I am very passionate about seniors and see many opportunities. I am all in!” —Barbara Klick Sholom is pleased to announce, by unanimous vote, the selection of Barbara Klick as the new Chief Executive Officer of Sholom. A highly-motivated healthcare professional, Ms. Klick has served for the last nine years as the Chief Operating Officer for Fairview Physicians Associates managing a network of over 2500 physicians. In addition to her experience in operations, Barbara has been actively involved in strategic planning, competitive marketing strategies, and developing community relationships. She brings a wealth of experiences having worked in the non-profit, for profit, and government health care arenas. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas, as well as maintaining her licensure as a registered nurse. Barbara will begin her new role at Sholom on July 1, 2016. Are you prepared? CMS requires hours to be reported by calendar day – midnight to midnight. Not the way many facilities track time. Hours for shifts that cross midnight have to be split for PBJ reporting. The CBIZ time and attendance technology does this automatically without changing the way your daily reports or employee time cards display time. Call Carrie Hobrough to find out more on this new ACA requirement. Carrie Hobrough CBIZ HCM Consultant 651.387.9168 [email protected] www.cbiz.com 19
