HOW A WATERJET WORKS
To over simplify it: water flows through high pressure pump
and it is guided through plumbing to cutting head. With a
pressure up to 6.200 bar (90.000 psi) even thick materials
over 250 mm can be cut precise and cost effective way.
With waterjet you do not have to worry about material
hardening, deformation or hazardous vapours.
Waterjet technology can be divided into two main segments:
Pure waterjet cutting for soft materials and abrasive waterjet
gutting for hard materials. FinJet provides you these both
options in just one machine.
