Innovation
in heating
Sustainable energy solutions
From the formation of the first
Enertech company, product
development has been focused on
improving efficiency – in all respects.
We meet the market’s increasing demand for
sustainable energy solutions by developing new
technologies and by modifying and increasing the
efficiency of existing product concepts. Our focus
is particularly on ground, air and solar energy and
various bio-fuels like wood and pellets.
As time went by, other product qualities became
increasingly important and by the time that
environmental awareness grew strong, the aim of
reducing emissions was already a major priority
for our R&D colleagues.
Today, all of our companies offer a range of
sustainable energy products which are based on our
strong and practical heritage within the sector. These
systems are fully supported with services which give
confidence to specifiers, installers and end users.
Minimising the environmental impact
Parallel with innovations in renewable energies, we
work intensively to improve the efficiency of our
products for traditional fuels such as oil, electricity
and gas.
These products still play an important role in the
heating industry. Working to minimise their environmental impact is a matter of course for us.

A system offering
freedom of choice
Your needs may change over time.
New options will emerge. Our offering
takes this into account.
With a number of optional heating techniques and
energy sources, it’s more complicated than ever
to find a solution that doesn’t leave you at a dead
end as your demands develop and change over the
years. Will the chosen solution be able to grow,
develop and adapt accordingly? And how will energy
prices affect your choice? These are the questions we
are seeking to address through product innovation.
A flexible system of products and accessories
We work to develop products that are optimised for
Solar heating systems.
their individual purpose and function, but we also see
the products in a greater context; integral parts within
a system which is sustainable, economic and reliable.
One for all. All for one.
Enertech products offer a variety of possible energy
sources – oil, gas, wood and other solid fuels as well
as ground, air and solar energy. Above all, they give
the user the option to switch from one energy source
to another, or combinations which lead to flexiblility
of supply and economy.
Securing the future
The flexibility and adaptability built into our products
are the means of securing the future. To our customers it gives freedom of choice and peace of mind.
Pellet boilers.
Ground source heat pumps.
5
Heat pumps
– designed for the future
Heat pumps extract thermal energy
from nature’s own sources – ground,
water and air.
The use of heat pumps helps reduce the greenhouse
effect and save the world’s resources.
Air water domestic
The EcoAir series of heat pumps is designed for
connection to a heating boiler. They utilize the energy
in the surrounding outdoor air. The compressor
converts the energy to hot water,
which heats the house and provides
domestic hot water.
The heat pump operates
effectively at temperatures down to
–20 °C. All control functions such
as heating, night reduction, operation
times and temperatures are supervised by a micro
processor-based control system.
The heat pump operates perfectly also in com
bination with an existing electric, oil, gas or wood
fired boiler.
Air water commercial
Our new series of high-performance air/water heat
pumps is designed for
larger demands, such as
apartment buildings and
industries. These new heat
pumps utilize the power of
an EVI (Enhanced Vapour
Injection) scroll compressor
to provide extraordinary
performance. The tailormade ventilation fan, the
silent running EVI compressor and special attention
to insulation all help to ensure low noise levels.
The new models provide 65 °C hot water at ambient
temperatures from –10 °C to +40 °C. When the
extreme winter hits with temperatures down to
–20 °C, the heat pump will continue to work and
deliver a primary flow at approximately 55 °C.
It is also possible to connect two or three heat
pump in cascade. For example, an installation of three
25 kW heat pumps will give a heating capacity of 75 kW.
Ground source
This easy-to-install series of heat
pumps for bedrock, ground and lake
heating, are designed for private
houses and smaller properties and are
available in five sizes.
The EcoHeat is equipped with a
unique patented evaporator solution
– the intercooler. It ensures that the
efficiency – the coefficient of performance (COP) – of the EcoHeat stays in
the upper range. The high efficiency not only reduces
the annual operating costs, but also reduces wear of
the compressor, thus prolonging the life span of the
heat pump.
The EcoPart is a flexible heat pump designed for
connection to an existing or new heating boiler.
Indoor
CLWi is an air source heat pump which is
installed indoors. It has a heating capacity of
9 or 13 kW. The heat pump has a 50-litre
water tank with an integrated 9 kW immersion
heater. The modular design has an aluminium
frame with removable soundproof casings for
ease of access.
The unit is normally placed in the
basement and is connected to the outside
air by a ducted system.

State of the art burners
Enertech burners are high-technology
equipment – reliable, efficient and with a
steadily reduced environmental impact.
All burners are built to meet the highest requirements and comply with, or exceed, European
Emission Standards, as well as those of many other
countries. Control systems and safety devices cover
oil, gas and dual-fuel versions from domestic to large
industrial and process applications.
Domestic burners
A comprehensive range of oil- and gas-burners in the
range 15–100 kW.
The BFG1 gas burner demonstrates the
group’s product philosophy well. This small
burner is suitable for domestic use as
well as industrial applications all over
the world. The BFG1 type comes in
three models, with a capacity range of
15–100 kW. Available for natural gas,
LPG and biogas.
Commercial burners
The wide range of oil, gas and dual-fuel burners manufactured by Enertech offers progressive solutions for
a majority of commercial boilers and applications on
the worldwide market.
The MK series of dual-fuel burners
can be fired with oil or gas at
optimal performance. The
fuel type can be switched by
remote control or manually at the
burner. The burners can be fitted
with automatic switch-over to oil
firing at low gas availability.
Process burners
Enertech manufactures a large range of rugged gas,
oil and dual-fuel industrial burners from 50 kW
to 20 MW. All fulfil current EN 746 standards
and emission requirements, for both low and high
temperature process applications.
Industrial burners are available for gas, oil or dual
fuel complete with fuel line, air line and electrical
control panel.
Industrial burners for low temperature processes
include the SG/SD range for ovens and ES/ESX for
in-duct firing for dryers, and for high temperature
processes include the MP, FMP and MPSR range or for
furnaces, kilns, incinerators etc. The MPSR burner is
a self-recuperative burner that can provide significant
energy savings of 30–50% in high
temperature applications. Burners
can be controlled to provide
1 stage, 2 stage or
modulating control
with up to 30 to
1 turndown.
9
Boilers – from small domestic
to large industrial
Enertech offers an extensive range
of boilers covering everything from
domestic to large industrial applications
using all commonly available fuels to
produce hot water and steam.
The range covers 6 kW to 20 MW – combusting
wood, pellets, oil, and gas as in the examples below.

W
The improved V40 is a perfect representative of our
boiler philosophy. This wood gasification heating
boiler, designed for optimal
combustion with logs of wood,
has extremely high efficiency. Its
integrated suction draught fan
and special ceramic plates ensure
maximum economy and a minimum of emissions, thus fulfilling
the toughest emission regulations
for biomass fuel heating.
Cast iron/steel boilers
A good example is the C
 ommodore
Plus that suits a large number
of industrial and collective
applications. With a range of ten
models, from 160 to 430 kW, the
Commodore supplies radiators,
hotwater convectors and low temperature under floor heating systems.
Equipped with an oil or gas burner, the
Commodore boilers are cost-effective and ideal for
forming an Ecogrouping cell.
Pellet/wood-chip boilers
The P500 boiler range with outputs from 50 to
1,000 kW covers a wide variety of applications
– industries, schools, municipal buildings and small
district heating plants. The P500 is the result of many years’ experience
in wood fired boiler design. We have focused
specifically on high efficiency, low
running costs, low e missions,
flexible design, simple
operation and reliability.
Condensing boilers
The latest state-of-the-art technology in oil and gas
heating. The future of these systems is the condensing
technology. The GiegaStar or GiegaSmart
