SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT Welcome the 2010-11 Class of CIT's
Both John and I are excited to announce the 2010-11 class of CIT's (Co-Leaders In Training) -- praise GOD! What is really
cool; this will be our first international and coast -to-coast class which reflects the growth and expansion of MMFC ministry.
Additionally it brings with it some unique challenges; I.e., group face-to-face meetings, will be rare. We have just completed
Phase 1 Weekend #79 and have served 2,607 men from 18-different countries and 680 various Christian churches with an all
volunteer army of God's best "service men" -- WOW! Thank you JESUS for all that you have done! As we prepare for the
future, I/we are excited and filled with zeal for what is to come...take another breath!
LET US PRESENT TO YOU THE 5-member CIT CLASS (in no particular order):
Andreas Bonenberger -- Austria -- first weekend #27 (Nov. 2006)
Francis Ranogwa -- Kenya - -first weekend #27 (Nov. 2006)
Don Sheffield -- Colorado -- first weekend #18 (Nov. 2005)
Scott Higgins -- Boston -- first weekend #34 (May 2007)
Wes Harding -- L.A. -- first weekend #19 (January 2006)
These CIT's will be charged with completing their work
within the next 12- to- 24 months before becoming Certified
Weekend Co-Leaders with MMFC ministry. In addition to
regularly doing their work in Phase 3 Soul Groups they will
be expected to complete the following:
Training Protocol for 2010 CIT Class
(18-24 months to complete):
CIT’s need to be a “designated” CIT on 4-Phase 1 in
2010/2011 with a co-founder mentoring the CIT (John or Spice).
CIT’s need to staff the PTL (Pray Team Leader) and SSC
(Sacred Space Coordinator) role once on a Phase 1 Weekend in 2010/11/12 (Total 2-weekend’s)

Intensive in 2010/11
CIT’s are expected to participate in a leadership role in the
Advanced Training in 2010 or 2011 maybe 2012
Key Point: CIT’s are being trained to lead GOD’s men in
HIS ministry (MMFC). Becoming a certified co-leader in
MMFC is bigger than just being a designated Co-Leader on
a P1 Weekend. These 6-multiple leadership opportunities
sharpen a man’s ability to hear from GOD (via the Holy
Spirit) and respond accordingly to lead HIS men!
Please pray for MMFC ministry and for Wes, Francis, Don,
Andreas and Scotty as they begin this new journey.
