Our experience from the races (Rally, Circuit, Drift, Dragster) and
our cooperation with many top teams, has an effect to repeatedly
push the limits of engines further and further .
This led us into the only solution: “Introduce a firm that would
combine all these good qualities in one cleverly designed and
priced package”
So in 2010 Zebo Racing Products (ZRP) emerged from the
collaboration of two pioneer companies in their sector: Drakos
engineering, as ZRP Europe, would handle the R&D, the
balancing, the testing, packaging, promotion and the distribution
of the products in Europe, while our partners, Xinkun machinery,
would take care of the manufacturing and raw materials for the
production.

market. With distributors and dealers all over the world with
many newly developed products and many popular applications.
We have a logistics warehouse, based in the biggest port of
Greece (Piraeus), to cover every possible demand of our dealers
and customers in a timely manner.
Last but very important, is the heart of ZRP Europe, our
personnel, who consists of 12 highly skilled technicians and
8 office employees that can serve customers in both English

ZRP uses exclusively ARP bolts
ARP Pro series connecting rod bolts are precision CNC-machined
to exacting specifications and designed for optimum reliability. They
are heat-treated and threads are rolled to provide up to ten times
more fatigue strength. This makes them far superior to standard
OEM fasteners in terms of durability, and fully capable of handling
the extra stress of high-combustion engines.
The ARP2000 is used as standard, for its additional strength and
reliability that they offer. ARP2000 is alloy steel that can safely heat
treated to a higher level, producing a greater strength material than
8740. While the two share similar characteristics, the ARP2000 is
capable of achieving an impressive clamp load of 220.000psi.
This setup is capable of 800Hp in four cylinder engines and 1000 in
six cylinders.
Although they are more expensive, we feel that they accompany
our rods very well so we have not increased the price of the set.
The custom age 625 plus bolts are made of a newly formulated
alloy that demonstrates superior fatigue cycle life, tensile strength
and toughness with complete resistance to atmospheric corrosion
and oxidation.
Typical tensile strength range is 260.000 to 280.000 psi.
These bolts along with ZRP rods make a bulletproof combination,
capable of more than 1000Hp!
Rod Torque Specs – Installation Instructions
The first thing you need to do when you get the bolts is to measure them so you are sure you have the correct size. Always apply ARP moly lube
on the threads and under the head of the bolts when torqueing. Please note that many bolts may look alike but have differences. After you have
measured the bolts, then you must clean the threads of the rods and bolts very well. Install rods by positioning cap and beam into alignment.
Each rod is numbered and MUST be assembled with the same number on the cap and beam. Sequentially torque bolts to specified torque NOT
to exceed maximum.

For extreme applications, ZRP offers as an option even higher rate
bolts, the famous L19 and the latest custom age 625 plus bolts.
The L19 is vacuum melted alloyed steel with sufficient chromium and carbon to achieve high hardness. It is a proprietary
material capable of achieving strengths of 220.000/230.000 or
260.000/270.000 psi as may be required.

We are introducing “long rod” sets
for some popular applications.
There are undisputable advantages from using this
setup Especially for Endurance built engines but
Acceleration engines can also benefit nonetheless.
Some of them are:
• Allows for higher compression ratios (or boost
pressure)
• Reduces the tensile loading of the rod (nr.1 cause
of rod failure)
• Reduces the pulsing of the intake charge and
provides a smoother flow
• Reduces peak piston speed
• Increases the peak airflow
• Allows for shorter piston skirts
• Reduces piston rock and aid ring seal
• Reduces piston side loading for less friction and
less bore wear

accompany the longer rods.

CONNECTING rODS
ZRP connecting rods are forged from 4340 high
tensile steel. They are designed for high performance
and extreme durability, offered in H-beam and I-beam
shape. Some models come in a light weight version
for faster revving en-gines. Our connecting rods are
rated in excess of 200HP per cylinder but priced for
the everyday user.
ZRP connecting rods come exclusively with ARP
2000 series or ARP8740 bolts. This combination
is tested to over 600ps (in 4 cylinder motor). For
extreme applications we can offer you ARP Custom
Age 625+ series bolts, which are adequate of more
than 250ps per cylinder.

Orders
Orders may be placed by telephone, fax, e-mail or via the web site. Prices
Prices are subject to change and Drakos Ltd. reserve the right to
change their pricing of stock parts without notice
Terms
Payment for goods may be made by Debit or Credit Card, Bankers
Drafts are also acceptable. Cheques, company , will only be accepted
once cleared, and goods will not be dispatched until then (normally 5
working days).
Shipping
Orders are shipped TNT. Mainland Europe is usually next day with US
and Far East deliveries within 3 days. All international freight can be
subject to delay from customs, air traffic disruption etc. Engineering Ltd
cannot accept responsibility for delays which are outside what would
reasonably be thought of as their control.
Payment Drakos Ltd. shall not be bound to deliver the goods until the buyer has
paid for them. Payment shall not be deemed to have taken place until
the receipt by the Company of cleared funds.
Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Place of Delivery shall be the
Company’ premises and the Buyer shall take delivery within 10 working
days of the Company notifying the Buyer that the Goods are ready for
delivery.
Any dates specified by the Company for delivery of the Goods
are intended to be an estimate only. If no date is specified for delivery
of the Goods, delivery shall be within a reasonable time.
Subject to the
other provisions of these Terms, the Company shall not be liable for
any loss, whether direct or consequential, economic or loss of profits or
otherwise, arising directly or indirectly out of any delay in the delivery of
the Goods nor will any delay entitle the Buyer to terminate or rescind the
Contract unless the delay exceeds 60 days.
Warranties
1. Due to the nature of performance applications, ZRP products are
sold without any express warranty or implied warranty.
2. ZRP products are warranted to be free of defects in original material
and workmanship for 30 days from date of original invoicing. This
warranty is not valid on products that have been modified in any
way, or show evidence of misapplication, heat, improper installation,
abuse, or lack of proper maintenance.
3. Drakos Ltd., as a distributor ZRP products, shall not under any
circumstances, be liable for any special, accidental, or consequential damages including, but not limited to, damages, lost profits or
revenue, property damage or personal injury (including death), cost
of purchased or replacement goods or claim by customers of the
purchaser, which may arise and/or result from sales, installation or
use of the parts.
4. ZRP parts, tuning parts, and other accessories are generally delivered without TÜV testing and are only for use in specialized racing
vehicles. Licensing for use on normal road vehicles is not part of any
agreement.
5. If a product is found defective, this product at Drakos Ltd. option,
as a distributor of ZRP products, will be replaced or repaired or
refunded at cost to products only, excluding labor and other related
incurred costs. All defected products must be returned to Drakos
Ltd., by post prepaid within the 30 day warranty period.
6. In line with our policy of continuous product development, the exact
specifications of the kit may vary. We do reserve all rights to change
any specification without prior notice. All rights reserved.
7. In the case that any claim occurs, it will be the responsibility of the
Hellenic courts which operate under Greek law.

Return Policy
1. Merchandise cannot be returned without a written Return Authority by
Drakos Ltd. –Distributor of ZRP products. No returns accepted after
30 days from the Original Invoice date.
2. All returns must be sent prepaid ,in original packaging in an additional
box ,not installed, and accompanied with a copy of the original
invoice of each item returned for credit. We suggest you use a
traceable Mail service and insure your parts against loss.
3.If the error is found to be in the customers favour, Drakos Ltd, will
reimburse the shipping cost in full.
4. If an error was made by the customer, 15% restocking fee will be
imposed upon the cost of the item in question.
5. No cash refunds .Credits issued can be applied to new or existing
orders.
6. Custom products are not returnable.
