September 2016
Welcome to the September edition of the Crocker Park tenant newsletter.
Here is the good news for this month!
Although they’re not all moved in yet – we would like to officially Welcome American Greetings to the
Neighborhood. We’ve been talking about this for over a year and the reality is here. It is nice to be able to drive
down Main Street to the AG Corporate Circle and see the new garden and building. We know quite a few tenants
have already noticed AG employees out-and-about enjoying breakfast/lunch and shopping. September 19 is the
final move for all their employees and we appreciate all the tenants signing the big cards and being a part of the
goody bags and Welcome Teams.
Speaking of welcoming new tenants to the Neighborhood – did you notice that Colossal Cupcake down in Comet
Alleyway is now open and Kernels by Chrissie will open soon, too. Both are part of the micro-retailers between the
Hyatt and Yardhouse. Also, Sleep Number opened near the Apple Store and 3 Palms Pizzeria near Graeter’s Ice
Cream is expected to open by mid-September. Also, by the end of year Dino Palmeri, Papyrus, Prive, and Scout &
Molly are expected to open. In early 2017 a new Starbucks will open next to Graeter’s Ice Cream.
Market Square is slated to open by the end of September – the newest gem of Crocker Park. Market Square is
the perfect venue to host a corporate breakfast, luncheon, special event, concert, theater and more. With almost
two acres of green space and garage doors that open up to it, the venue allows you to get creative and plan an
amazing event. For more information, visit www.marketsquarecrocker.com.
SAVE THE DATE – Tuesday, September 13th from 4:30 to 6pm is our next Tenant Networking event at Brio.
We will network until 5pm then management will give and overview of everything that is happening at Crocker
Park. Let’s enjoy Brio’s new private dining area and meet new people. The July meeting had over 30 tenants
represented and everyone enjoyed the hospitality from Anthropologie.
Did you hear the big news – Crocker Park Living is giving away a FREE APARTMENT FOR A YEAR! Stop by the
Crocker Park Leasing Office between 9am and 6pm from now until November 16th to tour a luxury apartment and
register to win. Restrictions Apply. Why not Live Where Life Happens?
Join us for the 6th Annual Crocker Park Wine Festival featuring over 150 wines, craft beer and spirits. Tickets are
available online at www.crockerparkwinefestival.com or you can purchase in person at 87 West Wine Bar across
from Dick’s Sporting Goods. General admission is $22 per day or a weekend pass is only $32. Use promo code
CPROCKS and receive $2 off your tickets.
October is a busy month with the Annual Roc the Croc on Saturday, October 1st helping to fight childhood
cancer. Also on October 1st is the Food Truck Challenge from 11am to 4pm featuring over 30 food trucks, live
music and guest judges. Saturday, October 29th is the Annual Tricks & Treats Halloween event with a pet costume
contest, live music, vendors and exhibitors, tenant trick-or-treating and more.
Although we have not started decorating for the holidays, we’ve been working on the magical night for
Tree Lighting on Saturday, November 19th from 5 to 7:30pm. We announced Disney Star Peyton List will be
performing for everyone. We’re giving away 4 MEET-N-GREET passes – please email
[email protected] with your name, location and Peyton List in the Subject Line.
The winner will be announced by September 9th.
If you have any thoughts, comments, or would like more information on our events and sponsorship, please feel
free to contact us at 440.835.9343. Also, be sure to follow us on Facebook and Twitter!
Thanks,
Tina Roberts

MEET THE STAFF
KASSIE COSTARAS: ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER
Kassie has been with Crocker Park for over a year and has recently been promoted to
Assistant Property Manager. The end of 2015 and 2016 have been monumental with
Crocker Park Living – the 316 Ovation luxury apartments have opened and been well
received. 50 of the apartments were leased to RNC staff. Kassie is excited to help
fill those apartments, now that the RNC has left town. Her favorite part of her job is
meeting new people and showing them the great apartments offered at Crocker Park.
It is fun to show them the property and help them envision themselves living here.
Fun Facts: Kassie loves to travel and visit new places and along the way she enjoys
adventure. She once walked on the edge of a skyscraper and hung over the edge (we
would like to see a photo), she has gone sky diving. Many may recognize Kassie from
one of her former jobs – she was on the Lake Erie Monsters dance team…when they
were still the Lake Erie Monsters.

Peyton List
Peyton is well known for her roles
on the hit Disney series Jessie and
Fox's Diary of a Wimpy Kid film
franchise. As of 2015 she is
reprising her role playing Emma
Ross on the Jessie spinoff series
Bunk’d. Her other feature credits
include Fox 2000's 27 Dresses and
Summit's Remember Me. List has an
array of television credits with
pivotal roles in Cashmere Mafia, A
Sister's Nightmare, Gossip Girl and
Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
Peyton was also in the teen comedy
The Outskirts for director Peter
Hutchings. Peyton is hard at work
writing songs for her debut album
and devotes her spare time to Girls
On the Run, a youth development
program for young women. Peyton
resides in Los Angeles but her heart
remains in Brooklyn, NY, where she
grew up. She lives at home with
parents John and Suzanne, twin
brother Spencer and younger
brother Phoenix. Their rescue dogs,
Windsor and Gatsby, round out the
household. Peyton enjoys theatre,
water sports, travel, song writing
and, naturally, engaging with her
fans on her various social media
channels. With all that Peyton has
accomplished in a mere 16 years,
her stage is set for boundless
possibilities in film, music,
multimedia, fashion and
philanthropic platforms.
Moving in August 15 - September 19.
