We Have a
Mobile App!
For all of our smart
phone and tablet users,
we now have a mobile
app shortcut to make
accessing your home
banking account easier
than ever. The app is
available on both Apple
and Android devices.
There is no need to go
to the Apple or Google
Play Store to download a
program which will only
take up space on your
device.
From your internet
browser, (Safari for
Apple users, Chrome for
Android users), go to our
website, www.rmecu.org,
and bring up the login in
screen for Member.Net
home banking. At the
login screen, a pop up
will appear directing you
how to save an RMECU
icon to your home screen.
Save the icon and then
use it to get directly to
the login screen of home
banking. No more going to
our website, touching the
home banking link, then
finally logging in.
Now you can have easy
access to your RMECU
accounts right at your
fingertips anytime
anywhere.
Bill Pay is Here

hit Submit. That’s all it takes.
With this feature you can make one time or
setup recurring payments to send payments
to virtually anyone anywhere when you want
from almost any account you want. Use Bill
Pay to pay monthly bills, make charitable
donations, send gift checks to friends or

Home Depot Breach
On Monday, September 8, Home Depot confirmed there had
been a breach of its in-store payments systems from April 1,
2014 through early September 2014. Online purchases with
Home Depot were not affected. Complete details of the
breach have not yet been confirmed by the retailer.
RMECU’s credit and debit card processors have increased
their fraud monitoring to help detect any potential fraudulent
activity. At this point, we do not know the full impact to our
members but are working closely with our processors.
If you used your debit or credit card at Home Depot, we ask
that you take a few steps to minimize your fraud risk.
• Monitor your account closely through home banking
for any suspicious transactions. Contact us immediately
with any concerns.
• Confirm your contact information with us so that we
can easily and quickly get in contact with you should we
get a fraud alert on your cards.
• Request that your RMECU credit or debit card be
blocked and have a new card issued. We are providing
this at no charge for those affected by the breach.
Should you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to
call us at 262-637-7274.
We want to know
Do you read the newsletter? If you do, we want to hear from
you. Please stop in the credit union or call us and tell us you
read the newsletter. Your name will be entered in a drawing
for a fabulous prize from your credit union.
