INTRODUCING
by L’ORÉAL PROFESSIONNEL
In 2016 we are launching L’Oréal Professionnel Certified
Colourist, that will certify you in hair colour selection and
application, as well as help you understand the business side
of colour to become more successful in your salon.
Once all courses are completed you will need to take an exam, as well as submitting
coursework providing photographic proof of clients before, during and after along
with the formulations and techniques used. Once passed you will be a L’Oréal
Professionnel Certified Colourist, and receive your completion certificate.
To become a L’Oréal Professionnel Certified Colourist you would need to attend
the following courses: Starter Keys, Classic Highlighting Techniques, Colour
Keys, Balayage, Ombré and Freehand Techniques, Colour Change and Colour
Acceleration. These need to be completed within 2 years before you take your test
and submit your course work. If you book and pay for them all together you will also
receive a 20% discount.
Your career path to becoming the best
colourist you can be has many routes and
options. At L’Oréal Professionnel we believe
any career path must have a clear goal, and
that the journey must be rewarding and
ultimately make you the best you can be.
We have two clear routes at L’Oréal
Professionnel, each could be completed
independently, or you could become a L’Oréal
Professionnel Certified Colourist and then
continue on to be a Colour Specialist.
Colour Specialist is the ultimate in Colour Education. Launched in
1998 this 15-day journey into hair colour still sets the standard for
the best in global hair colour education. This course will teach you
everything you could ever want to know or need to know about hair
colour, to really become an absolute technical colour specialist.
FOR FULL DETAILS PLEASE REFER TO PAGE 51.
As with all courses, for full information please speak with your L’Oréal Professionnel
Education Consultant or Account Manager.
