This tour is one of the best
experiences to admire the natural

We start the tour moving us from La Fortuna
Arenal Volcano around until the
"Observatory Lodge". There, we begin the
hike to the top of Cerro Chato through a
very dense primary forest. Being up we will
descend to the Green Lagoon which is the
old crater, where swimming, in addition to
taking photos and explore the surrounding
area. The end of the walk will be at the
Fortuna waterfall, where we will start to
descend again to get to the bottom of it and
enjoy a beautiful natural landscape that makes
it very special, after a refreshing swim back to
La Fortuna.

We have two riding options, depending on your
adventure level: The first and more-intense ride is
about 3-hours long or about 25 miles. We’ll start at the
Lake Arenal Dam where you drop off your luggage
with our boat driver. From there we ride past the rural
community of El Castillo until we get to the pristine
Caño Negro river.
From here we do a technical river crossing and continue
riding through rolling hills along the edge of pictureperfect Lake Arenal until ride to the small town of Río
Chiquito.
We also offer a shortened, 15-mile ride that includes a
boat ride across the Lake Arenal to the mid-way point.
To get from one side of the lake to the other by land,
there are several bridge-less river crossings.
The scenery is a combination of secondary rainforest,

Delve into the bowels of the earth it is possible to visit
this place. Underground trails will lead us through grottos
and different Chambers, exploring a world indifferent to
light.
With flashlights to illuminate the road, as well as the
respective team head into this labyrinth of ancient
underground rivers and sea beds, exposed now after
billions of years. Visit formations such as childbirth,
papaya, the coral and the altar, as well as rock formations
called stalactites and stalagmites that are common within
the caves, some hang from the Rocky ceiling and others

This is the fastest, easiest and very
scenic way to travel between the
Arenal Volcano and the cloud forests of

This canopy is known for having two separate cables, the first cable is the one you glide on, the second
is for major safety precautions. The canopy consists of 15 cables and 18 platforms which are divided
into three sections that are found mostly in the trees, which are designed to provide our visitors greater
contact with nature.. You will find one of our major attractions the Tarzan Swing, which guarantees

The canopy route consists of 12 cables and 13 platforms, covering a full distance of 2.8 kilometers (1.7
miles), which makes this the longest and most memorable tour of its kind in the area. The cables' lengths

about 20 minutes, or horse back riding approximately 45 minutes, after we arrive at the observation deck

Our cables are located in such a way that they start from platforms at ground level ensuring that if a tree

This tour has three different activities that
provide the visitor a choice full of emotions and

adventurous visitor.
• The first activity which you will enjoy in the Sky
River Drift is a canopy of carbon fiber 3-wire
circuit, after this, fly into a huge platform on a
tree, at 40 meters, from where you come down
to a point of the river. This descent is so
controlled and operated hands-free, with an
innovative device, that allows adventurers to
jump from the platform carrying out a descent
upright with speed controlled. It uses a full body
harness that allows you to descend to the Earth
and experiencing a sense of fun and freedom.
• Once down, the Sky River Drift adventure
begins, traveling through the river Piedras
Negras, on an exciting journey. Sky River Drift
is a controlled, traveled in rafts individual path
