WOW, indeed! The feedback we have heard from the community has been incredible. Many thanks to all who both before and during Carnival donated their time, creativity, baked goods, physical strength and positive thoughts for dry weather. While we can’t list everyone here, all the volunteers helped to make Carnival a special experience for our children and the community at large. The 2014 event set a fundraising record for our PTA. As the (so very true in this case) cliché goes, we couldn’t have done it without you!
The custodial staff, especially Kevin Kittle, who worked tirelessly from early morning until evening to set up and clean up so that everything was back in order for Monday. Anything we asked (and we asked for a lot), they did.
The Set Up crew who arrived at 8:30AM (or before) and had the playground transformed into a Carnival atmosphere by 11AM. We hope to see you all at set up again next year!
