Carilion Clinic Employees:

• Tuition is paid by Carilion Clinic. A signed payroll deduction form is required to
confirm your registration. Employees who register and do not attend or send an
appropriate replacement will be charged a conference fee of $100.
Non-Carilion Employees:
Fee is waived for HeartNet member hospitals.
• Fee, $150. Student fee, $75. Includes program syllabus, CMEs or education credits/
contact hours, light breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks.
• Group rate of $100 per person for 10 or more, only applicable when registering at
the same time.
• Retired professional fee of $75; inquire at time of registration.

Conference will start promptly at 8 a.m. Please allow ample time for parking, as the
Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center parking lots fill early. Daily parking fees of $8
apply. Parking is also available in the Gainsboro parking garage and the parking lot
across from the Center for Higher Education on Jordan Alley Avenue; daily parking
fees apply.
Valet parking is also available at the Hotel Roanoke and Conference Center for $10.

of the Virginias has promoted excellence in
cardiology in this region for 27 years. Through
sharing educational and technological
resources, HeartNet hospitals and physicians
in southwest Virginia and eastern West Virginia have improved the referral,
