All products manufactured by
Bıçakcılar are CE Marked.
Bıçakcılar medical equipment and
disposable products are produced
according to GMP, with latest
technologies in modern production
facilities established on 26.500 m2
land with 30.900 m2 covered area.
Bio compatible raw materials used in
production are in conformity to USP
and ISO 10993. In-house acceptance
controls are also performed to meet
the stringent demands of our quality
system.
Raw material warehouses are
temperature and humidity controlled
areas meeting high industry standards.
QC laboratory has been accredited
to perform physical, chemical, bio
burden, sterility, stability, and EO
residual testing, equipped with
state-of-the-art technology and highly
trained personnel.
In-house mould design and production
capability add strength and
Flexibility both in product design and
development stages.
Extrusion, injection and blow molding
processes are performed in controlled
environments. Product assembly and
packaging are performed in class
10 000 and 100 000 clean rooms
with a total area of 4.226 m2.
Disposable medical devices to be
terminally sterilized are packaged in
clean rooms using fully automated
equipment with validated processes
and packaging materials.
In-house EO sterilization validation is
performed in conformity to
ISO 11135 Standard.
Finished products are stored in
air-conditioned 3.500 m2 warehouses
with around the clock humidity/
temperature monitoring.

surgical lighting quality with
use of advanced xenon and
metal halide gas discharge
technology.
Bıçakcılar has developed
its new Surgical Light
generation with the aim
of satisfying the evergrowing user needs
in diverse surgical
fields. This is achieved
through innovations in
reflector design and light
concentration. As regards
to the issue of light source,
Bıçakcılar relied on highperformance xenon and
metal halide gas discharge
lamp technologies.
These gas discharge lamps
are characterized by a
number of advantages:
• Excellent Illumination:
Higher luminous efficiency,
compared with conventional
light sources.

• Cool Light with Proper
Color Representation: Neardaylight color temperature
of 6000K and 4500K with
excellent color rendering,
significantly reduced heat
generation.
• Significantly longer life of
the lamps, along with lower
operating costs compared
with conventional lighting
systems.
Single reflector technology
providing shadow control
along with ergonomics
and application flexibility is
achieved on new Bıçakcılar
Surgical Lights. The Lamp
Head (Ø 700mm) has a
stand-by light source that
immediately takes over
in the event of temporary
voltage disruption or main
lamp failure. Thus required
security of lighting in
operating theatres in cases
of bulb failures will be
provided.
With Bıçakcılar Surgical
Lights, surgeon will be able
to match not only the size
of the illuminated surface
to surgical site, but also
the amount of delivered
light. To adjust the size of
light field, surgeon simply
needs to rotate the handle
sleeve a little clockwise
or counterclockwise
as appropriate. This
concentrates all of the
available light on the surgical
site and effectively prevents
potential reflections from
surrounding tissue areas
that might disturb surgeon’s
view.

Multifunction head section can be

The Mobiline 690 Transfer Trolley
system consists of three elements:
Clean Area and Ward Trolley

The system can be configured

The Transfer platform is
comprised of head-backrest and
seat-leg sections. The 80mm thick
mattress provides maximum
patient comfort. The blind stitched
mattress is removable and easy to
clean with common hospital
disinfectants.
The full-length, stainless steel,
locking tuck-away side rails ensure
maximum safety for both patient
and staff. They provide easy
access and the tuck-away side
rails let transfer platform to lie
flush with the bed for zero transfer
gap and easier patient transfer.
When transfer platform is
mounted to clean area trolley
carriage, Trendelenburg position*
can be adjusted rapidly from both
sides of the foot end with block-lift
system. The backrest section can
be raised and lowered effortlessly
by means of block-lift mechanism.
Height of the transfer platform can
be adjusted with a foot pedal
controlled hydraulic system that is
present on both Clean Area and
Ward Trolley Carriages**. On both
trolley carriages wheels can be
locked, released or put in true
direction steering mode from any
corner. The system allows four
casters to move freely or releases
the 5th wheel or secures the
trolley carriages in desired
position. The 5th wheel helps to
steer trolley carriages around
corners and at slopes with little
affort and freely by one person. All
round bumpers provide full
protection for transfer platform.
In order to convey transfer
platform to the other side, Clean
Area and Ward Trolley Carriages
can be attached together
automatically. After completing
the transfer, trolley carriages can
be unattached with single action.
