Hello Everyone!
Crazy to believe that it’s this time of year again! Back to
school, fall sports, dance, and soon the Holidays will be
upon us! Just a reminder to keep your camera close, it’s
easy to enjoy the moment, but it’s the nicest to be able
to have the photos to remember the special times forever
in your albums!
We are very busy here at Imagine That preparing for our
upcoming crops, special events, and our new Artzy Haven. Our plan is to open on October 1st !! Stay tuned
for schedule of classes and a great big open house!
We’re really excited to have Eileen Hull of SIZZIX
coming to join us, be sure to check our super fun weekend out that we have planned and come and join us and
meet her!

Contest
Have a lot of left over brads
and wish they were a different color? Wish they looked
old and little vintage? Want
them to have a little sparkle
on them? There’s an easy
way to change them!!
Pick up the brad with the
tweezers and heat it up with the embossing gun
for about 50 seconds or so. Then simply dip it
into the embossing powder (color/glitter/
texture). The embossing powder melts on the
hot brad resulting in a smooth shiny finish!
Doesn’t get much easier!
COME and join our SLUMBER PARTY!! It’s the party that lasts for a year!!
We started this year long journey in August and will be gathering each month on
the 3rd Wednesday of the month for our slumber party! Come in your Pj’s, get
ready for some girl talk, we’ll have your very own pillow waiting for you, and
lets create! This is our monthly Page Kit Club that you will put together. It’s a
two page layout that will pertain to the celebrations that each of our 12 months
hold! *Minimal mixed media will be used, *1 hr 15min class (all will be
prepped). Cost is $12/month. BONUS! All party goer’s will also receive coordinating supplies to create two additional pages on your own! It’s like getting a Bonus Year!!

We’ve got so many things to be excited about! First off, we had
planned our Imagine That Tour and were planning on being in
Omaha in October…. THEN, we got a call from Eileen Hull, Designer for SIZZIX! And we decided to re-route our plans to accommodate her coming to Nebraska! This is so EXCITING for all of us
scrappers! (We promise… Omaha… we will still come!)
Also - October is Breast Cancer Awareness month, (which is pretty near and dear to my heart) and we want
to do a “Pink on Purpose” Celebration to honor all those that are fighting or have lost their fight to this terrible disease. And to honor our trip to Omaha, we plan to still teach 2 of the classes that were going to be
taught in October there. SO…Work Thursday (take Friday off!) and then cruise into Columbus and take the
first class with Sizzix’s Eileen and then scrap til midnight, then come back Friday for 3 more awesome Sizzix classes (and cropping time in between and until midnight again) spend another night and take our two fun
classes and crop in between and until midnight again!!! 3 awesome days of classes and crop time! Not to
mention our prizes and extra fun we have planned in honor of all of the things we are celebrating at this
crop!
So…. Throw this all together and it makes for one ABSOLUTELY OVER THE TOP CROP!
If doing the whole weekend sounds super fun to you, sign up for the whole event! OR If you would like to
come and take any one or more of Eileen’s Sizzix classes or our Imagine That classes (no registration fees if
you just take classes), choose what you want and sign up for them individually! You can do any combination
you choose!

For our Eastern Nebraska friends that were planning to attend our Omaha Imagine That Tour, we will wave
the crop registration fee just for you since we are not able to come to you this month! We will also offer you
$10 off of one of our Imagine That classes and have a $10 gift certificate waiting for you to use this weekend
in our store! **If ANY of our registrants take all (4)Sizzix’s classes we will also wave your registration fee!

(fyi… all classes will be held downstairs in our Artzy Haven, so you will be able to leave your scrapbooking
table as is and come and go without interruption of your table! We will take 12 gals for the crop so that you

Metallic Bloom Box - 5:30 pm $35.00
Learn tips and techniques using unique ScoreBoards dies, designed to
cut ~ and score thick materials like matboard and chipboard.
This super versatile 3” box, also know as the Artist Trading Block,
creates the base for this box of flowers. Did you know you can emboss matboard! Yep and there are fun new folders to try out! The faux
metal box is filled with cool 3D Metal flowers tinted in autumn hues
from recycled soda cans!
Learn how to create this box, emboss and assemble it and add a insert
to anchor the flower bouquet. Then we’ll diecut the flowers, color and
shape the petals and leaves, and put it all together. And for the finishing touch ~ a metal ribbon!
After this class she will be doing some misc demo's on other cool products!

This 5” x 5” Mini Album class is loaded with techniques Work with ColorBox
Blends, an ink, applicator and reinker all in one - to create a base color, then add
stencils and embossing paste to create a delicious album cover! Cut the Journal
cover and eight pages from the same die. Chose a 3/8” or 1 1/8” depth binding
and you’ll learn Eileens’ quick and easy rubber band binding system—assembly
goes so fast you will still have plenty of time to experiment with other techniques
on the pages inside. A look at metal stamping and embossing matboard too!!
Chunky Book

The Square Box die makes a 3 1/4” box that holds a cupcake but by using one
section of the box, it becomes a chunky mini-album with plenty of room for
dimensional items. The book contains eight sturdy matboard pages that we
will cut in class - so you may want to bring your Big Shot along
if you have one, along with special trinkets you have been saving to embellish this fun and personal book. Use it to practice
your doodling, for photos, quotes, pockets, tags and whatever
you want to add. A little gold leaf added to the pages adds an
elegant touch and you will learn a trick for perfect tissue paper
flowers. This is such a fun class!

Washi Tape Canning Jar Recipe Book

Here’s a quick and easy project you will want to make for everyone you know!
The Canning Jar die can be made as a 3D project, cut from paper to use on
cards, or as a cute little book. Don’t throw away the scraps! With a little trimming and a corner rounder, you can use the negatives to make an adorable banner!

those special proud moments off with the pop of color on
the page! This being a liquid product technique class, it
is for the intermediate/advanced scrapbooker! You will

you learn the techniques so you can share more of your
proud moments!

Our scheduling is changing, for more cropping time and
ease of schedules, we have changed our event format.
*Classes will be from 9 am til 1 pm all three days! (with
one separate class at 8 pm on Saturday night)
*Demo’s, Drawings, & Games will be from 2 to 5 pm
(from 1-3 on Sunday)
*Make n Takes will be from 6 to 8 pm each day
(none on Sunday).
*No games or drawings will be held at any other time
than what is scheduled!

What better way to show Love and Sympathy then through a
hand stamped greeting card!
Join me for my Stamp-A-Stack. You will be making 4 different sympathy cards, 3 of each design. While learning tips

for you to stamp and assemble.

layout is just packed full of tips and techniques. Yes, it
is a technique class. Make sure you bring your heat gun
and a small round paint brush along with 3n1 glue, pop dots and basic supplies. Oh yea
don't forget those pics of those cute little (or big) munchkins in their costumes!
Friendship Card Class - Robin Neth

What says Friendship more than a handstamped greeting
card? If you enjoy sending handmade greeting cards this
class is for you. Join me for this fun class. You will be
learning tips and techniques in card making. You will be
making 4 different cards, 3 of each design. All supplies
will be cut and ready for you to assemble. All you need to
bring is a pair of scissor, your choice of adhesive, glue dots,
and pop dots.
