INTRODUCTION
Dear all,
10 beautiful racing series combined in 1 event! That is the Pinksterraces 2014. 3 days filled with spectacular series from all across Europe. The Ribank Mazda MaX5 Cup will be one of the Dutch Series this weekend. The very healthy grid and spectacular close racing will keep you on the edge of your seat. The other Dutch series will be a spectacular combination of the Porsches from the ADPCR together with the Burando
Production Open and Formido Swift Cup. 47 cars in 1 race!
From Germany we will have the BMW challenge. Close racing and only BMW’s. The European Ferrari Trophy will come over for their yearly trip to Zandvoort. A large variety of beautiful Ferrari’s will give a very nice show. For the fans of Porsche; The Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Benelux will have 2 sprint races and one endurance race with the fastest cars of the weekend. The next stop for the Lotus Cup Europe will be Zandvoort as well. This will be the 3rd event of this season already. Who will get the win? All the way from Poland; The KIA Lotos Race! This one‐
brand Cup with young talents will have their first races ever on Zandvoort. Close racing guaranteed. And last but not least, after a very nice show last year; The Truckrace Battle. Beautiful racing trucks battling for victory on the short circuit. This document contains all important information about the Pinksterraces. Testing Day Thursday 28th of May 2014
Apply only through www.testdagen.nl. This open‐pitlane testing day is divided in 2 Sessions: 09:00 – 12:45 and 13:15 – 17:00. Each session costs € 300,‐. Drivers can only enter the track with an armband they receive after the license is checked at the reception desk of the circuit. Free Practices Friday 18th of April 2014
Before entering the track, all drivers must be signed in! For time and location, see timing. Grand Prix circuit layout, it is strictly forbidden to use the National corner or Clubs corner. Costs Free Practices:

All cars and overalls must comply with the cup‐sponsor‐drawings which can be found with the class regulations. BPO and Swift stickers are available at Menno Weeda.

Transponders are available from Thursday morning onwards at Timekeeping (3rd floor control tower, € 50,‐ deposit).

Tickets
All teams will receive the team tickets in the drivers envelope at the collection of
documents / license control.
Paddock Parking Tickets are only available at Wim Euwen, teams will not receive
the Paddock Parkings in their envelope at licence check. Paddock Parkings are
only available for support vehicles. You can contact Wim Euwen by phone at

Paddock and arriving times
Trucks and trailers over 3.30 meters must enter the paddock through Parking C (parking next to BMW driving experience Slotemakers). Tucks and trailers under 3.30 meter can enter the paddock through the main entrance. Arrival times:

Please call Wim Euwen (00 31 6 23 88 49 70) when you arrive to guide you to your spot on the paddock. See paddock plans at the end of this document for your location. Only race cars are allowed on the paddocks. Personal cars can be parked at parking A (behind Grand Stand). Car trailers must be moved from the paddock and can be parked at Parking C. Competitors entering the paddock with a trailer need to pay a deposit of € 50,‐ on arrival. Refund when trailer is parked at Parking C within 2 hours. High Voltage power

Team tents and hospitalities
Teams are allowed to break down their tents and hospitalities from Monday the 9th of June 2014 17:35 o’clock onwards. All trailers, hospitalities and tents must be removed from the paddock on Tuesday the 10th of June 08:00 o’clock. Sampling & Promotion

Important during Truckrace Battle
During the qualification and races of the Truckrace Battle there is no traffic / pedestrians between paddock 1 and 2 due to safety reasons. Going on and off the track for testing, Free Practices, Qualifications and Races
For all championships; cars will enter and leave the track through post 18 (Kumho bocht) on Paddock 2 (except the European Ferrari Trophy). For Free Practices and Qualifications cars will enter the track at post 18 to go immediately into the pitlane. The session will start from the pitlane. For the races all cars will go from post 18 immediately to the grid. Exceptions for teams in pitboxes can be made by the Clerk of the Course. This will be explained in the drivers briefing.
The European Ferrari Trophy will enter the track through the pitlane for all sessions. All mechanics can enter the pitlane through box 0. From here mechanics can enter the starting grid through the Pit wall gate. After the session mechanics can leave the pitlane through the Noth gate (at the end of the pitlane). Circuit Park Zandvoort
