Guelph has a well-earned
reputation as a forward-thinking

source heat pump space and water
technologies, with systems from
Mitsubishi Electric and Rheem
Canada. By making use of these
and other innovative hybrid
techniques, Reid’s Heritage has
managed to create an attractive
family home at the very pinnacle
of efficiency which nevertheless
makes use of technologies currently
available and affordable to the
average consumer.
While the Net Zero Energy
status can’t help but serve as the
highlight here, there is yet more
appeal to this home. Consider

nearby to the ever-growing list of
