skills and maximize personal wellness. With Clark McBee. Drop-ins

Healing With Herbs and Metamorphosis
Saturday
September 7
1:00-5:00pm
Metamorphosis Technique: Paige Schneider
The Metamorphic Technique is a gentle foot, hand, and head
massage that triggers certain points in the spine. Its an energy
technique that draws from reflexology. The meridians in these
areas correspond to the spinal column which stores energy
patterns throughout a persons life. It does not claim any specific healing power but uses the idea that the massage helps
the individual free deep blocks in their body’s energy pattern
and brings about resolution of stuck patterns at the root of
problems in their life and health.
Herbs for Women: Christiane Wurmstedt
Herbs are important for the reproductive system, hormones,
moon cycles, possibly menopause, possibly reproductive issues and disorders as well as stress, mood and the nervous
system.
Cost Info: $25-50 sliding scale. RSVPs required. Class limited
to 20 people. Contact Paige at (719) 963-5366 or
[email protected]. Participants can pay at
the sign-in table before the workshop starts. Please plan to
arrive at least 15 minutes early to sign-in and pay.

Women Reconstructing Wholeness~~Social Justice in
the Soul
Saturday
September 14
10:00am – 4:00pm
We welcome women of all backgrounds to come together for
a day of healing and transforming the broken pieces of our
feminine selves and reclaiming the fabric of wholeness.
We will embrace the lost youth as well as the wise elder
within, voices that may have been silenced through dominance, violence, or neglect. Through listening to self and others in the context of diverse and loving community, we empower each other to become mentors and agents of change in
our own lives and our wider world. As we reclaim our own
wholeness, we open to the possibility of our Earth’s healing as
well, which can only happen when her people unite. Lunch
provided.

Energy Work
Healing Touch is derived from the ancient practice of laying-on of hands and brings in approaches from many
traditions. Well researched and documented, this gentle therapy can be an adjunct to any form of care, and
is a compassionate, heart-centered way of connecting individuals to deep relaxation and inner resources.
Reiki is a technique for stress reduction and relaxation that treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit and creates many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well being.
Reconnective Healing is a form of healing that reconnects us to the fullness of the universe with higher vibrational frequencies which act on our DNA and biofields. Some experience deep, profound relaxation and report relief from pain and others may experience visions, colors, lights and sounds.
