surrounded by greenery, song birds and endless peace,
lies Mizpe Hayamim Spa Hotel. 61 suites and 36 rooms
surrounded by orchards, gardens, herb and flower beds.
Water streams through the pools and canals and there
is everything the body and mind need to regenerate and
find their balance. The hotel stands at the center of one
of the world’s most diverse organic farms; its seasonal
produce, filled with the energy of renewal and memorable
flavors, is served at the hotel’s restaurants. Between health
& beauty treatments at the spa, gourmet meals, cultural
activities and studio classes - we invite our guests to relax,
revitalize and rejuvenate, to leave the day-to-day behind
and discover their natural pace.

Inspired by Nature
Natural materials and color schemes inspired by
nature make a quiet statement of elegance in each
one of our 61 suites and 36 rooms. Carpets and
furniture collected from around the world, wooden
floor boards, artworks, stone tiles and soft fabrics,
are woven into a unique eclectic style - spinning
a special story for each of the rooms and sitting
areas throughout the hotel.

The urban environment and today’s dizzying pace
of life can leave the body and mind overloaded and
stressed. Flower essences and herbs collected on
the farm are mixed into massage oils, which leave
their scent throughout Mizpe Hayamim’s tranquil
spa. Dozens of body, beauty and cosmetic treatments
will return the glow to your skin, and peace and
serenity to your soul.
One of the most diverse
Organic Farms in the world
Spread across more than 35 acres, Mizpe Hayamim’s
organic farm is known as one of the world's most
diverse farms. The combination of unique mineral soil,
traditional farming methods and our own compost
blend, yield quality produce and a vast variety of
seasonal crops; including dozens of different fruits,
vegetables, and herbs. The farm is central to Mizpe
Hayamim’s world view and provides fresh produce
for the meals, the tea corners, as well as the spa
and other products made on the farm.
Our Free range Dairy Products
The soft ringing of bells joins the buzzing and tweeting
in the meadow as the herd absent-mindedly eats fresh
grass, surrounded by endless expanses. Any moment
now the goats, sheep and cows will begin walking the
winding paths on their way to the farm. Their fresh
milk will be served alongside freshly-brewed coffee at
breakfast, as well as be used by the dairy in producing
more than 30 kinds of cheese and dairy products to
be served at the hotel's restaurants or used to create
tempting gourmet dishes. All cheeses are sold at the
farm shop alongside other farm products.
Lush fields and True tastes at our
Vegetarian Restaurant
The menu of our vegetarian restaurant is a celebration
of flavors, colors and aromas which change daily. The
organic harvest and wild herbs collected from the
farm's fields each day are combined to create a rich and
creative menu that includes fish dishes, and reminds us
of the lush fields and the true taste of food. The chef’s
daily choices are based on fresh produce and make up
the rich daily meals which include premium homemade
cheeses, pastries, stews, a surprising selection of breads,
homemade pasta and irresistible desserts.
Muscat Chef Restaurant in continuous
dialogue with the changing seasons
Muscat, our meat restaurant, is a center of attraction for culinary
enthusiasts, and is considered one of the best restaurants in the
country. The local kitchen, with its European and Mediterranean
influences includes gourmet dishes which are in continuous
dialogue with the farm's produce and the changing seasons.
In accordance with French Terroir tradition, the dishes are
fashioned from a variety of fresh produce collected daily from
the farm, wild herbs and the very best harvest.
Muscat's bar boasts a wide range of wines from selected
wineries, homemade liqueurs and a light bar menu.
Bakery & Patisserie
The scent of fresh bread hot from the oven rises
from the bakery with a taste that’s soothing and
comforting. The dough swells slowly as Spelt
sourdough bread dotted with cranberries, rolls
filled with garden herbs, small loaves infused
with seeds and nuts and a variety of pastries
and cakes emerge continually from the oven.
A variety of pastries, cakes, and cookies are
available for sale at the farm shop.

Our home made Farm Products
Mornings at Mizpe Hayamim are full of activity.
Hardworking hands dry fruit under the warm sun,
handmade cheeses and dairy products fill the shelves
of the dairy, a variety of pastries emerge hot and fresh
from the oven, delicious liqueurs are poured into
bottles to be preserved, and sweet jams flavor the
summer and winter months with the taste of fruits
from the orchard. All farm products, full of energy,
vitality and the essence of an almost forgotten past,
are served in the restaurants and are available in
the farm shop.

experiences. Workshops, studio classes, guided
tours of the farm and the surrounding area, culinary
workshops, lectures, concerts and master classes.
