Aulhority. This application for a Grading Penn it must be signed by the 0 \\1ter of the property, described above, or an authorized agent. If the signature below is not that of the Owner, a separate
letter of authority, signed by the 0\m er, must be provided with this Application.
Legal Access. A Grading Penn it cannot be issued without proof of legal and adequate access to the property for purposes of inspections by the Ouilding Department.
Ot her Permits. Multiple separate pennils may be required: ( I) Stale Electrical Permit, (2) County ISDS Pennit, (3) another penn it required for use on the property identified above, e.g. Stale or
County Highway/ Road Access or a Stale Wastewater Discharge Permit.
Void Perm it. A Pennit becomes null and \'Oid if the work authorized is not commenced within 180 days oft he date of issuance and if work is suspended or abandoned for a period of 180
days after commencement.

and specifi cations and other data submitted by me or on my behalf (submittals), based upon my certification as 10 accuracy.
Assuming completeness of the submillals and approval of this Application, a Permit will be issued granting pennission to me, as Owner, 10 construct the slructure(s) and facilities detailed on the
submillals reviewed by the Building Department.
In consideration of the issuance of the g l'ennu, I agree thai I and my agents \\;tl comply with provisions of any federal, state or local taw regulating the work and the Garfie ld County Building Code,
