incorrectly placed crockery.
The spray arm holes are clogged.
The filters are clogged.
The filters are incorrectly placed.
The detergent dosage is not suitable, has hardened or has lost its effectiveness due to prolonged
disuse.
The salt compartment lid is not properly closed.
The selected wash programme is unsuitable.
Granted that the dishwasher has been thoroughly tested and checked in the factory, small drops
of water may appear inside the tub but will disappear after the first wash cycle.
