Lift kept since new, no bottom paint
Excellent condition, cockpit seating for at least 10, upgraded replacement canvas
The extended swim platform with shower and locker (with concealed shore power connections and built-in fender
storage), is strong enough to support a small PWC
The cockpit has removable carpeting throughout and U-shaped seating for 6 in the stern that converts for dining or
large sun pad.
To port is the battery switch compartment with the ability to isolate or combine batteries for each engine
Forward of the transom door and battery switch compartment is a wet bar with sink and running water with storage
below
There is a versatile lounge seat to port. With all the cushions in place it seats 3, remove the center cushion and two
people can sit without their feet in the companionway – add the table and you have a perfect location for dining or
cocktails
To starboard is the raised helm area. It has a double wide helm seat with a moveable bolster for the driver.
Full instrumentation is arrayed in front of the driver for easy operation. Note that the wood-grain is perfect condition.
Instruments and controls include twin Volvo throttle/shifters with built-in trim tab controls, spotlight and windlass
controls, automatic fire extinguisher indicator lights and fume detector monitor panel. A VHF radio and Garmin 182C
GSP/plotter are also included.
The bow is accessed through the windshield via molded steps. There are also narrow side decks
There are sunpads to port and starboard on the foredeck.
The bow has a remote spotlight and windlass with foot controls and access to the rope locker
The cabin door has a separate screen door
The cabin has a conventional layout with a convertible dinette to port, double berth forward --- with a color TV that
can be viewed from the berth or swiveled to view from the dinette --- to starboard is the galley with microwave,
coffee maker, dual voltage refrigerator, Kenyon two burner electric cooktop and plenty of drawers, cabinets and
counter space. The head has a VacuFlush head and the aft cabin even has its own hanging locker. The interior
carpet has been protected since new by carpet runners and is in outstanding condition. The Clarion radio (pre-wired
for Sirrius) and 6 disk CD changer are located in the aft bulkhead.
The electric panel is to port as you enter the cabin.
Spotless engine room has twin Volvo Penta 5.7 freshwater cooled, fuel injected, engines with approximately 355
hours and XDP outdrives. Professionally maintained. Risers and manifolds were replaced n 2013 with Volvo parts.
There are 2 6volt golf cart batteries for underway electric needs and the hot water heater has a winterization by-pass
kit installed to minimize the amount of antifreeze you need to use.
