Pre-Registration Encouraged
Save $5.00 and register before July 1, 2016
• All cars must be 1974 and older
• RVCC car show T-shirts will be available for sale at
the T-shirt booth at pre-show & car show
• Opening ceremony will be at 10:00 am.
• Pop-up tents welcomed
• All “For Sale” signs are limited to a maximum 8.5x11
• TEARDROP/TAG-ALONG TRAILER - $10….photo
required with registration for pre-approval
• Participant parking begins at 7:00 AM
(NO EARLY PARKING)
• Public parking will be available on Park Street and
6th Street
• Dog owners are liable for any vehicle damage
caused by their dog.
• All dogs must be on a leash while in the park.
• For the safety and enjoyment of the spectators and
entrants, there will be absolutely no car movement
or tear down of displays until after the awards presentation.

WEDNESDAY, July 27th
• “Sock Hop” — Dance the night away at the Fruitdale Grange - Dance Contest,
Silent Auction & BBQ (fundraiser event for Shoes for Kids Program)
THURSDAY, July 28th
• Diner Night and Poker Run — Grab the family and cruise to several local diners for food and
music. Poker Run to finish downtown Towne Center Plaza (6th & G Streets) with 50's music,
prizes and awards!!!!
FRIDAY, July 29th
• All Day: Downtown Merchants will participate in sidewalk sales, merchant specials, and longer hours for your shopping convenience.
• Dinner & Lunch Specials at Downtown Restaurants as well as food vendors available during the Pre-Show and Karaoke Contest.
• Classic Car Pre-show presented by Rogue Valley Classic Chevy’s, music, food, prizes, etc.
• Ice Cream Social presented by Josephine County Historical Society.
• Classic Car Line Up Special Parking Downtown for Cruise and Car Show Participants.
• Live Music Concert followed by an outdoor movie in the Towne Center Plaza (6th & G Streets)
SATURDAY, July 30th
• Classic Car Show (1974 and older) Hosted by Rogue Valley Classic Chevy’s at Riverside Park.
Limited to first 375 cars.
• All Day: Selected Downtown Merchants will participate in sidewalk sales, merchant specials,
and longer hours for your shopping convenience.
• Climate City Brewing’s Art & Brewfest Event — take a break from viewing the cars and enjoy some
local food, art and brewery tasting (3rd & G Streets).
• FREE Children’s Games Event Downtown Grants Pass — While mom or dad visit the
car show bring the family downtown for great children’s games and awesome shopping.
• Classic Car Cruise (1974 and older) classic cars will parade down 6th & 7th Streets.
Limited to the first 550 cars. Must be registered to participate.
• Grande Finale’ Free Concert (Towne Center Plaza)
A ‘50s Celebration immediately following the cruise!!!

Dear Potential Car Show and Cruise Participant,
Welcome to the 26th Annual Back to the 50's Celebration!!! The Towne Center Association (your event provider) and Rogue
Valley Classic Chevy’s Car Club (your Car Show provider) want to extend an invitation to participate in the great events to take
place this year!
We are again offering a Joint Registration form for the Classic Car Cruise and Classic Car Show! It is important that you fill
out the form completely.
This effort is being made to make it easier for you (our participants) to register for both events or to pick and choose either the
car show or the cruise. YOU ONLY HAVE TO WRITE ONE CHECK AND MAIL ONE APPLICATION (per car).
That check will go to RVCC and can be mailed to the address on the reverse side.
LOCALS: You can still sign up locally for either event at the Towne Center Association (TCA) located at 220 SE "H" Street,
Grants Pass, Oregon 97526 (between 7th and 8th Streets, door under green awning)
LATE REGISTRATION: We recommend you pre-register for both events! Space is limited.
Friday July 29th - TCA Office and Pre Show Event (downtown at Growers Market)
Saturday July 30th - Cruise sign-ups at the T-shirt booth at Towne Center Plaza (6th & “G” Streets), only if space is
available. *Special Note: Last year the cruise was full and we had to turn away cars. Please Pre-register to ensure you are
able to participate. The cruise is limited to 550 cars.
IMPORTANT: While the registration is joint, the events must be run separately. All placards will be checked at show and cruise
entrances. That means that you must have a separate car placard for each event to be admitted to that specific event. You
will receive these placards in the mail with your registration information. (These mailers will be double checked for accuracy
so make sure you do not lose your placards in transit to the event.)
