Smoke rated packages certified to UL1784 are available
with t-slotted seals, concealed sweeps and positive latches.
The package is designed to handle the weight of heavier
insulated glass with internal glass blinds and is available
with an STC rating. Further enhance your door with a
non-powered self-closer, anti-static system for electrical
grounding or active leaf dampeners to limit breakout to
90degrees.
Active procedures, such as frequent hand washing, stringent
cleaning measures and aggressive patient screening, form
the basis of most infection control programs. These tactics
can be complemented by passive measures that improve
overall facility hygiene. Besam VersaMax is available with
MicroShield coating on door handles or the entire door
package. This antimicrobial technology is a silver-based resin
that continually suppresses bacteria growth.

Privacy Blinds & Electro Static Glass
Research has proven that higher than recommended
noise levels can have a negative impact on patient care,
communications and the healing environment. The Besam
VersaMax is available with an STC rated package to help
reduce sound transmission and contribute to your sound
transmission control measures.

upgrade glass options. Electro static glass or glass with
integrated mini blinds not only offer great convenience, but
also provides enhanced privacy while lowering infection risk
and eliminating laundering costs.
