School Advisory Council
By now you have received an email with a link to the short SAC survey. We encourage
you to be as specific as possible in your praise or constructive suggestions for
improvement.
A SAC member receives the survey data, but the survey results are provided to the
ASCS administration without personal identifying information. If you would like to
provide your comments with full anonymity, a locked metal feedback box is provided in
the atrium under the SAC bulletin board. Please complete the survey by November
13, 2015. Thank you for your participation in the survey.

MORNING DROP OFF
The school does not open for students before 7am. Please do not bring/leave students
at the school before 7am. Students should enter the building, before carpool, at the far
east entrance facing Coit Road. Coach Andy is there at 7am to open the door for
children coming to the building before car pool. Students should stay with Coach Andy
in the aftercare room if they do not have tutoring, practice or other specific reason to be
with a teacher before the day begins at 7:25am.
Afternoon Carpool
Our afternoon carpool is truly a people mover! Thanks to everyone for
working with us and for helping this process move smoothly. We ask
that each car picking up children continue to use the name card. This
will help the process continue to move quickly. If you are in a different
car and don’t have the name card, just write the last name of who is
being picked up so the staff can see the names. Thanks!
Admission News
It is hard to believe that we are already preparing for the 2016/2017 school
year. We have held our first Open House of the year and we have another one
coming up November 11th at 8:30am. As a friendly reminder, we always
appreciate it when you share with your friends and neighbors what a special
school we have in All Saints. Oh yes, and we are a Blue Ribbon School! If you have
children that will be applying for Pre K through 8th grade for next year and who are not
already enrolled in the school, please fill out an online application as soon as possible.
For the second year in a row, our ASCS SpiritTeam will be participating in the annual
Spreading Good Cheer Event sponsored by St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School on
Saturday, November 21st. This is a diocesan-wide event for all Catholic school cheer
and dance teams to gather to perform while collecting donations of peanut butter for
Catholic Charities. Last year over 11 schools were able to collect an excess of 7,000
pounds of peanut butter, enough to provide 5,833 meals served by Catholic Charities.
Thanks to the tremendous support from our community, ASCS won the small school
division, earning the coveted “Spreading Good Cheer Peanut Butter Cup”!
Our quest for a repeat win has begun. Please send in your jars of peanut butter; there
will be a collection bin in the atrium. The Spirit Team will also be collecting new jars of
peanut butter or monetary donations in morning carpool Friday 11/13 and Friday 11/20.
The PB Cup is given to one large school and one small school for the greatest quantity
of contributions. Let’s keep that trophy where it belongs and show the diocese how
amazing and generous our school is. GO EAGLES!

well. You are invited to our 1st Cub Scout Spaghetti Dinner hosted
by 2nd grade (Den 3) of the year. Yes, we are starting later than

Hope to you see you there and if you can’t make it or want to wait until the Spring or
next Fall, that is totally fine! No pressure! We just wanted to reach out and invite
you and your boys to join us . We will keep it to a little over an hour.
Thanks and holler with questions. Thank you Den 3 for hosting dinner and hot coco
too! Please feel free to email me directly with questions and I can follow up with John
and James. Check the attachments for uniform info.
