Thank you for your enquiry, we would be delighted to host your party. Come and
celebrate in the style of the Ottomans in our plush and opulent surroundings.
Kazan has been featured in Celebrity Masterchef and Gordon Ramsay’s ‘Cook
Along’ live show. We cater for special events, celebrities and royalty alike.

Booking Terms & Conditions
‘Important, please read carefully’
Amendments
- Kazan needs to be aware of any increase and decrease in number to your reservation.
This is subject to availability. Final numbers are required 48 hours in advance of your event
date.
Cancellations
- Cancellations of any confirmed bookings must be made via email: [email protected]
to Kazan at least 2 weeks prior to the booking date. Any cancellations made within 2 weeks
of your reservation shall forfeit their deposit of £10 per person.
Deposits
- A deposit of £10 per person is required to secure the reservation.
This amount shall be taken from the card provided. The total amount shall be deducted from
the final bill on the date of your reservation. The deposit is not refundable upon cancellation
made within 2 weeks of confirmed event date. The deposit shall be forfeited for a reduction in
party sizes and/or no show. The booking is not considered confirmed until the enquiry
booking form is signed, deposit paid and confirmation email from Kazan is sent.
Loss or Damage
- Kazan shall not be held responsible for loss or damage to any items left on the premises.
- Kazan shall not be held liable for any loss or damage to the property of customers or guests.
- Kazan will hold the client responsible for the cost of any damage or loss caused by them.
- Nothing is to be attached to the walls.
Gratuity
- 12.5% gratuity will be added to the final bill.
Late Arrivals
- Please be punctual for your reservation for your maximum enjoyment.
General
- Large groups may be seated on more than one adjacent table. Kazan will endeavour in every
case to keep your party on one table, subject to other bookings and health and safety.
- To ensure that all dishes are equally-distributed amongst your guests, please choose one
menu type per party.
- Due to Westminster City Council licencing, all guests are required to vacate by 12am
