SHIPPING & RECEIVING TERMS Shipping is arranged by BrattleWorks with FedEx Ground service for Package Orders and several common carriers for Freight Orders. Consignee must have someone present at time of delivery for the Freight carrier to “hand off” packages to. Shipping charges are only for transit between BrattleWorks and the “ship to” address on the Order Confirmation. Any other arrangements between the consignee and carrier such as storage, redelivery, readdressing are the responsibility of the consignee. Package Orders This type of shipping is the most common. Check your order upon delivery for shortages or damage. Call, fax or email BrattleWorks before installation and within 5 days of delivery with any problems. Package Orders: Such as Arbors, Planters, Treillage East of Mississippi..........12% of Retail..........$ 9.00 minimum West of Mississippi.........14% of Retail..........$ 12.00 minimum Freight Orders Product Codes with an * are shipped via a Freight carrier. Small Freight Orders are packed in boxes. Larger Freight Orders are packed on pallets. Pallets require a fork lift or equivalent for unloading. If a fork lift is not available notify BrattleWorks at time of Order placement and alternative packing will be provided. You will be faxed and/or emailed a Shipping Confirmation when a Freight Order ships from BrattleWorks. Check your order upon delivery. All damages or shortages must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt. Call, fax or email BrattleWorks before installation and within 5 days of delivery with any problems. Freight Orders: Such as Fence Panels, Gates, large Posts East of Mississippi..........13% of Retail..........$ 110 minimum West of Mississippi.........15% of Retail..........$ 140 minimum SATISFACTION GUARANTEED Any standard BrattleWorks’ product may be returned. Notify BrattleWorks within 5 days of delivery and before installation. Returns are subject to a 15% handling charge. Custom orders are nonreturnable.
