As an event designer and planner from youth, Blanca has
developed a great passion for balloon art and education. She
has been an active member in the balloon artist community
since 2007, and has recently earned her CBA. Through her vast
network of top balloon artists, Blanca brings an exciting and
new creativity to the balloon industry.
ROBIN NICASTRO, CBA
After running her own home-based balloon business for over 10
years, Robin became Creative Director at a local party store where
she was discovered by Pioneer Balloon Company! She worked
there as a Field Service Representative and conducted educational
classes and taught at such events as Balloon Camp and IBAC. She
continues to remain as passionate about the industry today as she
has been for the last 23 years.
GRACE KIRKWOOD, CBA
With over 25 years of experience in the floral and balloon
business, Grace has served on the Advisory Board for Qualatex
Balloons, is a four-time winner of IBAC awards, and was
instrumental in founding the Penn-Jer-Del QBN Chapter. Grace

Academy will issue a store credit for tuition or you can request to be transferred
to another class – pending availability. To receive a refund, students must give

Academy. Refund or store credit option is not available for students cancelling on
the day of the class or later.
D Discount Pricing
Applies to churches, schools, charities, clubs, and other

Parking
Parking is FREE at CONWIN’s Balloon Artist Academy. In addition to street
parking, there is customer parking in the lot located behind the store available for
students and customers.
