In August 1999, Telecom of Kosova has restarted its operation with devastated
infrastructure
•
In 1999, almost 90% of its regional networks were disconnected
•
On 28 November 1999, two main regional centers, Prishtina and Prizreni, were
interconnected
•
In February 2000, all regional centers were interconnected
•
In 2001, international connection with Albania and Macedonia was established,
including establishment of Internet services using Dial-Up,

Training and Development Center (TDC) offers more than 110 different training modules (general and job related skills/ training),
organized in 5 training pillars:
1) Marketing, Sales and Customer Care - 15 training modules
2) Information, Communication and Technology - 45 training modules
3) General Management - 33 training modules
4) First Aid and Occupational Safety - 10 training modules
5) English language courses - 6 levels + Business English
TDC is implementing and is a member of international training programs such as:
