1. I invite you to a free consultation to make sure we are a good fit to work together. It is
a time for you to briefly share where you are at now and where you would like to be, to
ask any questions you my have and to express any concerns - let us address them at the
beginning!
2. If we both agree our work together feels good and right, after I receive your payment,
we have a free hour long dialogue where you will speak with me about your general and
specific goals for the subsequent 10 week course. You will be asked to prepare for this
conversation: What are your intentions, wishes and goals for the duration of our work
together? Please write them down. Your overarching goals will be our guide for our time
together.
We will then co-create a general outline for you, which will be mutable, depending on
what you bring each week. I am not going to impose a course outline - unless you want
me to! Instead, I am listing the tools I am bringing to our work together below, and we
will spontaneously dive into what is most appropriate for YOU each week. That way, we
know your needs are being met, moment by moment! We will continue to touch base
with your overarching goals to make sure you leave completely satisfied we have stayed
on track.
Here is what I offer each week during our hour together:
• We will always begin with an invocation of Divine Presence and time for you to connect
with your Higher Self, so you can access your OWN wisdom ever more deeply. This will
enable you to successfully continue your work on your own after we are complete.
• A brief meditation and possibly some breathing techniques to help you centre and
ground (pranayama or other).
• Spiritual mentoring/counseling/coaching to offer you support, feedback, insights,
suggestions and guidance. In addition, you will be supported in feeling and sensing
deeply into your body, in order to become more self aware and to burn off/dissolve the
energetic blocks within you. We may also connect with your frozen children to see what
they might need from you.
I draw on decades of study, self healing and self awareness work. I completed my in depth CoreLight
teacher training in 2004, which certifies me to share profoundly transformative techniques and insights about
life. I offer a super high level of awareness of the psyche, how duality within the ego-personality works, how
we keep ourselves stuck - and how we can free ourselves. It is possible some of the insights you will gain you
will not find anywhere else, as my training was extraordinarily insightful - and imminently practical!
• Meridian Tapping (EFT-Emotional Freedom Techniques). I use these almost daily and
have been using them since 2001. These will help you clear your remaining emotional
triggers as well as old beliefs and patterns which keep you from reaching your goals.
• Forgiveness Work - for those who are ready, I offer this potent tool for inner and outer
transformation. We cannot spread our wings and soar while we are holding onto
resentments and bitterness. I can be your forgiveness coach - I have decades of
experience and dedication to this process and LIFESTYLE.
