About HMB Endoscopy Products
HMB Endoscopy Products, a division of HMB Health Care Products, Inc., buys, sells, trades and repairs
new and pre-owned flexible and rigid endoscopic instruments and accessories.
With over 40 years experience in the field, HMB Endoscopy Products is a valuable resource when decisions must be made regarding the purchase of endoscopic instrumentation. Unlike equipment brokers or
full-line used equipment dealers, HMB Endoscopy Products specializes only in the sale and service of
endoscopy products. We purchase pre-owned “ experienced “ endoscopes and endoscopic accessories from
manufacturers such as Olympus, Pentax, Fujinon, and Storz. Our extensive inventory, which is available
for immediate sale, includes video and fiberoptic flexible and rigid scopes, light sources, video processors,
cameras, monitors, printers, adapters and all products used in the endoscopy suite. All the equipment we
have for sale has been inspected and refurbished so that it meets the original manufacturer’s specifications.
Terms and Conditions
Terms:
COD, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or prepayment by check or wire transfer. Credit terms will be
determined only upon completion of an approved credit application. Initial orders prepaid or COD only.
For international orders, payments by credit card or wire transfer only. An international processing fee
may be charged on orders or repairs where and/or when applicable. The amount of this fee will be determined
by charges incurred as a result of shipment and/or product regulations by the destination country.
Shipments:
We can ship anywhere in the world. HMB Endoscopy Products repairs and products are shipped via UPS or
Federal Express unless otherwise specified. Buyer is responsible for all shipping instructions, shipping
charges, duties and custom’s charges in their own country. HMB is not responsible for any duties or
custom’s charges.
Prices:
Prices in effect at the time of the order will prevail. HMB Endoscopy Products reserves the right to change
prices without notice. For most current prices, please call our office. All prices are expressed in U.S. dollars.
Upgrade Policy: Our Unique Free 90 day upgrade policy allows you to return, for full credit, any endoscopy product you have
purchased from us, and use that credit towards the purchase of another item of equal or greater value.
Warranty:
HMB Endoscopy Products warrants that the products sold will conform to the description herein described and
will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of TWO (2)
YEARS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE, provided that the equipment is sent in for preventative maintenance prior to the beginning of the second year of ownership. Electronic equipment, including all videoscope
electronic components, are warranted for FOUR (4) MONTHS. Xenon and Halogen light bulbs are not covered by any warranty. In the discharge of this warranty, the sole obligation of HMB Endoscopy Products, and
the sole remedy of the customer shall be limited, at the option of HMB Endoscopy Products, to the repair, replacement or adjustment of the product (s) by HMB Endoscopy Products with shipping charges to and from
our service facility being paid by the customer. Excluded from this warranty and not warranted in any fashion,
either expressed or implied, by HMB Endoscopy Products are accessories to product, products which have
been altered by the customer or another repair party, products that have been changed or tampered with by
persons not expressly authorized by HMB Endoscopy Products and defects or damage or unusual wear and
tear to products resulting from misuse, negligence or improper storage. There are no warranties given or made
by HMB Endoscopy Products, expressed or implied, of merchantability, fitness for purpose, or otherwise,
which extend beyond the face hereof. HMB Endoscopy Products reserves the right to substitute components
or make design changes on the products it sells without any liability to incorporate said changes to products
previously designed or sold. In no event shall HMB Endoscopy Products be liable for any loss, inconvenience
or damage, whether direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise resulting from breach of any warranty, and
HMB Endoscopy Products’ obligation, in case of breach of this warranty shall be limited to repair or replacement as set forth herein. This warranty is exclusively for the benefit of the original HMB Endoscopy Products
customer and owner and cannot be transferred or assigned by the customer.
Returns:
Requests for return of merchandise must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of merchandise. Equipment
must be unused and the condition of the equipment will be determined at the discretion of HMB Endoscopy
Products. The equipment must be shipped prepaid within one week after acknowledgement from HMB Endoscopy Products. All items for return are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Leasing:
For new and/or refurbished equipment. We have many leasing options available. Custom leasing arrangements can also be made. Please call for details.

to wipe down the insertion tube and suction up enzymatic detergent/water through the working channels.

One pass of the Caterpillar is equivalent to three to four passes of a standard push through brush. Simply
insert the green tip until it emerges from the opposite end. Then use the leader to pull the bristle section
through the channel. Debris is pulled out in one direction. Unlike the back and forth motion used with
"push through" brushes, the single direction Caterpillar
17 prevents debris from backing up the channel.

1. The USB200 can easily be upgraded via an optional MediCapture “upgrade flash drive.” Simply insert the “upgrade flash
drive” and select Upgrade in the menu. Planned optional upgrades for ’08 include: “Save to USB hard drive,” “Connect to

MedCam Pro Technology, Inc. introduces a new self-contained endoscopic video
camera/light source utilizing cutting edge, self-contained camera technology. This
camera is a revolutionary approach to the form and function of endoscopic cameras. The camera head is now the complete camera! An ultra compact housing
(1.9” diameter and 1.7” deep) (48mm x 43mm) contains all the electronics that
older cameras spread-out with a remote head camera, fragile camera cable and
bulky camera control unit (CCU or “black box”). The whole camera weighs less
than 4 oz. (114gr.) Functionally, this camera is totally automatic. May be used
with both rigid and (with adapter) flexible scopes. New with One Year Warranty.
All completed work will have a 120-day limited warranty. Quotations describing the problem and cost of repair will be faxed
within 24 hours from the receipt of the equipment in our facility.
Minor repairs may be completed within 24 hours of customers written approval of the work order. The turn around time for
major repairs will be indicated on a written estimate, which will be faxed to the customer for review.
