Our Mission Statement
Trinity, in obedience to
the W ord of God, proclaims
the Good News of Jesus’ love
and salvation.
Through
worship, Christian education,
and service, Trinity strives to
be a congregation rooted in
faith and love. Trinity seeks
to strengthen the bonds of its
own congregation so that it
may be able to reach out,
serve, and witness with care
and acceptance.
A Reconciling in Christ and
a Stephen Ministry
congregation of the
Evangelical Lutheran Church
in America.
Confirmation Ministry begins at baptism,
when parents and godparents promise to
teach their children the Holy Scriptures,
along with the Creed, the Lord's Prayer, and
the 10 Commandments. They also promise
to bring them to worship and Sunday
School regularly, pray with them, and
model the behavior of disciples of the Lord
Jesus by caring for the poor and needy. The
congregation also promises that they will
help the newly baptized and their parents by
providing for worship, a Sunday School,
Bible classes, and service opportunities.
When those who are baptized start their
teenage years, Trinity seeks to strengthen
the Christian faith in our young people with
continued on page 2
a serious study of the Scripture and the catechism (which is a summary of
the Scriptures), building community, and providing opportunities to
develop activities. friendships and participate in service. These two years
are what we sometimes call "confirmation" – usually the 7th and 8th
grades.
While growing in knowledge of the Holy Scriptures and applying their
truths are lifelong tasks for Christians of every age, confirmation
instruction provides the whole biblical story and the major themes of the
Bible, such as: salvation by grace through faith, God's call to all people to
faith, hope and love, and the reality of every person's sinfulness – including
those in the Bible.
Prayer and worship are another aspect of the confirmation years. This is
expected weekly – and during these years the confirmands also begin to
serve at the altar as an acolyte (assisting the congregation and other
worship leaders to proclaim the gospel).
The day of Confirmation is an important "rite of passage," but it is not a
graduation from the Christian faith or church. Quite the opposite, it is
when our teenage youth are publicly asked the same questions that were
asked of their parents and godparents when they were baptized and claim
the promises of God as their own. The confirmands profess their own faith
in God – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. They promise to continue
participate in public worship and receive Holy Communion regularly, as
well as pledging continued involvement in Bible study, prayer and our
youth group,
Our confirmation classes begin again in September with an orientation
luncheon session for students and parents on Sunday 7. September at 12
noon. (If you have friends who do not have a church home, please invite
them to study with you.) The regular classes will start the following week
at a time and day that works for all. I am really looking forward to
confirmation classes – and I hope you are too!
Yours in Christ,

. . . from the President of the Congregation
The other day I saw a bumper sticker that said “GO SERVE”. I thought that
it really said a lot. I am sure that most of us go out and serve in some way
every day. There are obviously many ways that we can serve – in our homes
and families, in our schools, kind words at work or on the street, volunteering
at any one of the numerous organizations that need help. One of the places
where I like to serve is at Trinity. What better place to serve than here among
friends and family. There are many different opportunities to volunteer/serve.
There are the every week activities such as the vocal choir, the handbells,
being a worship assistant on Sundays. Monthly, there are committees such as
youth, Christian Education, Stewardship, Evangelism, Property, Parish Life,
Worship and Music (not all of these committees even meet monthly). Another
favorite of mine is coffee hour. This is a time for everyone to greet each other,
greet newcomers and visitors to our Sunday worship, and catch up with one
another. This does not have to be a fancy feast or a big expense for anyone.
Share the responsibility with someone else and buy a few snacks at the grocery
store. It doesn’t matter what is served – people will eat what is there.
Many of the activities that we all enjoy were an expression of someone’s
willingness to “GO SERVE”. Coffee hour and the Easter Brunch were started
that way. So was the Handbell Choir and the Children’s Music/Choir and
Advent-Christmas Program. Before we had a youth and children’s director,
volunteers kept the youth active in many different ways. There’s a Men’s
Group and a Women’s Bible study, an Evening Supper Club to name a few.
There are many ways to serve at Trinity. Find one or two that you just want
to try once. If there is something that you want to start, do so, there might be
others interested in the same thing..You may find yourself hooked!

Update
Renewing for Generations is Trinity’s stewardship and debt reduction program
for the refurbishment of the educational wing and the construction of a new
wing with innovative features. Renewing for Generations is a supplemental
program in addition to the annual stewardship drive that is specifically for the
operating budget. Through Renewing for Generations, we have been able to
provide refurbished classrooms and a kitchen; new bathrooms, nursery,
additional offices, conference rooms, and a lounge; plus a separate entrance for
the church with an additional parking lot. We have also been able to make
both the old and new buildings more energy-efficient.
These new additions to our church building are gifting us with the ability to
serve Jesus more effectively and spread the Good News of His love and
forgiveness. So far, members and friends of Trinity have pledged $429,996
to Renewing for Generations. As of 17. August 2014, $307,541 has been
received. Thank you to everyone who has already contributed to the Renewing
for Generations three-year campaign, which began on 1. July 2012. We are
fortunate that – 107 of our 144 households have already answered the call.
Trinity would like to have 100% of our households participate.
If you have not been able to pledge or give yet, it is not too late! Any time is
the right time to pledge or give to Renewing for Generations. Please know that
no gift is too small – if you can give only a small amount or a one-time small
gift, we will welcome and appreciate that. If you need a pledge card, go to
http://www.trinityelca.org/uploads/documents/R4G%202012%20Pledge%20Card..pdf
Fill out the card and mail it in to Trinity, or put it in the offering plate. You
may also ask Carol B at [email protected] or Miriam M at
[email protected] for a pledge card. Carol and Miriam would be
happy to answer any questions you may have. We invite one and all to
participate!

Pastor B reported that he has received several responses
to the letters sent to inactive Trinity members, some
asking to remain as members, others requesting
associate membership, transfer to other congregations,
or removal from the membership rolls.
•
Pastor B reported that both he and the Internship Committee submitted
final reports on Pastor S's internship. He further reported that Pastor S
will continue his preparation for being rostered as an ELCA pastor by
doing Clinical Pastoral Education at a hospital setting under the
supervision of a chaplain.
•
Tom M reported that Trinity's property tax exemption appeal is still
pending.

Rally Sunday – God's Work, Our Hands
14. September 2014
Rally Day is approaching! Rally Day is our opening
day of Sunday School for all ages! We will have an
Intergenerational Sunday School in the Social Hall.
We will begin the year with prayer and song.
We as Trinity will be joining in with God’s Work,
Our Hands, a celebration of 10,000 congregations
(and 4 million members) of the Evangelical
Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). We are one
church, freed in Christ to serve and love our
neighbor.
During Rally Day, we will be celebrating this freedom to serve our neighbors.
As a joint project between the Social Ministry Committee and the Christian
Education committee, we will be preparing Comfort Kits for foster kids
throughout Montgomery County. These kits go to children as they go to new
placements quickly. We will have all the supplies ready to go. Just bring
yourselves! We will begin at 9:30 am. Come sing and play with us and join
in on the fun and service!

Children’s Church
every Sunday at 8:30 and 11 am
rinity offers a Children’s Church each Sunday following the
announcements at both services whenever children are present. A great
group of volunteers lead a special worship time and activity for
children ages 4-10 who might have trouble sitting still through the
sermon. Lessons will be based on the Bible readings for that Sunday and kids
will learn about different aspects of the worship service. They will sing, say
prayers for the concerns on their minds each week and will return to worship
in time to commune with their families. If you are interested in helping out
with this important ministry with our children once a month or so, please speak
with Anita S ([email protected]).

Sunday School Isn't Just for Children Anymore
At the grownups' level, Sunday School is for the devout and the skeptical, for
those who like to talk and those who like to listen, for biblical whizzes and
beginners. All have much to learn from studying the Bible, the primary
resource of our two adult classes at Trinity.
The Adult Forum
9:30 am beginning on Sunday 21. September
The Adult Forum is a time where we talk about issues of the day, speakers talk
about different ministries in our area and around the world, or a Bible Study
on an important topic. This group meets every Sunday in Conference Room
10, starting on 21. September with a study on the Book of Job. See you there!
The L.I.F.E. Class (Living In Faith Everyday)
Every Sunday at 9:30 am beginning Sunday 14. September
This class, led by a changing roster of members, considers how the scripture
readings of the worship service speak to our present-day lives. The L.I.F.E.
Class meets in Conference Room 11 in the new wing. The L.I.F.E. class will
begin on Rally Sunday 14. September.
The practice of regular Bible reading is indeed enriching, but sharing insights
with others in group study brings deeper understanding. Have you ever had
questions when reading scripture, or hearing it read in church, or listening to
the sermon? In our adult classes we don't have all the answers, but we are
open to all the questions. How truly remarkable that in the 21st century – with
some of the most radical changes in human history – we find in these writings
from centuries past a tried and true compass for setting directions in our world,
a guide for our relationship to God and with each other. In adult Sunday
School gold stars are not awarded for perfect attendance; we realize that busy
congregational members have many claims on their time. Come whenever you
can. We meet between the two services, from 9:30 to 10:30 in Conference
Room 11. See you there.

Anita has received 110 pictures from 31 people! Quite impressive.
questioned what we were doing with Flat Jesus. Flat Jesus opened the door for
conversations about our church and our efforts to stay connected with God and
one another. While in Costa Rica we ventured from our resort to town on
Sunday morning hoping to find a church. There were no buildings that
resembled a church, but about a mile into our journey there stood a Reverend
at a bus stop. We approached him and he shared that his mission church in the
office building behind him was having an English service in about 30 minutes.
Despite the unusual setting, the service felt very familiar and we learned about
the mission activities of the church. After the service our Flat Jesus photo was
taken with other visitors and we gathered some great information about the
area we were visiting. It was a very well spent 90 minutes. We would have
never found the church if the Reverend has not been standing outside in the
heat; he was better than any street sign. It made me wonder, how can I be a
better street sign for my faith?
If you have pictures to send, please send them to Anita
([email protected]). Thank you so much for sending pictures and
remembering Trinity in your travels.
Trinity Men’s Group
Flat Jesus Update. . .
Flat Jesus has been on some serious adventures both
locally and abroad.
Locally, he’s been to Washington Nationals Games,
Washington Mystic Games, the National Mall for 2
concerts, and many Trinity gatherings and meetings.
Stateside, he’s been to Minnesota, Maine, Virginia,
California, Delaware, Iowa, Michigan and Georgia.
Abroad, he’s been to Canada, Mauritius, Costa Rica,
England and Italy.
Some Stories of Flat Jesus’ Adventures
From Joshua and Matthew B: In early July, we took Flat Jesus to Moorhead,
Minnesota. Flat Jesus went to Trinity of Moorhead where he met Pastor C.J.
Trinity of Moorhead is the church where our mom grew up. We also took Flat
Jesus to Fair Hills Resort, which is on Pelican Lake, MN. We took a picture
with Flat Jesus walking on the lake water. On our way home, we took Flat
Jesus to Hector International Airport in Fargo, North Dakota. At the airport,
Flat Jesus met a stuffed buffalo. Buffaloes are common in North Dakota. Our
trip with Flat Jesus was a lot of fun.
From David & Leslie C Family: Flat JC journeyed with our family to Italy
June 25-July 5. On his first appearance in Rome, Flat JC decided to
demonstrate his skill at walking on water in one of the fountains at the
Borghese Gardens. Later that day he visited the Colosseum. We were all
happy to learn no Christians were fed to the lions here! Next stop the Vatican
Museums with a private visit to view Michelangelo’s frescoes in the Sistine
Chapel. Flat JC was up bright and early the next day to visit St. Peter’s
Basilica in Vatican City. Like most tourists, Flat JC insisted on having his
photo taken at the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Later the same evening, he stopped
for some gelato along the Arno River in Florence. Flat JC posed for his final
Italian vacation photo on the water taxi ride through the canals of Venice.
From Margaret F: While the C&Y Committee introduced the Flat Jesus to
try to keep the kids connected with church over the summer, the we were
thrilled to see the entire Congregation journey with Flat Jesus. Personally, I
was surprised by the opportunity it presented from an Evangelism perspective.
Flat Jesus journeyed a few places with the us and it was not unusual to be

Kids Night Out (A night out for parents)
Save the Date
The ELCA Youth Gathering is a
ministry of the churchwide
organization of the Evangelical
Lutheran Church in America to,
with and for high school-aged
youth and their adult leaders. The
Gathering, as it is known, is a
triennial event that takes place over
five days – Wednesday to Sunday –
and includes opportunities for
worship, service, fellowship, study
and holy play.
Friday 26. September
6:30 - 9 pm
The Children & Youth Committee will host a Kids Night Out! This is a great
night with food, fellowship and fun with the youngest members of Trinity.
Watch the October Trinitarian and your email for more information.
Chrysalis! It’s time to start thinking about it
Chrysalis is the Metro DC Synod’s annual weekend retreat for 9-12th graders.
It’s amazing and you don’t want to miss it! The event will be held at the 4-H
Center in Front Royal, VA, 5 - 7. December. Put it on your calendar now!
What sets the Gathering apart from what some call “arena ministry” is its
multi-month, pre-event curriculum designed to plunge teens deep into the
Scripture texts around which the ministry is built, and prepare them socially
and emotionally for what, for many, is a pivotal moment in their life of faith,
and understanding of vocation. After-care is also an exemplar of this ministry.
We know that young people will return to their congregations and synods with
a renewed witness to God’s action in the world, and we try to help
congregational leaders receive the witness of young people and incorporate
them into the ongoing ministry of the congregation and synod as vital
members of the body of Christ.
A Call for
Greeters are the first people to welcome newcomers,
visitors and strangers who come to our Church. We
may think that a simple handshake and “welcome”
really is just that: simple. But it’s more than that: it
is Jesus’ hand stretched out in greeting those who
come to worship him. Please consider being a
Greeter on Sunday morning. Call the church at 8817275 or send an email to [email protected] to
add your name to the list.

Is Altar Guild for You?
27. September at 11:00 am
If you can lay a tablecloth and set a table, this opportunity may
be for you! Altar workers are the custodians of the worship
space, with the primary responsibility of readying the bread and
wine for Holy Communion, plus ensuring the sanctuary is clean
and prepared for worship with the proper liturgical color of the
day. Written step-by-step guidelines to follow are provided,
and members work in pairs-new and experienced workers serve
together for one month each year. Men and families are
welcome to participate!
You're cordially invited to attend a no-obligation workshop and luncheon on
Saturday 27. September at 11:00 am to learn more about altar work and meet
other current altar guild members. Call Carol B with questions or more
information.

Pet Festival & Blessing of the Animals
Saturday
4. October 2014
In honor of Saint Francis, Trinity will be
hosting a Pet Festival and Blessing of the
Animals. Francis’ feast day is celebrated on 4.
October every year. Starting at 2 pm, we will
host a pet festival, complete with rescue
groups talking about their animals up for
adoption. Then at 5 pm, we will host a pet blessing. Please bring your
hamsters, guinea pigs, dogs, horses, llamas, iguanas, snakes, and frogs.
Why is St. Francis the patron saint of ecology and animals? St. Francis took
to heart the psalms, like Psalm 148, when they say the animals praise God. St.
Francis preached to the birds, and they listened, and didn’t leave until he
directed them to fly away. St. Francis is also the origin of the “modern”
nativity scene, with the donkeys and cows and such.

Stephen Ministry at Trinity
Stephen Ministry is a one-to-one lay caring ministry
that takes place in congregations that use the Stephen
Series system. Stephen Ministry congregations equip
and empower lay caregivers, called Stephen Ministers,
to provide high-quality, confidential, Christ-centered
care to people who are hurting.
Trinity's Stephen Ministry Program began in the year 2000. Over 32 persons
have trained to become Stephen Ministers at Trinity, committing to two years
of ministering to others. Some of these Stephen Ministers have gone to
additional training to become Stephen Leaders. We currently have 10 active
Stephen Ministers, including Diana B, Pam B, Mary M, Thor N, Mark P,
Robert P, Brooke P, Patricia S, Susan S, and Bethel S. Trinity has sent nine
people to Leadership Training since 2000. Our current leaders are: Pastor
Roger B, Angela B, and Miriam M.
The best way to understand how Stephen Ministry works is to learn about three
groups of people involved in this ministry: Stephen Leaders, Stephen
Ministers, and Care Receivers.
Stephen Leaders
Stephen Leaders direct the overall ministry in the congregation and. establish
and direct Stephen Ministry in a congregation. They build awareness of
Stephen Ministry within the congregation and community; recruit and train
Stephen Ministers; meet with potential care receivers to assess their needs;
match care receivers with Stephen Ministers; and provide Stephen Ministers
with ongoing supervision and continuing education.
People learn to serve as Stephen Leaders by attending a Leader's Training
Course, which is a one-week conference that introduces the resources used to
lead Stephen Ministry, develops key skills, and gets people excited about this
caring ministry. Most congregations begin with two to four Stephen Leaders,
typically including a pastor, possibly another church staff person, and one or
more lay leaders.
Stephen Ministers
Stephen Ministers are congregation members trained by Stephen Leaders in
a fifty hour class held during an approximate six month time-frame to offer
high-quality, one-to-one Christian care to people going through tough times.
A Stephen Minister usually provides care to one person at a time, meeting with
that person once a week for about an hour. Twice a month, Stephen Ministers
gather with their Stephen Leaders for supervision and continuing education.
15
16
Some Stephen Ministers have said, "Stephen Ministry training is the best 50
hours of training you'll ever experience!"
‚ Stephen Minister training teaches principles and skills that equip you to
provide high-quality, Christ-centered emotional and spiritual care to
others.
‚ You gain insight into the thoughts, feelings, and actions of people who are
hurting.
‚ You develop relational and caring skills you can apply to all aspects of
your life.
‚ You deepen your faith as the Holy Spirit fashions you into a
Christ-centered caregiver.
‚ You feel a special bond with those in your class—experiencing real
Christian community.
‚ Stephen Minister training is a lot of fun!
Care Receivers
Care Receivers are people going through tough times that are being cared for
by Stephen Ministers. Care receivers are people—congregation members and
others in the community—who receive care from a Stephen Minister. These
are people struggling through a difficult time in life. They may be
experiencing grief, divorce, job loss, chronic or terminal illness, or some other
life crisis.
Here are some important guidelines for this caring relationship that protect
both the care receiver and the Stephen Minister:
‚ The relationship between a care receiver and a Stephen Minister is
confidential.
‚ Men are matched with men; women with women.
‚ When a care receiver's needs exceed what a Stephen Minister can provide,
the Stephen Ministry team makes a referral to an appropriate mental health
professional or other community resource.
People who are hurting have a compassionate companion—a caring Christian
friend who provides emotional and spiritual support.
If you are interested in training to be a Stephen Minister, please speak to any
of the Stephen Minister Leaders. We are not holding a training session this fall
of 2013, but could possibly begin one in January 2014 if enough people are
interested. Bear one another's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law
of Christ (Galatians 6:2, NRV).
If you are experiencing tough times yourself, please speak to the Stephen
Ministry Leaders and let them know that you need a Stephen Minister.
ELCA Supports
Augusta Victoria Hospital
in Jerusalem
The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) provided $100,000 in
assistance to Augusta Victoria Hospital in East Jerusalem to help support the
operation of the healthcare system in the midst of the current violence in the
Middle East. The funds will be disbursed through Lutheran Disaster Response
to The Lutheran World Federation (LWF).
"The Augusta Victoria Hospital is providing relief assistance to the people in
Gaza through medical teams going into the (Gaza) Strip and by opening its
facilities on the Mount of Olives for the treatment of severely injured people.
The hospital's CEO, Dr. Tawfig A. Nassar, wrote in an 4. Aug.email appeal,
"Today we started feeling the pain and agony around us and we cannot escape
it. A child is sleeping on a cardboard next to his father, who is severely
injured. Every time I pass, the child is asleep but peaking an eye on his dad,
being assured that his dad is still next to him and alive. The child does not
want to become an orphan and alone. The hospital grounds are full of tents and
make-shift houses. It is the safest place in the city. People keep arriving. I do
not know how much more the hospital can hold. It is one big refugee camp."
"We pray for the continuation of the present cease-fire that has opened a
window for humanitarian assistance to reach Palestinians in Gaza," said
Malpica. "We join millions around the globe praying for peace with justice and
security for both Palestinians and Israelis."
ELCA members are asked to consider a gift to help those affected by this
crisis. "Our brothers and sisters in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Jordan
and the Holy Land have asked for our help. One way we are responding is
through Augusta Victoria Hospital in Jerusalem which provides medical
services regardless of religious or political affiliation." Financial gifts to
Lutheran Disaster Response will be used 100 percent to support humanitarian
relief efforts. "We pray and hope for a generous response by our members
and people of goodwill who would like to join us to help us support these
life-saving and life-giving efforts," said Malpica. "There is too much pain,
suffering and death. People need immediate care now."

Lutheran Disaster Response
provides assistance for
Ebola Outbreak in Liberia
The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America
(ELCA) provided $10,000 in humanitarian assistance in response to the Ebola
virus outbreak in Liberia. The funds are being disbursed through Lutheran
Disaster Response-International to Global Health Ministries at the request of
the Lutheran Church in Liberia. Global Health Ministries provides medical
supplies and funding for health care programs in Lutheran churches in 20
countries.
The funds will help cover air-freight costs to deliver supplies to Monrovia,
Liberia. According to a Global Health Ministries press release, the shipment
of supplies will include "five pallets of PPEs (personal protection equipment)."
In addition, Global Health Ministries is sending a 40-foot container ship that
will carry more "urgently needed medical supplies and equipment in care of
Phebe Hospital and Curran Hospital." Phebe Hospital, a Lutheran hospital, is
the largest public health institution in Liberia.
"The Ebola virus disease has been deadly unmerciful," said the Rev. Jensen
Seyenkulo, bishop of the Lutheran Church in Liberia. "It has especially taken
a toll on our health workers. This has led to the closure of most of our
hospitals."
Seyenkulo said that patients at Phebe Hospital have "fled the hospital for fear
of the disease." He added that nurses have "abandoned the wards after seeing
four of their colleagues and a doctor succumb to the virus.
"With the help of funds provided by our friends around the world, among them
Lutheran Disaster Response, some nurses have returned for training on how
to protect themselves, protective gear are being provided, there is a mass
awareness campaign, and isolation units are being built," said Seyenkulo. "We
are very hopeful that the virus will not overrun our second hospital and that it
will remain open because of steps these funds are making possible."

College Students Surpass Fundraising Goal for
Students attending some of the Evangelical
Lutheran Church in America's (ELCA)
colleges, universities and campus
ministries surpassed a matching challenge
goal this month of raising $125,000 for the
ELCA Malaria Campaign by $6,619.20 and
counting.
The Sorenson Matching Challenge was set forth by Arne and Ruth Sorenson
of Chevy Chase, Md. In 2011, they gave an initial gift of $25,000 to the
ELCA Malaria Campaign, which was distributed as seed money to 12 ELCA
colleges, universities and campus ministries to support their fundraising efforts
to the campaign. The second part of the Sorensons' gift was a $125,000
matching challenge, designed to match the money raised by college students.
The 12 institutions were joined by 23 other organizations to raise money for
the ELCA Malaria Campaign. The challenge was to raise the money by the
end of the 2013-14 school year, which they completed right on time.
"The ELCA can be proud of the dedicated students who have worked hard to
educate their peers and raise so much money to support malaria programs in
Africa," said Jessica Nipp, coordinator of the ELCA Malaria Campaign. "Their
committed and creative leadership has catalyzed generosity in many
communities and on many campuses across the ELCA."
In order to raise the money needed, the campus ministries at the 35 institutions
reached out to schools and congregations, held concerts and fundraising
events, and showed the effects of malaria to the students at their schools.
Although malaria is preventable and treatable, each year more than 200 million
people worldwide become infected with the disease and more than 600,000
people die, many of these children under 5.
Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa, alone raised more than $43,000 with their
Wartburg Malaria Initiative, a year-long, campus-wide initiative held in
cooperation with the ELCA Malaria Campaign. Wartburg is one of 26 ELCA
colleges and universities.
The ELCA Malaria Campaign, initiated by the 2011 ELCA Churchwide
Assembly, seeks to raise $15 million by the end of 2015. Through the
campaign, ELCA members have joined with companion Lutheran
congregations and partners in 13 African countries to prevent and treat
malaria, educate communities about the disease and more. To date, the
campaign has raised $12.5 million of the $15 million goal. The campaign is a
priority of Always Being Made New: The Campaign for the ELCA - a
five-year campaign seeking to raise $198 million in support of new and
expanded ELCA churchwide ministries.

Trinity Pictorial Directory!
It’s time for a new Trinity Pictorial Directory! Have you ever heard a name
at church and could not put a face to the name or seen someone but could not
put a name to a face? The pictorial directory is your solution, but
unfortunately our last pictorial directory was done in 2006 and is out of date.
We have many new members and some of us have changed a bit since 2006.
On 6-8 November Lifetouch will be at Trinity to take family portraits for a
new directory. All families who have their pictures taken will get a new
directory and a free 8x10 picture. More information will be available in the
next few months, but it is not too early to mark your calendars for the 6-8
November photo sessions.
