Amana Heritage Society Communal Kitchen Dinner6:30pm. Enjoy Traditional Colony Cuisine in the only
surviving communal kitchen. Tickets for this special meal
are $22/person. Reservations are required and space is

Amana Arts Guild-5pm. Enjoy a traditional Amana
Colonies Communal Dinner. Prepared by local cooks and
served at the Amana Arts Guild in High Amana. $22/person
Reservations are required, call 319-622-3678*
White Cross Cellars and Ox Yoke Inn-6pm. Vintner’s
Dinner. Enjoy a 5 course meal complete with wine pairing.
A Certified Specialist of Wine will guide you through this
fun and tasty evening that includes a special menu and
locally crafted wines. $55/person (includes tax but not

Sunday, April 17th
Zuber's Homestead Hotel- 1-2:30pm. Tea and Tales,
enjoy a 3 course afternoon tea while you listen to two
storytellers sharing stories about the "event" of taking tea
and about Amana life with a focus on food. $17.00/person

Millstream Brewing and Ronneburg Restaurant-5pm.
Brewer’s Dinner. As you tour through this specially
planned 5 course meal you will learn from the Chef and
Brewery Owner about each course and complementing beer

The Christmas Room-Noon-4pm. Baking Beautifully,with
Brown Bag Designs shortbread pans. Every Hour on the Hour.
Thursday, April 14th
PHAT Daddy’s-8am and 9am. Bread Making Demo. You’ll
learn how to roll and shape the dough, proof it and bake the
perfect loaf of bread. Then take a loaf home with you.

Friday, April 15th
PHAT Daddy’s-1pm and 2:30pm. Pasta Cooking Demo.
Chef Mike will instruct the “students” on how to make a Basil
Pesto, Alfredo and Marinara Sauce. Learn how easy it is to
entertain from a trained chef. Best of all you get to eat what
has been made. $20/person, limited space, call 319-622-3001 to
reserve your seat.
PHAT Daddy’s-2pm and 3pm. Pizza Demonstration. Our
staff will have you roll the dough and put on the toppings.
Then watch as your pizza is slid into our wood fired oven.

The Chocolate Haus-10am –Noon. Kids dip your own
Chocolate! Come on in and dip your own Chocolate pretzel,
marshmallow or Oreo and decorate to eat! $3.75

and Spaetzle. Learn to make fresh mozzarella and German Egg
Noodles and take home what you’ve made. $10/person

Learn how they use local ingredients in their vinegars, oils and
body products. Samples will be available.
Amana General Store-Noon-4pm. Popcorn discovery.
Sample the many types of Popcorn.
Millstream Brewing-2pm. Beer 101 Class. This informative
and interactive beer tasting class is led by Brewmaster Chris
Priebe. You’ll be guided through a tasting of a variety of beers,
with instruction on the difference in styles, AVB’s, IBU’s,
flavor profiles and all the fun stuff you need to know when
tasting beer. $5/person includes souvenir tasting glass
Amana Coffee and Tea-Noon-4pm. Tea Seminar. Learn
about the different types of tea while you sample each one.

Charcuterie Boards. Learn what makes a great Charcuterie

Ackerman Winery-5:30-8pm. A Taste of Heritage Haus
and Ackerman Winery. Sample a variety of delicious foods
and wine infused beverages. There are 5 tasting stations to
taste from as Bill Heller provides live music. Reservations are

Discovery. Sample wine and cheese combinations to discover
the perfect pairing for your palette.
The Chocolate Haus-1pm-3pm. Be a Chocolate Taste Tester.
Have you always wanted to be a chocolate taste tester? Taste
the difference between 7 different chocolates and then vote on
your favorite. $2 for kids, and $4 for adults. Learn something
new about the different types of Chocolate while you test them
out! ONLY while they last!

The Chocolate Haus- All Day. Chocolate and Beverage
Pairing. We will be pairing our famous Large Dark Chocolate
Sea Salt Caramels with any Latte, Smoothie, Tea or Hot
Chocolate for only an additional $1.00
