Stellar Management & The Chetrit
Group, Winick Realty Group was an
integral part of Columbus Square’s
development. We provided detailed
market analysis to the institution
financing the project and consulted
with ownership through the entire
construction process, including
building dedicated loading docks
and delivering sufficient electric
services, minimal columns for ideal
spacing, and maximum signage

leased over 350,000 square feet

Square following the closing of the
60,000-square-foot Virgin Records.

Related Companies, we consulted
with them on various division plans
