For the experience in different environments and in different activities (social work in the town
territory for more than 10 years as well as in equal opportunities – she has been for 5 years
President of the Pisa Equal Opportunities Council – together with the dedication to ethical
issues) she has good capacity to work with other people, in multicultural environments and in
team motivation activities. Besides the experience of many years in coordination of research
