limited gearbox warranty, so you know they were built
to withstand tough conditions. To prevent wear and tear
on the blade carrier, all Rhino Flex-Wings use square
shouldered blade bolts that can’t turn in the carrier.

an exclusive close-coupled
design for low tongue weight
and shorter turning radius.
The TS12 also offers a very short wheel
base and anti-scalping protection for
customers who need the versatility of a
Flex-Wing cutter but don’t have a tractor
large enough to pull a 15’ unit.

Flex-Wing cutters, the
SD series, cut material up to
2” in diameter, making them
perfect for grass/weed
mowing or stalk shredding.
Available in cutting widths of 10 1/2’
or 15’, the SD series provides a smooth
cut across the full cutting area. To fit a wider
range of tractors and applications, we offer
SD Flex-Wings in 540 or 1000 RPM.
The SD series also features a four-gearbox
design: the 160 HP divider gearbox* relays
power to the 110 HP outboard gearboxes*
through durable Category 4 wing
drivelines. Operating independently of
each other, the outboard gearboxes have
three independent slip clutches to protect
them from sudden shockloads.

FR series offers up to a 4”
cutting capacity and cutting
widths of 10 1/2’, 14’, 15’,
and 20’. This series is
available as a 540 or
1000 RPM unit to give
you more tractor and
application options.
With a 7-gauge deck, 250 HP divider
gearbox*, and 210 HP outboard
gearboxes*, the FR series has the durability
and strength you need for big jobs. Plus,
the gearboxes—which have been proven
in thousands of hours of punishing
commercial use—are designed with cast
lower seal protection and monolithic
housings for longer bearing life. If that’s
not enough, three heavy-duty slip clutches
protect the cutter’s drivetrain from sudden
shockloads. Let’s face it; the FR series
is going to last.

the FN series can power
through brush and more with
a cutting capacity of up to 5”.
The impressive cut capacity
comes from its American-built
gearboxes, the 325 HP
power divider, and 285 HP
outboard gearboxes,
which are backed by a
six-year limited warranty.
The FN series offers a cut width of
anywhere from 10-20’, so it’s built for
extremes. And it will withstand whatever
you throw at it with a 7-gauge deck,
replaceable side skirts, “Big Foot” center
section skid shoes, and heavy-duty pan
blade carriers—they all work together to
prevent premature failure. But don’t worry
about maneuvering this monster; the
FN series’ wings flex 90 degrees up
to 22 degrees down to make it easy to
get around things you don’t want
to mow down.
