Lux
General characteristics
The handles are made of aluminium or aluminium alloys in two finishes:
bright, matte.
Wall units.
The cabinets are equipped with pre-mounted hooks that allow perfect
adjustment from inside the cabinet itself. The wall mounting is made by a
special steel modular guide.
The wall unit includes a stainless steel grid. The doors of open at 170
degrees.
Drawers and Baskets.
Drawers and baskets feature steel full-extension runners protected with
white epoxy paint, equipped with soft-closing system. They are also available
with stainless steel runners (Elegance version).
The bottom is made of a scratch-resistant melamine panel, in woodimitation finish.
Baskets.
The sliding or removable internal baskets are made of chromed steel wire
and are equipped with a soft-closing device.
Hinges.
The quick clip-on and release door hinges are made of chrome plated metal,
they incorporate a closing spring and are equipped with a soft-closing
brake, for a perfect closing motion. They can be adjusted in three directions.
Worktops.
The worktops are available in different types:
— in chipboard for damp areas (P3) coated with scratch-resistant laminate
and finished with a matching ABS solid front.
— marble or granite in various materials, or quartz composite in various
colors and finishes.
— stainless steel with satin finish.
— Solid surface.
— Board block: made from Solid Surface and anchored to an aluminium
structure.
LUX
The program of model “Lux” consists of the following 22 mm thick door
versions:
— Melamine: particle board support finished with matte smooth melamine
and 4 abs edges
— High Gloss Laminate: particle board support faced with high gloss
laminate, the inside in matte melamine, and 4 abs glossy edges
— Matte Lacquer: MDF support with polyester primer , finished with matte
lacquer
— Micalized Lacquer: MDF support with polyester primer, finished with
matte micalized lacquer, the inside in matte lacquer
— High Gloss Monolacquer: MDF support with polyester primer faced with
high gloss polyurethane lacquer finish, the inside in matte lacquer
— High Gloss Lacquer: MDF support with polyester primer, finished with high
gloss polyurethane lacquer
— High Gloss Metallized Lacquer: MDF support with polyester primer, faced
with metallized high gloss lacquer, the inside in matte lacquer.
— Other Wood finishes: particle board support with 4 solid wood edges ,
finished with different types of wood veneers
— Melamine frame door: made with particleboard frame elements with
brushed wood melamine decoration, ABS edged frame elements, and
particleboard mirror with brushed wood melamine decoration.
— Wood frame door: made with particleboard frame elements with brushed
and painted wood veneer decoration, wood edged frame elements, and
particleboard mirror with brushed and painted wood veneer decoration.
— Matte lacquer frame door: made with melamine particleboard frame
elements with matte lacquer finish in a variety of colours, melamine
particleboard mirror with matte lacquer finish in a variety of colours.
— Glass door: made with frame like solid door and semi-transparent etched
glass instead of mirror.
Side panels and peninsula panels have the same finish as the doors.
The end configuration fillers are made in the same finish as the door.
Carcasse Structure.
The carcasse and the internal shelves of cabinets are made of 19 mm thick
particle board panels, these panels have a very low formaldehyde emission
(less than half the E1 class) covered with melamine resins to obtain highabrasion-resistance and easy to clean surface.
Both carcasse and internal shelves feature a thick ABS front edge. The back
panels of cabinets are made of HDF (High Density Fiberboard).
The 19 mm thick shelves are adjustable to different height positions.
Base and tall units.
The base and tall units are equipped with side holes to allow the perfect
assembly of the various elements. They feature plastic feet mounted on
supports outside the cabinet and allow for perfect leveling on uneven
ground.
The sink base unit is equipped with a coating of aluminium at the bottom
that resists chemicals and any water leaks.
Void.
All the base units 56 cm deep and tall units are positioned at 5.3 cm
from the wall via the supplied spacers to allow the horizontal passage of
any pipes, cables, etc. at a higher distance from the floor than the plinth,
therefore avoiding specific housing and adjustment notches on the sides of
the cabinets.
The total distance between the backs of the cabinets and the wall is about
9 cm.
Base and tall units can also be installed at 1,3 cm from the wall, using the
same metal spacers supplied in the hardware, provided that plumbing and
wiring are fitted at plinth level.
With this solution, the overall distance between the back of the cabinet and
the wall is about 5 cm.
Lux
Plinths.
The plinths are made of melamine-coated PVC, aluminium or lacquered
aluminium.
Backsplashes.
The backsplashes are made of aluminium on a plastic back support. They can
also be made in marble, granite, quartz (composite) and Solid surface.
Note!
— The side panels, as well as the panels by square meter, in wood and
wood imitation versions are made with the same grains as the doors.

Specificity for “Elegance” versions of
pullouts and wire shelves:
— The runners of the drawers and baskets are made of stainless steel
with imitation dark ash finish on the bottom.
— The wire shelves have melamine panels, finished in dark ash.
