This is the way that the knife breaks down.
Here's the same picture with a closer view of the blade.
This is the way that the knife's supposed to be carried. The cover of the blade can be used
as a baton if necessary. There's also a safety ring, almost identical to the pin of a hand
grenade, but I couldn't find it for this series of pictures.

I doubt that many people would get this sort of penetration with a manual thrust.
